I am not familiar with the area as I am from Orange County but I called and spoke to Ellie who was very sweet and told me to email the business with more details. I ended up emailing and speaking with Kendra (the owner) who worked with my budget, style of florals and even helped us deliver the flowers the morning of and set up the easel for us!. Very helpful, she let me pick the flowers I wanted in my bouquet for my granddaughter

BUYER BEWARE I wanted to share with you my experience this past Saturday in your shop. I came in about 12:20 and asked the lady at the counter "Are you making bouquets today?" She responded with "I am not making deliveries today as I am the only one here." I'm certain she had been asked this one hundred times that day, but not by me, so the shortness and obvious irritability was absolutely unwarranted. I clarified my question- "Can you make a bouquet that I then take and deliver myself?" With annoyance, she responded "yes." She asked what I was looking for. It was a sympathy arrangement, I did not have an image in my mind, nor could I really tell you the names of any flowers. Help in this arena could be useful by your staff. She gave me two books for me to comb through. There was not a single person in the shop at this point- or at any point during my visit- you'd think she could have been a little more willing to help. She made her irritability by our short exchange very obvious; every question was met with pure agitation. It was very uncomfortable. I picked an arrangement for $68. She had said the roses in this arrangement were not available and that she would have to substitute them. She showed me a smaller rose option, I went with some other white flower instead. I asked can I substitute the vase. The standard vase is taller and larger than the square vase I liked. She asked, "How much are you wanting to spend?" I said "75." She brought me out three vases all much smaller than the standard so I said, "I will just stay with the standard vase." This was the extent of this convo and she started my bouquet. Note there are no changes to the bouquet requested other than the flowers that had to be substituted on the shop's behalf. She rang me up for $75. I said, "The book said $68." Immediately and with attitude she said, "We have had some miscommunication." She said, "You said you would spend up to $75." Are you kidding me???? I can potentially spend up to any penny I own, right? I had only ever inquired about a different vase, which I declined. She proceeds to pluck flowers from the arrangement. Never at any point did I ask for added flowers, did she offer added flowers, or did she mention added flowers were additional. It was never brought up! So, miscommunication? Not really. I found it to be sneaky! I have shopped here before and have never had an experience like this. It was so unbelievably distasteful. I am sure when she plucked those stems out that I didn't ask for she was calling me all types of names in her head. I spent over $100 there and was nowhere near impressed. I felt very disregarded and humiliated! Even being so uncomfortable, I wasn't going to allow her to overcharge me. I desperately wonder what warranted her to be so disrespectful and rude to me and hope that you ask her that. I stopped myself from asking her in the moment because this lady is insufferable. I purchased this arrangement and an adorable stuffed animal for a 6 year old CHILD who just lost her father!! You would have thought this lady had a worse day than her! Keep that in mind when you are so blatantly rude to people, that just maybe, someone else is struggling too. read more

Every time I've ordered from there the owner/worker is rude. One time I ordered seven corsages for a group of girls going to a dance and more than a week in advance. When I picked them up they were just thrown inside the plastic container, instead of having an elastic ribbon around the container and there was no raffia or plastic grass inside. When you order it online vs When it arrives I paid $70 for this bouquet and a $15 delivery fee for my mom for Valentine's and I was pretty disappointed to see that there weren't any white flowers, especially daisies or lilies, included and it was only some roses and red and pink carnations. :/ This bouquet (pictured) looks like it's less than $30 and as a result, I find this incredibly overpriced. I was engaged and was on a budget. I know nothing about flowers, I had a referral from a family member to go here. I went here and Kyndra helped me, I told her I have $800.00 and showed her some pictures. I asked if she can help me or if I needed to adjust the flowers or budget. She made a mock up of that fit in that budget with the design I wanted. I was VERY happy! It looked so pretty! I couldn't of been happier! After I paid the deposit I added a few changes and knowing the budget she contacted me to inform me of the change to make sure I was okay with the increase, I had no problem increasing it to the amount she said because it was EXTREMELY reasonable! Main Street Floral made up the most beautiful wreath for a co-worker's funeral. I briefly discribed the person to Kendra at MSF and she seemed to caputure our dear friend's personality in flowers. She used different types of flowers, all vibrant colors. I wasn't too sure how the wreath would turn out being we ordered at the last minute (the afternoon before the viewing), but the wreath was there on time; beautiful and fresh.
