We had these made for my mother in law, best customer service and family business. I wouldn't buy flowers from anywhere else ! Also blues cafe has the best food and drinks in town. Go get flowers then walk next door to get a sandwhich and a cold drink !

Thank you Blue! You saved my birthday present surprise! I ordered yesterday from 1800-Flowers and they guaranteed next day delivery since it's my friends birthday and I live 300 miles away. They called me mid-afternoon to say they couldn't deliver till Tuesday (3 days later) so I freaked out demanded a refund and immediately Googled florist in Patterson. I called Blue at 2pm in a panic and they delivered a beautiful bouquet by 4:30! AMAZING! I will be ordering flowers from here exclusively from now on for all my family in the area.

Exceptional customer service from my phone calls for quotes to walking in and asking a million questions. I wanted the perfect flowers for my grandmother and received more than that. Flowers were delivered and banners were carefully put in each arrangement. Everything was beautiful and made with grandma in mind and her favorite flowers. My fiancé and I just ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's birthday and we were extremely happy with what was delivered. Living over four hours away in LA we relied on the staff to create something special within our budget and they did just that. Not only were the flowers beautiful but the delivery was right on time as well. Letty took care of the order and put together a beautiful bouquet that my girl absolutely loved. I had the flowers delivered to Newman and Letty made sure they were delivered on time. The Blue Flower company is an excellent floral shop! I called last minute to order flowers for my Mom's birthday. I ordered a large bouquet, requesting my Mom's favorite flower(carnations) and told the florist her favorite colors. They delivered the beautiful bouquet to my Mom but, not one carnation was in the arrangement. I called to let them know that the bouquet was beautiful and the flowers were her favorite colors but they didn't include any carnations. The floral designer was the same one that had taken my order. She apologized and offered to send a carnation arrangement the following day. It's rare in today's world to find such EXCELLENT customer service and I'm very appreciative of it. I will continue to use Blue for all upcoming holidays! read more

Blue Floral couldn't have been more responsive to a scheduling error when I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my daughter. They missed the delivery day, and when I called to check the owner dropped everything to make it right. They insisted on picking up the original order from my daughter's (waiting for her on the porch) doubled the size and threw in gourmet chocolate covered strawberries also! I asked for none of this but she insisted. Great solution to a problem and beautiful flowers! read more

The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. We live in San Jose and were ordering for a family member in Manteca.
