Rocket in Riverbank (Patterson / Oakdale) are scammers. If you have to go into this gas station MAKE DAMN sure you always ask for your receipt and review it. Always look twice at the items you purchase OTC, it's almost like they intentionally give you the wrong item just to piss you off. You won't be able to exchange the items once you realize it, and you're already out the door. Trust NOBODY at Rocket! read more

When they have no stock up front. You have to wait for the manager to go to the back and get your item. The manager always seems to be doing something else. So you wait or u go somewhere else. I guess the clerks used to be able to go back there but no more. It can be problematic when you have somewhere to be. read more

I enter Rocket gas station in Riverbank ca with a let's go Brandon shirt and the assistant manager deny me service. I spoke to corporate district manager they did absolutely nothing . I've already boycott along with 20 other of my friends. The crazy thing is enter chevron down the street and I was given 2 free drinks for my patients because there was an elderly handicap woman that took awhile for her to pay. I was fine but the two clerks insisted I take the two free drinks. Rocket gas station the most horrible service. To top it off her excuse was she had to Pee wow. read more

I have a mix of good and bad reviews for my visit to this gas station the other day (Saturday, June…read more13, 2020). First, let me start with the bad. When I drove in to the station to get gas, I found that about half of the pumps were out of service. Secondly, when I tried to pay for a car wash with my gas, I got a prompt on the screen telling me to go inside to pay for the car wash, so I did. When I went back out to the pump after paying for it, I found that it didn't give me the discount associated with the car wash purchase. I went back inside to tell the attendant, and was told that I couldn't get the discount unless I paid at the pump, to which I replied that I couldn't because I was prompted to go inside to pay for it. My purchase for the car wash was refunded, and the attendants tried conducting the full transaction at the counter. When I tried to pay for a car wash again, the computer inside wouldn't give a car wash code. The attendants called Mister Car Wash, the company they do business with, but their customer service line was closed, so I had to do without a car wash code. I ended up paying for my gas inside and going back outside to the pump. I found a prompt on the screen saying the pump was out of service, so I had to go back inside AGAIN to tell them. Now, the good part. First and foremost, despite all of this, I was given the discount associated with my car wash purchase, even though I didn't get one. One of the attendants by the name of Gina was extremely helpful and friendly. She came out to the gas pump and assisted me with the pump, and even pumped the gas for me. Gina was extremely apologetic about the ordeal, but I understand it was no fault of their own since Mister Car Wash was not available to remedy the situation.
