For backstory, I went on a camping trip a few months ago and bought a disposable camera it had a switch that pops up a little red bit which indicates the flash and when I went to get them processed the old lady kept spinning the dial which when that happens and there are no pictures left delete's the picture and she said "why is it still red" and it took all of my willpower to not scream at her that it was just the flash so I was hoping that it didn't delete the picture's but when I got them in the mail half of my picture's were gone read more

I can see why this Walgreens has two star rating. I had a craving for holiday Danish butter cookies and they had it for $3.50. I tried to purchase two of them and put in my phone number however, my phone number and never existed in their system. The person behind the counter, a young man in his late teens early 20s, kept arguing with me that my account... My phone number is not in the system. After I purchased it at full price, While I was at the parking lot, I contacted the wall greens 800 number and confirmed with someone by the name of Andrea at the corporate office that Walgreens had switched their reward programs. Evidently the staff here are too stupid to know or explain that they switched of the reward programs to their customers. Luckily, I found a female staff member who understood my situation though there were some language barrier but she fixed my issue and was able to give me the cookies at the discounted price. I had this experience a couple of months ago but I very much haven't forgotten it, I had recently bought some DESIGNER sunglasses, I was directed to return them through fed ex in Walgreens as told, however a couple of days later I recieved an empty box, when I opened the box it was empty with only my return slip, I never received my refund on my end because the company told me they never received the sunglasses back, came to realize that they sent me the exact same box I had returned but empty. Walgreens sent me back my box empty when they never were supposed to send it back to me, and also stole the designer sunglasses. This is the WORST PHARMACY hands down that I have EVER used. I would give them -10 stars if I could! Their phone is always busy, you literally cannot get through. I tried from 9 am to 8:30pm and finally got through, only to be told that "our phones have been down all day" which was total BS. Every time the phone would ring through they would pick up the phone and then cycle the call back into the cue. This happened over and over all day. As soon as the phone rang they would put it back in the cue again. Just Crazy. The lines to pick up your prescriptions at the store usually take 30 minutes to get through, weather drive-thru or walk-in. I cannot understand how a nationwide chain can be so poorly managed, and why they just don't hire more help! Sooo... So I called Walmart pharmacy in Turlock and am having all my prescriptions transferred there. It turns out that in some cases with prescriptions that my insurance does not cover, Walmart's price was $15.00 cheaper! The pharmacy is problem, you have to wait in line and usually there isn't help in Spanish. The rest of the store is average, although the prices are very high.
