The flower arrangement was pretty, but it didn't look like what I had ordered online. Because this was a special occasion, I upgraded the floral arrangement and in doing so I agreed to pay more, thinking that the special person whom I had the arrangement sent to would have a bigger arrangement. Well, that didn't happen. I feel that the money we spent on the arrangement didn't fit the upgrade. After calling to ask if there had been a mistake, we were offered to bring the arrangement back in so they could add more flowers and baby's breath. We were also told that they don't deliver to Manteca and that cost them $40 to have it delivered. We weren't denied delivery when ordering online. We paid the extra fees for delivery when we placed the order so had no clue that they don't usually deliver to Manteca. The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. Reviewed them earlier this year after a big mess up on my valentines flowers. My husband ordered me 36 long stem roses--and I was delivered 12. ...the shop was nice and corrected the issue after 3 incorrect deliveries. I said I would use them again and I did. Placed an online order for my grandmother today. As always, I paid extra for additional flowers. I paid for 18 red roses and a Christmas arrangement. My grandmother was delivered 12-so I paid 130.00 for the 85.00 arrangement. Seems to me this shop counts on you paying for upgrades and delivering something cheaper to the recipient hoping you won't notice. While I can excuse a mess up on the busiest flower day of the year, I cannot on a random Thursday. This time I didn't bother to call and complain. I now know to not use them again--I advise you to not either. read more

Unfortunately my chandelier chose that time to break and fall from the ceiling right onto the flowers and completely destroyed them. I live in another state, and wanted to send flowers to my cousin as his brother had just passed away. I did the usual reading reviews, etc. I decided on one, called them, and as I started to explain what I wanted, she cut me off mid-sentence and asked "how much you want to spend?". I said, let me tell you what I want and you can tell me how much it will cost. Again she cut me off and asked "What is your budget?" I told her I wanted a glass vase (not a basket), suitable for bereavement... She couldn't care less what the reason was. I had decided on an arrangement from their web site. When she got through explaining to me, I would be getting a bouquet with the stems nicely wrapped. ??!! No vase? 'No.' So they'll just hold them in their hands? 'Well, some people have their own vases.' Furthermore, there is a $15 charge, for the shop. Excuse me? 'The cost of the flowers is just for the flowers, no vase, just flowers.' The $15 is for the shop's profit. Good grief! Goodbye. Then I called Rose Garden Florist. What a nice man; he was very sympathetic. The flowers on their web site were the same as on the other florist's web site, so I told him what I wanted. He knew immediately, and quoted me a price. Just to confirm, the vase I wanted, the flowers I wanted. Yes. His bottom line price was the same price as the bare flowers alone at the other florist! He was able to deliver them that same day, however, my cousin wasn't at home, and the phone number I had given the florist was disconnected so they were unable to call my cousin, and they left the flowers at the door. Then he called me to explain; I realized I had given him an old land line number. He was so nice to go above and beyond and keep me informed. I texted my cousin to tell them the flowers were at their door. In a few minutes she texted me a photo of the flowers in the vase, and they were perfect and beautiful. I found this place through yelp and only ordered a couple of things for our small wedding. I ordered a small bouquet, two centerpieces, and a bouteneer. When I came to pick up the flowers, they weren't bad, but they weren't that great either. The flowers were nice, but they didn't seem like wedding flowers to me. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a flower shop. Ordered my son a boutonnière and corsage for his Home Coming dance, two weeks ago. Called today to confirm my pick up for tomorrow. They had my pick up date the following week, and had the colors all wrong. I have no idea how something like this could get so mixed up.
