When I picked up for the second time, The lady who was helping me called her supervisor or manager to see what solution they had or options to repair the damage and clearly told me that the only thing they could do was to give me a credit for 20 dollars and I told her that if that was the only solution that is a piece of more than 10 years and this one is new, I only used it once, she screamed at me, telling me what else she wanted her to do and I told her to calm down, that I only wanted a solution and she told me that there was no more, I asked her if. They could pay for the damage and she told me that if they paid for the damage, they would keep my piece I decided better to tell her that thank you for your help and I left the place, it is one of few bad experiences, but they should try to help a little more, one seeks professionals, not to damage things, but to take care of them.
