I didn't realize she could be even more kind-hearted. She knew I was having a rough morning as I just picked up my grandmother's ashes from next door (Allen Mortuary), and she was incredibly empathetic. I picked up the flower pedals right before we were about to head to SF to disperse my grandmother's ashes, and she could tell I was struggling. She had tears in her eyes as I spoke with her.
