Wow. Just wow. I go in to get pictures that I printed off the app pay and leave. Realize that they didn't give me both my pictures when I got to my car I checked. Went back in to get the second picture and while I was waiting Because it wasn't printed the person helping me double checked my last name. My last name is Meeker. The girl behind the register next to the place where the pictures were being printed said did you say Tweaker? And then she laughed. I sat there for a second And throught I was just gonna let it go, but I thought what if my last name was Tweaker. Then I asked her. Did you call me a Tweaker? She said no I thought that she said your last name was Tweaker. I said that's unacceptable. That's a conversation that you need to have when the customer leaves and she just was looking under her breath with a little smile on her face, whether that be a nervous smile or a condescending smile, I couldn't tell, but then she just left and went to the back. I told the lady that was helping me that somebody needed to have a conversation with her that I found her conduct to be incredibly unprofessional. Unbelievable happy Mother's Day. read more

This location still continues to be bush league. For example, this morning I went online and made the appointment for four vaccines (birthday coming up, it's what I do.) I got the confirmation in the email. I showed up before the appointed time only to be told that I had no appointment. I showed the clerk/pharmacist my email and confirmation. She wasn't impressed but did get the shots scheduled. My readers may say "that's a corporate thing" well folks, I hate to tell ya, the pharmacy you walk into IS the company to the customer. While waiting I heard a couple of others who had issues with the disconnect between online and in person. Kudos to the team for at least getting my shots done in a timely manner. read more

I stopped here because I needed to pick up some allergy medicine after work. I was completely shocked to see a cashier with a lollipop not only sticking out of her mouth while she was ringing people up, but also taking it out of her mouth while she was standing there ringing people up. Then to walk down an aisle to see 3 other employees gossiping about another person acting as if they were putting stock away just completely had me in awe. Now it's around 5:30 PM and the store is not too busy but busy enough. I was literally walking around in circles looking for one specific item and although I walked by said employees several times; and I know they saw me; not once was I asked if I needed help. I finally made it up to the register and the cashier with the lollipop was still sucking on the sucker and chit chatting with another employee and although they both saw me they did not bother to ring me up until they were done with their conversation! Needless to say I will not be stopping at this store again. I will definitely go out of my way to go to Target. read more

Terrible pharmacy! We were told an hour for prescriptions for our son. Two hours later, not ready. We drove to the store, waited in the drive thru, only to wait over 20 minutes at the window to be acknowledged. This pharmacy needs management! I checked in for a curbside pickup but nobody came out. I tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. After 15 minutes I had to go into the store. Again, there was nobody in the store to help me. I had to wait through a long line before they went and got my order. Talked to the manager and he had no sympathy whatsoever! It took me roughly 30 minutes to get my order. Worst customer service!!! I am a frequent shopper however I will be taking my business elsewhere. Alexia causally sat at the register with no other customer in line. I was trying to do an even exchange on some make up I had purchased 2 days prior when she didn't want to exchange it properly. I asked her to get her manager and the manager came over to over another register as someone got in line. The manager informed Alexia to use same rate that I had already paid. With an attitude she completed the transaction. At the end I ended up starting to walk out with the product. I turned back and asked for the original receipt (that she threw in the trash). She said "well I threw it out." I politely said "well then I guess you can dig it out!" Grumbly about she was trying to make it seem like forever to get to it. So as I can see it sitting on top. I shared that ok, I will wait! Walgreens time to remind people if they don't want to work, get a new job!! read more

If you want the run around, rude customer service and a forever wait from the pharmacy come here! My brother is on hospice care and I pick his medication up here and what a disaster! The clerk tried to tell me the meds I was picking up already was the meds I needed for his treatment to keep him at ease. No lady! That's for comfort care. He isn't even there yet! He has pneumonia, and I'm here to pick up his antibiotics! That you can't even have ready for me that has been placed in your system and you could fill while I shop your store like most Walgreens locations. Mai was so rude , I was picking up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday, she said I'd have to pay for it myself as it wasn't time yet, she went to her boss and got the okay to do that. When she put the prescription in the system she says "oh it went through " after giving me the runaround didn't say anything just dropped the bag and walked away. My boyfriend and I just recently moved into the neighborhood and we decided to check out the local stores to see what was around. And when I was younger my mom would take my siblings and I to Walgreens just to get a snacks so I also wanted to see if it was the same. Obviously Walgreens is a little pricey but the convenience of having a 24hr in walking distance is great. So last night we went and immediately all eyes were on us which obviously isn't the issue (there's a whole police camera that's outside so we had an idea of why that was there) as we were walking down the snack aisle because that's mostly what we came for, we noticed at least three different employees either walking passed the aisle or were at the end of the aisles just standing there. And we were the only ones in the store at the time . We stayed for maybe another 10 minutes and as soon as we turned the corner an older Asian women told her younger male employee to "watch these two" and she didn't know we were standing right there and she turned and looked at us not knowing we were standing there and awkwardly starting laughing and walked away knowing she got caught saying that out loud for customers to hear. And a little backstory of us, I'm a nurse carrying a very expensive purse and my boyfriend is a construction worker so we have the expenses to shop there. After that encounter I wanted to leave immediately we so felt DISRESPECTED and PROFILED. But we decided to get our items and we left. We obviously will not be coming here again. And obviously we know Walgreens is a big corporation and loosing two customers is not a big deal but I hope the employees will learn from this. read more

Lady with the grey hair working the the graveyard shift on 11/10/22 around 1am was the rudest person and should not be working in customer service. i regret not getting her name so i could make a proper complaint. I understand the store being construction and having to work in the middle of the night isn't ideal but if you hate your job so much that you kick customers out and tell them to come back in the morning because you don't want to deal with them isn't good business. I hope she doesn't represent all workers at that store. If i could give 0 stars i would. I work in customer service and would never think to talk to customers the way i was spoken to. read more

We are always treated with friendly service at this neighborhood Walgreens. The pharmacy has a drive-up window for those who do not want to get out of their car. We almost always go inside for our pharmacy needs. Sometimes the line can be long but the clerks are friendly and service is good. Once you have submitted your prescription you can shop for those items you forgot you needed or the ones on your list. read more

A terrible place to shop. We recently waited over an hour for service. The personnel is rude. Their priorities are messed up. Now they won't sell necessary, legal, products to the people. The management are cowards who buckle to the stupid, which they are a member of. There are consistent problems with their computer system and pricing guidelines. Horrible customer service. I've been on hold for over 30 min to get one simple question answered. Kept getting transferred back to the front desk who then transfers me back to the pharmacy staff. It's a never ending cycle. And they tell me because the front is picking up my call, every time they transfer me back to the pharmacy, I'm put back at the end of the call list and have to wait all over again. Manager Milton is problem he does not care about customer service. Instead of looking for solutions to help he makes customers wait in car line for about 1 hr while they illegally perform self administered PCR covid test. These test are not to be performed by Patients. Secondly corporate has provided two windows but adherently they do not obtain aptitude to utilize, as this store also can not count days when 31 days in a month. They simply brake corporate policy and state go elsewhere also against ADA it's simpler to just solve your problem and treat customers properly! read more

Walgreens refusing to give me my sleeping meds because of an error they made. I am recovering from Cancer and need to sleep. I never had this issue at the Walgreens in Santa Cruz. Turns out my dad's insurance no longer allowed Walgreens to fill his prescription. I was referred to CVS stating they work this particular insurance. I had to go over to cvs and I had the worst customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru was told rudely, I needed to walk in the store to be helped. As I walked in to cvs the store was a mess! The pharmacy tech didn't even greet me or even acknowledge me. I had to ask for help after being ignored for a while. After 20 minutes of waiting cvs would not fill my dad's prescription until I got Walgreen's to release it to them. Usually the pharmacy would call the other pharmacy at this point to get the prescription and fill it. Well not this time. They rudely told me to call Walgreen's myself or drive back over there. I ended up driving back to Walgreen's because I couldn't get thru(I'm sure they're super busy). By then I'm getting heated! As soon I walked into Walgreens I was greeted. They could tell I was upset! I Told them my scenario and the pharmacist at Walgreens stepped in and called cvs herself and cleared up my situation. While I was waiting the whole crew was making me laugh & even apologized for CVS's horrible service. They made me feel Like a real person and welcomed. Thank you Walgreens! read more

The staff here is TERRIBLE .. only think there's two good workers here which is older white lady and small Asian woman .. other then that the customer service sucks and they suspect everyone is always stealing if u are a minority and pay attention to u when they think u are but when u actually need help they are elsewhere and non helpful for people .. it always fascinates me when I go to a Walgreens. I find the most unusual things and oh yeah have to buy them. Yesterday was 2 for 5 dollar camouflage baseball caps. Also I found some 8.99 Dickies scrub tops...thats half the price I have been seeing them at other stores. I would have bought a set but I just bought 60 dollars worth last month. Walgreen's is cool becuase you never know what you will find. Oh one more thing, be careful when you drive through the parking lot as you can easily get into a fender bender because of the layout of the parking spaces. read more

Not only does this place have a drive through pharmacy but it is open 24 hours with a security guard. After trying to yell out my info to the pharmacist over my boyfriend's shoulder at 6AM (after being in the ER all night) in the speaker I gave up and went inside. I am sure we (I mean me especially) looked respectable with rumpled drooled stained clothing, a swollen mouth, smeared makeup and goofy- high on morphine...The pharmacist was able to get my prescription filled in 5 minutes (super fast!), buzz me in to use the restroom and we even found a cat toy/house shaped like a pirate ship and Halloween decorations! Does that not sound like fun or what!? read more

I have finally given up on Walgreens on Coffee Rd. One should not have to serve as the intermediary between one's doctor and the pharmacy. Walgreens tells me they have contacted my doctor for prescription refills, but as often as not the doctor's office never received a FAX. When I ask the doctor's staff to contact them, the issue is generally, but not always resolved. The staff at the Walgreens pharmacy is, with rare exceptions, rude and unresponsive. This has been going on repeatedly for more than a year. Frankly, I am tired of the frustration involved in dealing with them. The Walgreens store is conveniently located to me and has 24 hour service. Sadly, I will miss the convenience, but no longer want to deal with the frustration in refilling a prescription and lack of respect I must endure just get a refill. read more
