They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. Great service and they took it all down efficiently and quietly.

Immediately showing up, it felt very clean and organized. We asked the woman up front if there were any other children inside bc we wanted our son to socialize with other children. She said no bc 1 it was early and 2, every day is a hit or miss. She said we can sign the waiver, pay for our sons entry and have him check it out/get used to the place then we can come back later that same day with hopes that they'll be more children inside. We did that and our son was excited lol. He didn't know where to start or end lol. We let him get used to the place for about 20 mins and decided to leave for nap time and come back later. A few hours later, maybe around 330? We came back and there were 2 kids inside. Which was fine. Our son started playing and got to see a dancing character. I was happy that my son wasn't scared lol. Overall he did good and he loved the place. B4 departure, we got to chat with the owner who was super cool. He was telling us how they've been at that location for 6 years! Super crazy bc we had NO idea! I love that this place has bins all around for soiled toys for them to disinfect once a child put it in their mouths. They have a jumper, slides, play ice shop, play grocery store, an area just for under 2 years od age, party rooms, just about EVERYTHING! They have snacks for the kids! It's crazy. The only thing i can't comment on is the bathroom but I was told, they offer crocs to walk in once you enter the restrooms! Since our first time here, I've been back a second time a few days ago to have my son see Minions bc he loves them. I brought my sister and my father and they both agreed that's this place is BOMB! I would post pictures but they are of me and my son and I refuse lol. Please come here so my son can make more friends lol and bring your kids bc the weather is going to get nasty and parks will be way off limits!

What stood out was her commitment to her clients and how much she cares about her work. Leading Up to the Wedding: We did a final venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details with the venue coordinator. It went really well and Melissa guided us in thinking through final decisions based on her expertise, but did an incredible job at prioritizing our needs and vision. I put together all of our contracts, tablescapes, and details of who would be bringing what to the wedding in a folder for her so there wouldn't be any surprises for her. Day Of Wedding On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding. When I arrived to the venue, she asked a few questions to confirm details and then sent me off to finish getting ready. I ended up doing significantly less work than I thought day of thanks to her! She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day!
