They recently added the ability to pay at your actual pump rather than having to head over to a kiosk or go inside. I like that. The location is pretty good. It's easy to get to and located so that if you are just passing through town you will stumble onto it in most cases. If you need more than just gas they have a good sized store too. Not the largest or best am/pm I have seen but decent with something to satisfy most. They also sell propane. The employees are nice. Not overly happy to see you and could smile a little more but they at least do not hate that you are there. That sadly can't always be said these days.

We also spend good money there, so I was especially disappointed by how we were treated this time. We placed our order at the drive-thru, and when we got to the window, the order was incorrect. Rather than making a big deal about it, we went inside and simply asked if we could pay the difference for the items that were missing. The employee we spoke with was willing to help, but after speaking with the manager, we were told absolutely not and that we would have to purchase the entire order again. What made this experience so frustrating was the manager's attitude and the way we were treated. I'm pretty sure he was also the person who took our original order, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Mistakes happen -- we understand that. What matters is how you handle them, and unfortunately, this was handled terribly. I have never been treated like that at a McDonald's before, and as a regular customer, I found the entire interaction incredibly disappointing. I hope the appropriate people see this and address the customer service issues with whoever was managing the night shift. Customers shouldn't be made to feel like they are a problem when they are simply trying to get the order they paid for. I'm sharing this because I genuinely hope someone takes it seriously. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from a place our family regularly supports.
