    Called before going, was advised they close at 9pm. Arrived at 8:55pm and they were closed already. Workers saw me at door, but still didn't open door. Took a photo 2 minutes later showing how it was closed already. Disappointed they closed early.

    Horrible horrible place to go for anything. Tonight they called the cops on me...not because I was stealing(I don't steal) not for being anything but a shopping customer..and locked me in 20mins. before closing(keeping me hostage until the police got there, i would like to see where this is walgreens procedure) but because I acted funny or 'strange' (being polite and courteous..saying please and thank you and all that gist is strange to them I suppose) so a lady, another fellow customer comes to me from checking out all the way to the other side of the store to tell me they called the police on me for being 'strange' so I go up to the workers and ask them "do you call the police on all your customers?" They immediately deny calling on me and say they called on that lady for stealing..yes the one who came all the way to the other side of the store to inform me who they just unlocked their front doors to allow her to leave. And I now -no longer feel like shopping- tell them I'm now ready to checkout and I just want to check a few items prices first..as I'm checking the prices on three items the police walk in and ask me to step outside so he may speak to me.. the Ceres officer handled this situation IMO above and beyond respectful,polite, and perfect. And after running my name lets me go to finish/complete my checkout and I tell him I no longer want to after being succumbed to this wrong behavior so I thanked the officer for handling it the way he did and I went to my truck I wanted to leave. After thinking for a moment I get a paper notebook and pen and I return to ask tor the employees names it's not 9:55pm and the door are locked and I tell them I want to talk to their boss/supervisor and they came tell me no they're closed I show them the notebook and pen saying I would like to report them for this. They then tell me I have to come back tomorrow, so I say "ok but what are your names" she then ignores me. So I took a picture of one of them for every one to know who it is and wha they did. I want her and the other one fired.

    This pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLE! Unfortunately we have to use them because our insurance says so.....definitely NOT BY CHOICE!

    Went to pick up my rxs and JR was so very helpful, I was however, extremely offended by his hair, because of that only 1 star

Unfortunately, whomever handled my recent phone inquiries regarding the need for a service call had me searching for someone else to handle the repairs. Day 1: My first voice mail inquiry went unanswered. Day 8: I called again and got a human who said that if I would fax in a repair prescription someone would get with me to set up a home visit. I sent in the fax right away. ~Day 13: I called and left a voice message requesting a return call to let me know what to expect. By then I expected nothing from dispatch. I went fishing for a different provider but didn't find any local repair dealers for the Pronto who would work with my insurer (United Healthcare-Sutter/Gould). There might be a match around, but I didn't find one. ~Day 20: A repair tech called and came out the same day. Again, a 5-star experience. The fellow was friendly and knowledgeable, though he had to let me know it would take another 2 weeks to return with the required parts and make the repairs. Obviously I don't know where the glitch in the system is, but in 2014 it shouldn't take more than a few days for a factory authorized dealer to receive any needed parts and to get the job done. Bottom line; kudos to the guys in the field and blah to the office and parts source.

Modesto is starving for personable one on one service, a place where service is the most important thing. Familia Farmacia is the Cheers of Pharmacies; "Where Everybody Knows Your Name!" I can't say enough good things about. I have an extensive array of prescriptions, one of which my insurance refuses to cover. For years I'd being paying $200 a month for it at Walgreens; waiting in line for an hour, then being told I was one day early to pick it up. Familia Farmacia is truly family owned and operated. Veteran Owned. Miguel and Issac and their staff of the nicest people remind me of service long forgotten. Their not trying to get rich on patients like me, they are honest and reasonable. The money I've saved there is off the scale. I've saved hundreds of dollars in a very short time. Even their over the counter medications cost less than. They'll even deliver in an emergency. During the Covid 19 Pandemic they've donated gloves and masks to local hospitals! When I had a surplus of paper towels, I donated it to them Issac and Miguel. This is a safe, clean and sanitized business. I do my part, coming is masked and gloved, and they go above and beyond to keep me safe. In a time when there is seemingly no choice but to be treated horribly but uncaring, overwrought big chain Pharmacies; where you take your life into your own hands to visit, after being harassed by homeless on the way in and up leaving. The third week of my infusions I ordered one prescription out of three that should be billed to Medicare and no supply's what so ever and they withdrew $380.80 from my checking without explanation or invoice. $380.80 for nothing nothing, more than the first twoweeks that included multiple prescriptions and supply's? No explanation. WHAT IN THE WORLD DO YOU PAY FOR WITHOUT RECEIVING ITEMIZED STATEMENT OF GOODS OR SERVICES ? Receipt? Worst customer service I have ever experienced?#!?!??#¥€#.!??? Now they told me medical and my private insurance don't cover it. They told me they charge 7 days a week whether I get any services or not they choose to call it per-dium $50 dollars a day. No wonder medical don't cover it they probably don't understand what they're charging for either? Of course they tell me it's not covered medical can't tell me or accept or deny cause they won't send them any paperwork either. Another day goes by they wrote me a basically hand drawn receipt that don't name the prescriptions and just says supplies such as these may be included ( listed ) I will see if my insurance will accept it from my out of pocket insurance. I spent weeks calling and asking why there was another charge for same day, and if ligit, why wasn't the same card on file used at the time, and no one could give me an answer. Finally, last November, I was told that the charge would be dropped, and the account closed. Today, almost 5 months later, I received another bill for same amount and speaking with them, they claim there are no notes on file that I ever called them and could not answer the same questions I asked several months ago, but they want the payment.
