I can see why this Walgreens has two star rating. I had a craving for holiday Danish butter cookies…read moreand they had it for $3.50. I tried to purchase two of them and put in my phone number however, my phone number and never existed in their system. The person behind the counter, a young man in his late teens early 20s, kept arguing with me that my account... My phone number is not in the system. After I purchased it at full price, While I was at the parking lot, I contacted the wall greens 800 number and confirmed with someone by the name of Andrea at the corporate office that Walgreens had switched their reward programs. Evidently the staff here are too stupid to know or explain that they switched of the reward programs to their customers. Luckily, I found a female staff member who understood my situation though there were some language barrier but she fixed my issue and was able to give me the cookies at the discounted price. I expect nothing more from this location. Customer service has never been there number one priority. It's evident that their employees here are only working and looking forward to go home. Quality: C Price: B Service: C Will I return here? Only if CVS across the street is closed

The lady on the phone is rude and not compassionate what so ever. I called to have my prescription transferred from carepoint pharmacy yesterday and today I call and still they say they don't have it! when I called carepoint they said they should have it and that they transferred everything to them so there is no excuse on why they don't have it yet it's so annoying just to get one prescription they make it as difficult as possible!

This store is always clean, and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful, but the store itself…read morehas decided to remove the bike rack from out front that people used to lock their bikes up to so they would not get stolen. Some people who are disabled and can't drive a car or who have other reasons why they can't drive often use e-bikes or bicycles to run short errands and need to have the option to lock up their bikes. CVS has removed their bike rack without having another option to safely lock up their bikes. They used to have one right in front of the store so people could lock their bikes, and it was in plain view of other customers, and that gave a secure location for locking. Several people I know have decided to go across the street to a competitor pharmacy because they care enough about the people who ride bikes to have a bike rack so people can secure their bikes and prevent their only mode of transportation from being stolen. I was there a while back when someone got their bike stolen because of this lack of caring for people who need to use bikes. This lack of consideration has undoubtedly cost CVS customers beyond the ones I know of. Please, CVS, start caring about your customers who don't drive and put a bike rack back at your store!

Before I walked in here, I had looked at the reviews and I'll be honest. I was a little concerned…read morehowever it was a reminder that we should never take someone else's experience as what our own experience will be. I was greeted with friendly pharmacy staff. I really appreciate that. The pharmacist took the time to talk with me and even gave me a discount on my prescription. I will definitely be back here anytime I need any prescriptions filled.

Customer service needs to be greatly approved at this location. I recently got out of the hospital…read more I was put in the hospital the first time because I was experiencing a rapid decrease in blood pressure. Because of this I was taken off blood pressure medication. When I was released from the hospital, I was given a prescription for Losartan Potassium 50 Mg Tab with the instructions to take it if my blood pressure got over 140/90 which I did until the day before yesterday. Then my blood pressure skyrocketed. I still had my regular blood pressure medication, Losartan-HCTZ 100-25 Mg Tab. Since it was after 5 pm and the doctor's office was closed, I decided to go and talk to the pharmacist. That was a big mistake. What resulted was being talked to like a child just because I could not understand which Losartan the very rude pharmacist was referring to. First of all this pharmacist that I had never seen before had a very heavy accent and my hearing is not what it used to be. All I could get out of it was Losartan. I asked him which one and he just kept saying Losartan. Then he told me that I needed to listen when a pharmacist tells me something and that he had told me four times. I said that I am a retired teacher and I know how frustrating it can be to have to repeat something over and over, but could he please repeat it one more time because I didn't catch it. Is it Losartan Potassium 50 Mg Tab or Losartan-HCTZ 100-25 Mg Tab? He refused to tell me so I ended up having to take a guess. Fortunately, I guessed correctly. My question is this? Should a pharmacist have more patience with a 60 year old confused, hard of hearing, little old lady than that? I was polite and respectful to him. Shouldn't I at least deserve the same? At the very least he could have just pointed to the correct medication. I brought in both of them. It was such a terrible experience that if I see this mighty pharmacist there again, I will leave and come back later to get my prescription. Maybe better yet, I should just go to another pharmacy where I am respected in spite of my age and lack of hearing.
