From the moment we stepped onto the property for our tour, Ana made us feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The venue is breathtaking -- lush, beautifully maintained, and full of charm -- creating the most magical setting for our day. When our wedding day arrived, everything unfolded seamlessly. The setup was gorgeous, the coordination was effortless, and the staff were consistently present to support us and our guests. We received nonstop compliments about the atmosphere, the service, and how stunning everything looked. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely held and supported. A heartfelt thank you to Ana and our Day‑of Coordinator Kylie for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding truly unforgettable. If you're searching for a venue that is both stunning and exceptionally well‑run, Pageo Lavender Farm is the perfect choice. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

I had both of my toddlers with me and as soon as I walked in, instead of putting down the little dog in a cage as the lady was going to for some reason she thought to let him loose. This dog ran across the store after my kids and cornered my screaming, crying, horrified 3 year old in the corner. That was the first and last time I'll be returning back to this place not only for my daughter's love for art but also for any future girls paint night plans I had. This is not how you run a business by keeping your pets inside- specially if they are not behaved. The woman herself couldn't even catch up to the dog because of her own health, so there's no way she was going to stop this crazy dog. The least she could have done was apologize but that never came either. I picked up both my kids and immediately left. Either run a business properly and keep your crazy animals home or give the space to another business - because that's what manteca needs! *Personally I expected a cat given the business name, which I am also allergic too- so I wouldn't come back if that was the case either. *

It's often a good idea to add a box planter of bamboo to your yard instead of planting the bamboo directly in the ground.

The bamboo paths and short walking trails were pleasant and it's a peaceful vibe. Upon entering the store, there was a sign greeting us that said "No Christmas decor can be purchased until their Open House Oct 31- Nov 2." What???? What retail establishment won't sell to interested customers?? And to top it all off, I let the employees at the register know that this practice was "weird." A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers??? We left this store with ZERO plans to return. Bottom line: there are many stores to stock up on Christmas decor, don't bother with Suite 52, unless you want to shop in the fray of an Open House!

Not only did they have the expertise to pull off a successful virtual event, but the staff also did an extraordinary amount of the heavy lifting to make sure that everything went off without a hitch including registration, reminders, and auction items. Surprisingly, we ended up not only having a meaningful event for our members and friends, we ended up raising double what we normally do at our annual in-person event.
