Because CVS refused to give my prescriptions to my new pharmacy, I experienced several days of uncomfortable debilitating physical problems. CVS received 3 faxes from my new pharmacy, but never responded. My doctor finally called CVS asking them to transfer my prescriptions. They refused. Because they refused to send my prescriptions (as Rite Aid had done for them), my doctor had to write all new prescriptions. read more

Beware, my doctor changed my prescription to a larger dose, they filled it then, approximately two weeks later they filled the old prescription, mind you these were 90 day supply, they also put me on automatic refill, I would take them off and within two months they would have me back, the pharmacist is a real a$$, doesn't care about you and what you have to say, I have one RX that I have three bottles of and each has 90 day supply, in my opinion, I think they are pocketing the extra money, so I transferred to a new pharmacy and it took them four days to respond to only one of my prescriptions saying they only received on prescription request, so I had my doctor call new pharmacy and give them all my information, I would advise not to use them, terrible, terrible service read more

I've been going to the pharmacy for 18 months. they know me. all was well. once I turned 65 and began dealing with medicare things changed. they would not give me my sensors for my Diabeties. I even had a 3 way call with myself, Medicare& the pharmacist. Medicare told her YES WE PAY FOR THIS SENSOR. Still they denied me the sensors. the pharmacist gave me a sheet of paper listing the documentation required and told me to give it to my doc. I did. they sent what was required STILL DENIED. Not sure if it's a glitch in the computer or if the pharmacist is just refusing because of the continued hassle that's happened. I'm switching all my prescriptions anywhere else. I refuse to deal with people who know the situation but still act rude and unprofessional because I'm disrupting their day. This review is for the pharmacy. This has happened to me 3 times so far. I get off work come here in the drive thru to pick up my mom's prescriptions and get greeted right away only to be told, "we will be right with you." I said ok no problem, again only to have to wait about 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. I look through the window and see the employee waiting on customer after customer at the counter, and no one is coming to the window. I look again through the window and see the employee this time putting away the filled prescriptions from a box, instead of helping me in the drive thru. Did she not see me, sitting there? read more

Absolutely hate this pharmacy!! Nothing but trouble almost every time I come here. Will be changing pharmacy after today. My husband had oral surgery at 8 am this morning. Doctor ordered antibiotic and pain meds. Came by at 9:30 to pick up meds, got antibiotic but told pain meds don't get dispensed until after 3 pm. I asked why, so he is to remain in pain for the next 6 hours until they will dispense anything? I was told that is just the way it is but he can take some OTC meds like Tylenol or ibuprofen in the meantime. I explained that he can't do that because of kidney disease. Why no opioids until after 3 pm. This is ridiculous!! My husband is 66 years old and in a lot of pain, you guys at CVS have NO COMPASSION. Employees here are unpleasant and the manager is absolutely awful! DO NOT use this pharmacy if you can avoid it. read more

I am incredibly frustrated with the pharmacy. For over two weeks, I have made numerous attempts to reach them, but I have been unable to get through to anyone on the phone, and they never return my calls. It is unacceptable that they have been assigned Rite Aid's prescriptions when they lack the capability to manage such responsibilities effectively. My physician sent them three prescriptions, and they have lost one of them. I only learned this from their ridiculous AI system because they won't connect you to a human being. Unfortunately, I cannot go to any other pharmacy because it is a narcotic, and no other pharmacy will accept it. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. If you have the option, do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use a pharmacy that is completely incompetent. These guys ARE as bad as the reviews on here. TRUST THAT! Just moved from Riverbank, which had a great pharmacy, to this one that's closer but the workers here at the pharmacy don't know how to treat people without judgement or attitude. Especially the older skinny woman with the longer hair and glasses. What a ray of sunshine to talk to. I had a drs appointment yesterday and they decided to change my medication, which will require further authorization. I called Walgreens to see if it was ready and it said it was so I went down to the store and had the most annoying interaction with a woman who was constantly on the defensive about everything I was told to ask for by my DR. I think I'll be changing my pharmacy back and making the extra drive out of town. Not really worth it to be treated poorly because 1.) the medication your on 2.) type of insurance 3.) I can kindly wait for my ADHD medication if it means I'm NOT going to be treated like a drug addict at the counter. I simply stopped in because I had a notification it was ready. It wasn't. Have had several encounter with Cashier Stephanie and each encounter has been unpleasant. This cashier needs to be reminded that customer service is #1. There is no need to be rude and condescending. This cashier appears to have a chip on the shoulder and have a difficult time being nice and not being so rude. She seems to make my experience at the CVS unpleasant. VERYS DISREPECTFUL MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. I was doing a delivery and had everything shopped besides two items. I asked an employee what aisle i could find my last 2 items on, all i wanted to know was what aisles not expecting the lady to stop stocking to show me, she kindly helped and i told her my appolgoies i didnt mean to stop her from what she was doing that i just need to know where to find it and she said "its ok thats our job thats why were here" very kindly, and the manager some lady in glasses and long hair was standing at register and says" what are you doing he can find his items himself thats his job" and the worker continued to ahow me so i used self checkout to avoid the very rude customer service by the manager, as i do she walks to where the worker was stocking so after checkout i walk back there to tell her that was rude as a manager and as i do shes talking about me sayin "he always asks for help and how annoying it is and how she thinks get that the hell out of my face" and i told her that was rude that thats in their job description to help when a customer cant find something and she said thats my job not theres that they dont need to assist me on where items are and i told her il be reaching out to corporate and she said with a smart attitude" good call them" . Thats NO WAY to act as a manager. Business is ALL ABOUT customer service and especially being a manager she should set a better example to employees. The guy (appeared to be of Indian descent) at the drive up window just sat there while I waited for him to help me. He made me push the button instead of getting up and he was right there at the window doing nothing. He put my receipt and card at the back of tray and I couldn't reach it. I told him I can't reach it and he said "it's right there". No concern or care. I had to ask him to put it closer to the front so I could reach it. Pharmacy is under new management, BEWARE!!! They are terrible! You can't get your "controlled medication" (mind you they are all controlled because it's a pharmacy) until you are officially out of your medication! Review for pharmacy. Dr calls in prescription in afternoon. Around 7:15 call in to check on status. Automated hold for pharmacist (wanted to check to see if ready) so use the automated check system and it says it'll be ready by 9:15. But the pharmacy closes at 9:00 so go back to holding for pharmacy. Wait another 10 minutes and nothing. So decide to drive to CVS. Get to pharmacy, wait for one person in line. While waiting, hear the phone say "two pharmacy calls" - does this over and over. Three people in the pharmacy area - one waiting on customers, one running around and the pharmacist. The person in front finishes then our turn and still no one answers the phone. Don't understand the lack of response??!! read more

First of all I wish I could give this a 5 star rating because this is my "go to" spot and has been for years and I have grown to love all workers so much. Sadly because a little guy named Cliff that started working there I feel so unsafe and uncomfortable. He says provocative things to me every time I go in, even when I say stop. He grabbed my hip, proceeded to push his body into mine and tried whispering in my ear. I'm not judgemental when it comes to smoking but he vapes right in front of the sliding doors even when parents are taking children in. I really tried to wait to post this to see if someone would have the decency to let him go but it just gets worse. I watched him call an underage girl (you could tell she was super young) sexy and she tried walking away and he said, "cmon I only give beautiful girls like you those kind of names." And then right in front of me while I was walking down an isle one of my favorite girls was working and he said, "Stupid B****." Under his breath and when I tried to confront him he said, "I would never call you that darling, the girl knows who I'm talking about and deserves it." I am so grossed out and I am scared for my safety and will have to go to corporate if no one there does anything. Management can't be Niave to this. Went in today around 5:15 pm -5:30 pm. If you want to get yelled at by the managers you come here. If you want the worst customer service experience you come here. Anyways, went in today and checked out in self check out, the register didn't correctly apply some extra rewards bucks. So I went to the cashier and told her the problem I was having. I had already inserted the rewards coupon in the slot and since it didn't apply To the purchase I either wanted an adjustment or by coupon back. She immediately started arguing with me that it was because the coupon was from a different card and speaking to me in a condescending way. She then called her manager. At this point I was a bit irritated but I tried to be as nice as possible. He comes and she's telling him that the coupon didn't apply but it was because it was from a different card and that I probably imputed my incorrectly and that that's the reason it wasn't coming up. Basically telling him hey this customer is crazy and she doesn't know what's she's doing. The manager then told me that yes the problem was it was a different card and there was nothing he could do. He didn't even offer to help at all I don't know what kind of service training they have. At this point I am irritated. And I'm telling them I don't understand I know I imputed my number correctly when I check out it should be applied. I then told them fine I'll just take the coupon and apply it on a later purchase and they both tell me it won't work then either because I used the wrong phone number and it was some else's. I opened up mg app and I saw that my card and the card number on the coupon were the same. So I just had them rescan everything and had them try it again they didn't want to but I wasn't backing down. They did even though I could tell that both the cashier and the manager did not want to. And guess what it worked all with the same phone number and everything and by then I did let out a cuss word and he started yelling at me because I cussed. I wasn't even being as rude as I could have but as I walked out the door he was yelling at me to not come back and that I wasn't welcome. That's the type of manager CVS hires. If that's how the managers treat you imagine regular employees. Like I said I could have been really rude to them I could have definitely pulled a Karen if I wanted to but I didn't, and to be treated in such a condescending and unprofessional way is very inappropriate. read more

Honestly I''ve never been inside a CVS Pharmacy store before. Hearing the name I thought it was just all medicines and pills sold here. I'm glad I went it. It's kind of like a Rite Aid store. I bought a nice melon scented jar candle and shampoo. They have a free store rewards card called Extracare Card. You get 2% back with every purchase. The cashier asked if I had an Extracare Card. I told her I didn't and that was it. She didn't ask me if I wanted to get one that day. She didn't even bother to tell me the benefits of having the card. Is customer service totally dead in this area? It's fine cuz I just signed up for it online. The real reason I came in here was to use the bathroom. It was pretty clean. Then again I was here pretty early in the morning. Will stop in here again when I need to use their bathroom or need to buy something. read more

I would leave a zero star if they had that as a choice but they don't. This store needs a complete overhaul of its staff. Time and time again I come in here and am treated like my wife is a drug addict. I have been picking up my wife's meds for years in this store and time and time again they give me a hard time. They did at one time have 1 good pharmacist there but evidently she saw this business for what it was and left...medication bullies....She's has NOT once requested or received her meds early but they play this little game about when you can pick it up. This had happened before and I spoke to the pharmacy manager. She researched my wife's account and confirmed all the years my wife has never once came in early and we shouldn't get treated like we do and not only filled my wife's meds at that moment but said if this hairball again to ask for her and she would take care of it. She would also educate her staff on customers such as my wife and her history. And yet once again I went in to fill my wife's meds (that should of been filed 3 days ago) at around 1030 and was told to come back at 3pm. This was after I got the look of "no it's too early" by Melissa the cash register girl. After she opened my wife's account and quickly realized that in fact it was not, you can almost see her mind spinning and working. "How can I still make this customes situation unpleasant! So she turned to "David" the pharmacy tech or possibly a pharmacist to ask if they can fill my wife's meds and he replied yes! She then looks at me and says that will be ready after 3pm. I replied well in here now so I will just wait. That got shot down with a response "it needs to be called in a day before I pick it up" I replied it was called in on Friday of last week and requested to be filled on Saturday (the actual day) it was supposed to be filled. She still said no we don't do those till after 3pm. I asked to speak to David the manager and he stood by Melissa response. He also stated they never fill before 3 because they were to busy with other customers (which in fact was a lie because they have filled my wifea meds two months ago before 3pm). At that time I looked around and they had no one in the store , no one in drive through and 4 workers working. He told me "I can look around all I want but it wasn't going to change the fact I wasn't going to get my wife's meds till 3pm. So he's holding my wife's meds, which are not early (three days late in fact) hostage because they are trying to be controlling and because their lives are petty. I felt they were discriminating my wife for medication that she has to take and meds that I must stress were NOT and never been early. It's refill..System....change date...print sticker ....count meds..sign sticker...give to customer ...3 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the first time after looking at my wife's account and realizing she doesn't get these meds early they are making me come back. In a time when gas prices are soaring to unsustainable amounts and also specially since I'm a disabled vet on a modest salary they are making me go home and come back in a few hours so they can be bullies. Bullies that can control medications. It's a form of harassment. And if I find out it's all because my wife is an Asian woman I will sue the shit out of this company. Hey dickheads, my wife would love it if she didn't have to take this medication. If you would like to go back and stop the drunk driver from plowing into my wife that would be great otherwise just do your job. Your job is to get prescription from Dr. Fill meds,make sure they are NOT early (per laws), and shut the fuck up! But that's to hard for this company. My friend and I went to CVS for some after school snacks. We were very thirsty after a long day of school so we went over to the drink section to get 2 Naked Drinks. On the tag, we saw these smoothies were buy 1, get 1 half off. The original price was $4. Therefore, we thought we could get the 2nd drink for $2. We headed towards the self checkout to purchase our items. We began to scan our items and as we were doing so, it came up $4 for each drink. We knew this was incorrect, so we clicked the help button, expecting to get help. We then stood there for 10 minutes waiting for an employee. When no one came, my friend walked over to check the price tag to confirm that it was actually 50 percent off. When she returned to inform me that our assumption was correct, there still was no help. We then decided that if no help was coming, we had to help ourselves. We switched to another register where we began scanning our items for a second time. The cash register next to us continued to shout, "One moment, help is on the way." The two employees working, we're ignoring us, and discussing about going on break. We then decided to pay the full price since we couldn't get assistance. We then headed towards the door, when a cashier finally decided to come help. Although, it was too late. The employees that were working clearly saw that we needed help, and chose to ignore us. Before anyone says anything, we understand that we could have gotten their attention by going and hollering at them, but it is not our job nor or duty to do so. If you are working you need to assist your customers anyway possible and not wait until they are walking out the door to try and come assist them. read more

Being married to a diabetic and the mom of a preschooler, we have a LOT of prescriptions and have been consistently happy with the wonderful service we receive. Just about every time I come in for my monthly prescription I wait, and wait, and wait, as one person waits on the counter line and the flock of others stand around doing their own thing ignoring the line. Today I was the line, just big ol' me, and I waited 20 minutes. I was ignored for 20 minutes as an older woman at the counter asked a slough of questions. ten minutes later another customer, who the counter person thought received a flu shot, was ushered in front of me. At 6'2" and 200 pounds, I am kind of hard to miss. She didn't catch her mistake until well into the transaction and the gentleman decided to pay for his other purchases right then and there. So rather than acknowledging me at any point in my 20 minute wait, the counter person went back to the older lady and answering more what if and suppose questions. BTW, the person who was ushered in front of me received his FLU shot and left while I was still waiting in line!. Finally another Pharmacy person comes over to the second register and calls me over. Never an "I am sorry for the wait", or even a "thank you". This was the last straw BUT they don't care. They Really don't care! It's so obvious they know they are the only CVS in town and will get there percentage of loyal customers regardless. NO more CVS...CVS YOU ARE FIRED! read more
