Maria was amazing!!! She did all the flowers for my wedding. I ordered flowers from her about 3 weeks out from my wedding and she was able to create magic in that short amount of time! I ordered a Cascading Bouquet for my wedding, two bridesmaids bouquet (mini cascades), four boutonnières, one corsage, and seven centerpieces. My husband ordered my daughters prom wrist corsage from here. When i picked it up Friday night it looked fine. Put it in the fridge and Saturday evening when my daughter was ready to leave the flowers were pretty wilted already, she put it on, took a few living room photos and headed to the car where we noticed it was flapping on her wrist. Luckily my friend used to work in a floral department and had floral tape handy, did her best job to try to attach the flowers back to the wrist strap. During the evening while dancing the whole flower part detached from the wrist part and flew off. I called the flower shop on after the weekend and they apologized for it falling apart and said that had never happened before. The manager offered to venmo me back my money, but a week later and i have yet to see a refund. Very unfortunate because my husband uses the shop often for floral arrangements. I think we will use another florist in the future. It was very embarrassing for my daughter at prom and disappointed they offered refund and never followed through. read more

They said we'd need to take it up with the online company called 'Flowershopping.com'. After using other online ordering services that rejected the delivery because it was "outside of their deliverable area" I called Casa de Flores. The gal who answered was very friendly and said they could deliver to the address and I could place my order online. I chose the "designers choice" bouquet and included notes as directed by the shop associate. In my notes I said I wanted something colorful and cheery with greenery. I placed the order shortly before noon today (Saturday) and the bouquet arrived later this afternoon! Not only was the turnaround quick, but the bouquet was absolutely beautiful!!!!
