    Choosing Melissa as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. She was so professional and organized yet very personal and attentive to our needs. We had many obstacles to overcome like short planning time, and a change in venue location 3 months prior. She helped us readjust all of our plans and we ended up with the Wedding of our dreams. Her skills and creativity were so good I could trust her with my ideas and she made them even better than I hoped. By the end, she felt like part of the family. I couldn't recommend her services enough. Your wedding will be a dream come true. Thank you Melissa, from the bottom of my heart!

    Where to even begin, Melissa is heaven sent, an actual Angel! Our wedding was perfect in every aspect thanks to her. She thinks about details you wouldn't have even thought of, and is always thinking two steps ahead. The amount of heart she puts in her work and clients is unmatched, I felt so blessed to have been able to work with her. My husband and I met with her when we were wedding planning, & she was very transparent on pricing and really worked with our dream vision of our special day. She got to know us as well as what was most important to us which is something she kept in mind the entire time we worked with her. Melissa is very hard working and has a very unique style which is why we even for some part gave her creative freedom in a few aspects because her previous events speak for themselves. She also handles crisis like a professional! Our wedding venue ended up needing to be changed three days before our big day and she was able to find a beautiful new venue & got in contact with all of our vendors to notify them of the new venue. I can easily list over a hundred details that Melissa did for us & my gratitude for her will be infinite. I will always recommend her as a day of coordinator and style & design director.     My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Melissa of Inspired Events to work with you on all of your events! She is our wedding MVP, she went above & beyond as a day-of coordinator, and she made up for whatever shortcomings our venue owner had. I inquired for her services last year, and since then my plans for our wedding completely changed and she did not have any issues with it whatsoever, even though I didn't officially book her as a day-of coordinator until I finalized all my plans. She was very supportive of my ideas and she made sure she provided me honest insights as a professional. From our first in-person meeting, we felt her professionalism, flexibility and knowledge shine through and we knew we were in the right hands for our wedding. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything! It was indeed **zero stress** working with Melissa. She made sure she got all of my plans documented and she reassured me I wouldn't have to lift a finger during my wedding and I could just enjoy my day as a bride. She was very patient with me, answering all the questions I had about ways to go about organizing my wedding. I had never planned a wedding before, and her perspective was invaluable in setting me up for success! There were some things we needed help with that I thought wasn't expected of a day-of coordinator, and she happily assumed those responsibilities without putting any burden on us! She really said, "use me, girl!" And boy did she deliver! Day-of, she KILLED it. She had to deal with so many unexpected stuff because of our venue's shortcomings, and she dealt with everything accordingly and still got the ball rolling right on time. Our ceremony was soooo smooth and she perfectly executed my plans for the reception (see her beautiful work on pics I attached!). She made sure everything was coordinated well. She worked amazingly with my other vendors. Even my family was complimenting how great she worked the event! The wedding was smooth sailing and the guests didn't realize any problems happening behind the scenes. She also cut our 3-tier cake for all of our guests! They do serve lunch to 2pm. We were here to have lunch and then take pictures at their lavender farm. Hopping to catch some blooming lavender. Sadly, it was mostly a green garden w not much blooming lavender. There were a few other flowers blooming tho. Upon arrival.... Pros 1) plenty of parking. 2) location was plain but pretty and clean. 3) they had like 4 to 8 tables on the front by the parking area where you walk in. I saw a few people eating there. 4) they had a beautiful wooden table in the back on the grassy area with 6 chairs around it. That's where we sat for lunch. Our reservation was at 12pm. We got seated right away. Today was perfect to eat outside. There is no indoor seating or a restaurant here. I didn't see any. 5) there is a gift shop. But we didn't make it to see the inside 6) they serve salads and sandwiches here for lunch. Very simple and short menu. Their soup of the day today was tomato bisque. 7) our sandwiches and salads tasted fine. But salads are large portions. I could have shared my chicken salad with another. Sandwiches are normal size. Enough for one person. 8) Drinks were ok. Water tasted good. No funky or metal taste to it. 9) two porter potty bathroom but clean. Not the typical blue porter potties at putdoor events. A little nicer and it flushes. 10) our server was very nice. Cons 1) it took a long time to get our meals once we ordered. We were seated at 12pm. But we didn't get our salads and sandwiches till like an hourish later. By the time our foods came out, we sat to catch up and eat, and celebrate a bday, it was like 1:45ish already. Gift shop closes at 2pm. 2) our young server seems like she's still in training. But she was good. Wish they check on their customers more often. But maybe she was the only one taking orders. I don't know. 3) Conclusion This location was nice. Clean. Pretty. There wasn't any lavender blooming when we were there. But I heard it's a hit and miss to catch it in bloom too get beautiful pictures. It's ok though. We found other areas to get nice photos in. Foods were ok. Meh. But salads looked pretty and in large portions. Chicken on the salads were perfectly made. It was juicy and not dry. Each of our plates were $18. There is a small drinks menu. With both their menus being short, it made it so much easier to order something. Love that no one rushed us out after 2pm. We were allow to take our time on the area to take photos. They were setting up for a 4pm wedding. Not to bad here.

Kelly and her team made setting up a breeze. They knew exactly how to maneuver each aspect of the venue. On the day of the wedding, Kelly was truly the biggest help. She was everywhere at once and helping with every step. At one point, I looked at Kelly as I was overwhelmed with the moment and she knew exactly how to get me out of the stressful situation and guide everyone to the next step of the reception. She was by your side the whole time without being overbearing. I couldn't have had a better coordinator. Daisy Mae was such a great choice to add to our barn wedding. Kelly's team of bartenders were ON TOP of it. We had about 150ish people who were drinking for the whole 6 hours. They did a great job at creating our signature drinks and utilizing the alcohol provided. The Corral Booth was great. We added a photo printer to utilize for our guest book. Kelly doesn't typically use this as the pictures are sent digitally, but she added it for us. The printer had trouble keeping up with the amount of pictures taken, but Kelly personally checked on it throughout the night and made sure I received all the printed pictures. I also loved being able to have access to all the pictures that people took throughout the night. Overall, Kelly and her team helped make our wedding everything we wanted. Thank you!

She recognized that John and I lived 6 hours apart from day one and was really lenient about us getting schedules to her or not always being in immediate contact with her. We're a pretty relaxed couple and if things don't go exactly as planned, it's cool. I mean, wedding planning is no vacation, but when it came to the day of the wedding,Jacqueline made sure it was smooth sailing. So, to get to the day of the wedding, beginning at 4:00 PM we had one hour to set up (yes, one hour) all of our decorations, tables, chairs, etc...We gave her a spreadsheet of our family and friends with assigned tasks and the order we thought things should be set up in. When John arrived at the venue at 4:30 to make sure all was well he said there were only a couple 'not so urgent' things to be done. So basically she was able to direct our 'volunteers' to set up the entire wedding in 30 minutes. Dang, right? Jacqueline and her assistant made sure our ceremony was flawless. The family, bridesmaids & groomsmen, flower girls, and me and dog made it down the aisle with no problems. Once the vows were said she made sure John and I got through our 20 minute photo shoot (we did family photos prior to the ceremony to save time) quickly, then made our grand entrance. After the grand entrance we began cocktail hour. So while John and I shmoozed, Jacqueline seemed to just move through the crowd, checking the games area, beverage station, checking the tables, making sure the food was ready in time, making sure John and I were comfortable, really just everything. Right on schedule Jacqueline made sure all the guests found their seats for dinner. This was a scary part for me personally because dinner is when toasts happen....and wacky family members can impose quickly. Right off the bat Jacqueline made it clear she would deter anyone trying to snatch the mic to make a surprise toast (It was like she secretly knew my mother is bat shit crazy). She made sure there were only the 2 toasts from the Best Man and Maid of Honor, then we got to say our thank yous. After dinner and toasts we moved to dancing and that was basically the end of our evening. We did a small cake cutting, but no bouquet toss or anything else. Overall, Jacqueline was organized and timely. She made sure our evening proceeded the way we wanted it to. She took care of us and we appreciate her so much! Finally, I have to commend Jacqueline on her superb ability to communicate with the DJ. Not needing to worry with speaking to the DJ really made it a smooth night!

I just want to say Bernice was absolutely wonderful to work with. She did such a wonderful job executing every part of our wedding. Bernice was always very easy to talk to and listened to what we had in mind for our wedding, as well as, getting to know us as a couple. Immediately we knew that we wanted to work with her as our day of coordinator. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding and put less stress on us. She was always available to answer any and all of our questions, whether it was by email, by phone, or meeting in person. She gave great ideas throughout the wedding planning process and offered her suggestions to make things run smoother. This is actually one of the many things that I really appreciated about working with Bernice. She worked closely with us at drafting our timeline and incorporating the many activities of our day, getting information about our envisioned set-up and design, and helped with our vendors set up the day of. Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!
