I assisted my son placing an order for his girlfriend. In the special instruction section we requested they be delivered tomorrow Oakdale High before 2 so she would get them during school and because she lives out of town where they likely won't deliver. Around 3 my son checked with her and the flowers were not delivers. I contacted the business and the sort of apologized saying they were behind. When asked, they had not even looked at the special instruction section on the order. They did offer a few solutions, that wouldn't work because of scheduling, that's why he did it this day. Yesterday, Fresh Ideas failed to deliver flowers to my daughter for her birthday. Turns out when I placed the order providing ALL the information needed that the third party floral service did not give them the delivery address, but no one called me or my daughter since they did have her phone number, supposedly my phone number was not provided; either way, no follow-up calls to remedy the situation was made. Had I not called the floral shop directly to double check on the delivery, I would not have known. Terrible disappointment and terrible service. I ordered an extra large arrangement and the arrangement deliverd looks like a medium. Also I ordered a Birthday balloon as an add-on, but instead received chocolates. Another big disappointment. My sister can't have candy due to health issues. I'm upset that I didn't get any notification that there was going to be a change in my order.
