Credit cards wouldn't work at the pump so I had to go inside to pay for fuel. Rather than ask how much I wanted to pay for, the cashier simply ran my card for authorization. I told her that I only wanted $50 on pump 3, but she said the card's already been run... For $38 -- and NOT much gas -- imagine my surprise when my credit card showed a $175 charge. I called the station and spoke with the owner, who assured me that charge would drop off my credit in a few days. Well, it's been months now, and the owner insists it's my bank that's at fault (despite me contesting the charges 10 business days after incurring the penalty). Yes, penalty. My bank claims that the fault is Chevron's, and after several phone calls, they sent me a copy of the email sent to Chevron. Chevron insists that it's the gas station that's at fault. So despite many personal, professional appeals to both the Chevron station manager and Chevron, I had to force my bank to release the funds which Chevron has used that doesn't belong to them. Guess they haven't been making enough money.... My attorney wrote three letters, one to Chevron, one to the station manager, and one to my bank. Only my bank responded, removing the fee (I also paid for the $38.08 gas charge which appeared on my card account online the day after getting the gas. The station manager won't talk to me. Chevron got to use $175 of my money for months without paying me interest on the loan, or thanking me. Guess I'll start calling them Chevron stealerships. read more

Stopped here because i had a gas gift card from work and was "impressed" for a gas station. The cashiers were really nice and engaging, the place smelled good and was clean. They also had a large ice coffee for $1.59! read more

Decided to grab a cup of coffee... It was like warm and had to use the microwave. Fail!!!

I've gone to this Chevron for many years and this past weekend of 8/31/19. I was told in a very rude and unprofessional way by two of their technicians that I had problems with my oil light that comes on. The technician who spoke to me he was the one who came out and greeted when I FIRST arrived. They diagnosed the problem wrong told me that I need to keep putting oil in the car when it's low the oil wasn't even low the light comes on for other reasons. I GET the oil changed regularly. They were the ones who put the oil in my car three months ago when I had my last oil changed and that was when the light started coming on after I left their place. Anyway thank you for reminding me to not come back to this place ever again and work on your manners when speaking to customers and don't make assumptions about people. read more

This Chevron deserves a proper review. Every time I come here I'm completely blown away on how friendly the employees are. They give truly awesome customer service. My sisters wallet was stolen and Credit card was used at this location. Called for info on what was needed to retrieve video and the guy Kevin was a very RUDE and unwilling to help. He was being a smart ass and condescending. He said we needed to make an appointment with owner to get video with an officer but refused to give us owners name and number to make an appointment.
