At one point, they asked my partner why I was on a new prescription. I understand since they're small they get a little attached, however, it was not appropriate. What if I did not want my partner to know about my new prescription? Also, hours are limited. And if they're running late to lunch, they'll be late back. And they're late to lunch often. I can't say enough good things about. I have an extensive array of prescriptions, one of which my insurance refuses to cover. For years I'd being paying $200 a month for it at Walgreens; waiting in line for an hour, then being told I was one day early to pick it up. Familia Farmacia is truly family owned and operated. Veteran Owned. Miguel and Issac and their staff of the nicest people remind me of service long forgotten. Their not trying to get rich on patients like me, they are honest and reasonable. The money I've saved there is off the scale. I've saved hundreds of dollars in a very short time. Even their over the counter medications cost less than. They'll even deliver in an emergency. During the Covid 19 Pandemic they've donated gloves and masks to local hospitals! When I had a surplus of paper towels, I donated it to them Issac and Miguel. This is a safe, clean and sanitized business. I do my part, coming is masked and gloved, and they go above and beyond to keep me safe. In a time when there is seemingly no choice but to be treated horribly but uncaring, overwrought big chain Pharmacies; where you take your life into your own hands to visit, after being harassed by homeless on the way in and up leaving. My prescription was sent over to their pharmacy Friday morning. I called Saturday morning because I…read moredid not hear anything about my prescription being ready. I spoke to a representative and was told that they are still working on it and it should be ready soon. I told her that the prescription is time sensitive and if they can please fill it as soon as possible. She said that they are working on it right now and that it will be ready soon. I didn't hear back from them and called towards the end of the day to ask for an update. I was told by another representative that they actually do not have the item and that they placed an order for it. It should be available on Monday. When I told her the situation and that I was already told that it would be available today, she responded that they are not talking new patients at this time and that they should not even be filling my prescription. She said I should have called yesterday to see if they would accept my prescription and not assume they would fill it. Additionally during our conversation as I was explaining why this prescription was so important she started speaking to a customer. I would understand if it was an urgent matter but she was asking the customer how her day was going and mentioned she hadn't seen her in a while. I wish there was an option to provide 0 stars as a 1 star review is still too much credit for the experience I had.

There's been multiple times I've bought stuff and once I leave I see that it's expired. Not a few days or weeks I mean a year or so. The young kid that works in there is just so rude..I went and took back some coffee creamer I bought that was over a year expired and I had the receipt. He gave me $15 and I said I paid $20 for it..now I don't care about the $5 it's the fact of how he went about it. I had my receipt and because when I bought the creamer I also bought my kid a candy he said it doesn't show I paid $20 that he can't just believe me when I say that. Anyway just check the dates when you buy from this place a candy I got was almost 2 years old. The skinny tall young guy is really nice so is the older man but the young guy with the curly hair is super rude. Employees shouldn't be on the phone the whole time they're working it's just so unprofessional regardless if they're using AirPods.

I had a very negative experience with valley optometric. They advertised contacts online at a…read moresignificant discount to me. I purchased these contacts and picked them up upon delivery. The next day I received a call and was told it was a mistake on their part and I needed to give the contacts back. I was disappointed and felt it was not my fault that this mistake happened so I went in to speak to the manager Lillian. She explained it was one of her employee's mistake and was asking for me to give the contacts back. I asked them to please, if I give the contacts back to hang on to them for me so I can purchase them directly from you due to the inconvenience of this mix-up. At this point she threatened to kick me out of the practice if I did not give back the contacts. I told them I had a receipt and proof of the discount offer and had no obligation to give them back but as a courtesy I would give them back to them if they would accommodate me by hanging on to them and selling them to me at the price that was correct not the erroneous one caused by their employees mistake. Lillian angrily said she would see what she could do and proceeded to get me kicked out of the practice because I would not respond to her threats so she carried through on her threat to kick me out of the practice. I was given false advertisement and tricked into this problem by their mistake. When I asked for an accommodation and agreed to pay the amount they wanted that was not enough for them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have signs all over saying that they will adjust your glasses at your own risk. This means if they break your glasses in attempting to adjust them you are financially responsible. Apparently though if they make a mistake and they are responsible for something they will put all the blame on the customer Make threats and carry through on these threats if they don't get exactly what they want.
