I'd been driving for four hours - filled up my car with gas across the street - but needed to get some relief. Alas the bathroom at Quick Stop was DOA. So went Jack in the Box - well only drive tru was open. Next stop was Marathin gas station and their bathroom was non functional - uuur . So went to Seven- Eleven - success - and I was thanking heaven. I pickup a Monster 'cause driving not done yet. I walk regularly in the neighborhood and sometimes run out of water sometimes need to use the restroom. I've stopped at 7-Eleven several times. They are kind congenial and friendly and I always ask permission to use the facilities of course but they always always always very nicely. I am disabled suffering from severe p.t.s.d among other things.i stopped in there with my service animal today and was told if I wanted to remain in the store I had to carry my service dog because they said he was sniffing the merchandise.my dog is very well trained in fact as the employee was telling me this I kept looking down at my dog and he was laying down like he is supposed to do.service dogs are not supposed to be carried.the employee asked me if I wanted her to call the police.at that point I felt mentally attacked because I had done nothing wrong.so I went out front to wait for the police and she comes out and hands me her phone.after the owner refused me service I asked for his name so I could file a complaint with the person's with disability's act.he refused to give me his name and said you may leave now.if you or a loved one suffers from p.t.s.d or if you feel that it's wrong to treat disabled people like were second class citizens.then please give your support by letting them know that you don't appreciate the way they treat disabled Americans.thank you. read more

Not only do they have hands down the best convenience store selection in town, at fair prices, but they also have the friendliest staff and cleanest location. This is our new favorite 7-11. They only charged $0.99 for a big gulp refill. Not the largest 7-11 but well stocked. The bathroom was ok, but I would not have put my purse down anywhere. read more

I've been shopping at this E F St 7-Eleven for over nine years now. The owners and their daughter have always been very pleasant, helpful and professional. I just left that store and encountered the rudest couple that's ever worked there. I'll admit I was confused about the total price coming to $19 total- because the first total I was given was $17. There was confusion about lotto sales and several things going on. I'm a senior citizen with anxiety issues so I don't get out much. I was confused and asked for an explanation. BUT for an employee to say "this is taking too long" is just the rudest thing you could ever say to a customer and did my anxiety NO GOOD. I don't care how long it takes to explain a sale to a customer- you take your time and you explain it. I'm sorry to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I live a block away and I have no complaints the girl with the blue hair is very sweet and very personable she remembers things I like and half the time I would probably forget what I went to the store for in the first place but she actually will ask me if i need milk or cigarettes and remind me to get a beef stick for my dog lol read more

It is a nice place to get Slurpees nachos coffee and donuts on the run. The owners work and manage the 7-eleven and a very helpful, knowledgeable, and keep the place clean. The Slurpees are the best to get, nachos are very delicious, and the copies are good in the morning. 7-Eleven always reminds me of how I grew up and the food and the Slurpees I would get in the summertime. There's not much difference between most 7-Eleven's. Selection and cleanliness both seem reasonable here. I haven't really had to interact with the staff much, so that they don't stand out for their rudeness or incompetency is a plus I suppose. But the real reason I like this place is because this is some of the cheapest gas you'll find on your way to Yosemite from the Bay. Usually you can get all the way to Yosemite from the Bay on a full tank of gas, even with it being uphill near the end. But if you drive around a lot while in Yosemite, you run the risk of having to buy gas in or around Yosemite, and that can be a pricey proposition. Stop here on the way up (it's on the right so no need for left turns or U-turns) and you'll be grateful. The gas is cheaper than you'll find in the Bay, and I've never had engine problems, knocking, or stalling from this "cheap" gas. read more

The guy Chris who was working behind the counter was pretty rude. He was not being sanitary which I didn't bring up, and the guy was either joking around with or harassing another customer. Overall this store has really gone downhill. read more

I've been going to this 7-11 since I was really young, and the service at night has really gone bad, I was looking around to get some snacks and my brother had ordered a pizza and told the ladyi thought (maybe she would have gotten a head start on making it) but no she had told him cash or card that's it and my brother had asked me and i said yes card and she just stood and stared at me until I was done getting what i was doing ? like really just let me be look around for snacks. i know she's been working there for a long time but fuck she's really rude too every time. she has glasses and really tall, we didn't even do anything to her and she was just maybe having a bad day? i work in customer service to and I would never be rude and rushy with my guest. Maybe give her a talk to about at least act like you care about your job. The owners in the morning do a fantastic job though love them! read more

Decent gas prices, though only two pumps, and the convenience store is a little better than most gas stations. I like that they have both Coke and Pepsi options, to go along with their standard slurpees. I stocked up on munchies on my way to Yosemite. read more

The customer service in this store is great from all of the cashiers. There is one guy that I'm guessing is an owner or manager, as I've seen him several times in the office. He's rude and snobbish, but it's good that he doesn't interact with customers on a regular basis. The store is old but relatively clean, and well stocked vs. the Quik Stop accross the street that is newer and poorly stocked. The only down side is the amount of shady people that hang out in front of the store at night. I've been hounded for money and cigarettes, even offered drugs. I think the cashiers should enforce the "no loitering" sign more. I try not to go there after dark if I can help it. read more
