I assisted my son placing an order for his girlfriend. Around 3 my son checked with her and the flowers were not delivers. I contacted the business and the sort of apologized saying they were behind. When asked, they had not even looked at the special instruction section on the order. They did offer a few solutions, that wouldn't work because of scheduling, that's why he did it this day. They did not seem very concerned at the mistake. I have ordered there many times before. However there lack of concern at the mistake leaves me questioning future purchases.

Because this…read morewas a special occasion, I upgraded the floral arrangement and in doing so I agreed to pay more, thinking that the special person whom I had the arrangement sent to would have a bigger arrangement. Well, that didn't happen. I feel that the money we spent on the arrangement didn't fit the upgrade. After calling to ask if there had been a mistake, we were offered to bring the arrangement back in so they could add more flowers and baby's breath. We were also told that they don't deliver to Manteca and that cost them $40 to have it delivered. We weren't denied delivery when ordering online. We paid the extra fees for delivery when we placed the order so had no clue that they don't usually deliver to Manteca. The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. We live in San Jose and were ordering for a family member in Manteca.

I didn't realize she could be even more kind-hearted. She knew I was having a rough morning as I just picked up my grandmother's ashes from next door (Allen Mortuary), and she was incredibly empathetic. I picked up the flower pedals right before we were about to head to SF to disperse my grandmother's ashes, and she could tell I was struggling. She had tears in her eyes as I spoke with her. That's how you know you chose the right small business. I'll never go to a big corporation for flowers again. I called the store but there was no answer and a different phone number was given and the response was "mail box is full". I checked online for store hours and phone number. The same phone I called the first time was listed online. I called again and finally someone answered but there was an echo and I couldn't hear the person clearly. I asked them to call back after I repeated my concern several times asking that the delivery driver be notified and return with the necessary preservative. The person responded but again I couldn't hear because of the echo. I requested that the business person call me back thinking that might resolve the echo issue; instead the person hung up and never called me back. They got their money already so why bother with customer requests. In addition many of the flower were not fresh at all. What a waste.
