I was looking for a unique, Ikebana inspired arrangement for my cousin and she delivered it without hesitation. I spoke to her in the morning and it was delivered by the late afternoon. Ordered over the phone for a funeral out of state... requested a prayer plant large and was needed to be put at the chapel in two days. She did not have it on hand, but special ordered it. I requested some butterflies be added to the prayer plant. The order came on time. It was beautiful, and the butterflies were an added touch! Ordering was easy over the phone. Phoning at 1:00 PM I was requesting flowers be delivered that afternoon, and they had to make them up to my specifications as opposed to selecting from a choice of pictures/photos. A few hours later I received a call from the delivery person confirming delivery. I have since seen an image of the arrangement. Just stunning...perfect for the conveyance of my sympathies. To me, this is so much like "old fashioned service." In today's world that is both appreciated and incredible. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! My mother-in-law had just had a heart attack and was airlifted to the Modesto hospital but because of the COVID restrictions she had to be all alone and needed something to cheer her up and that's where Alis came in. My all time favorite and only floral shop that use for all occasions! I have always been very pleased with every order that I place and the the recipient of these wonderful arraignments is just ecstatic with their gift. Every arraignment has been different and I alway start my order with a vision that I try my best to explain to Alis and she always goes above and beyond and delivers the most beautiful arraignments! She and her staff have a special gift of listening to what you have envisioned and the they work their magic and it is just pure delight! I recently called Alis with an order for a funeral that I would be unable to attend as I was going out of state and the funeral was to be held the following week. I asked her to make an arraignment that I had seen online, it was a very nice and colorful large arraignment. She asked me to send her a picture of the arraignment so that she could see the flowers that were used and as she thought some of them were out of season. She suggested others in similar shades but with more color. I heave never been disappointed in her suggestions or her wonderful work and told her to do what she felt would be make it look wonderful and boy did she! I was so pleased to receive a very kind and heartfelt message from Alis on the day of the funeral along with a few pictures attached showing the most beautiful arraignment thus far from her. Not only did she make it as I had described but she added so much more to the arraignment to make it just stunning! You can never go wrong with using Flowers by Alis, with ever order wether it be small or large you will be amazed with her talent and customer service. I will forever be great full for all of her service and will be a lifetime customer of Flowers by Alis! read more

They did not seem very concerned at the mistake. I have ordered there many times before. However there lack of concern at the mistake leaves me questioning future purchases.

We paid the extra fees for delivery when we placed the order so had no clue that they don't usually deliver to Manteca. The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. We live in San Jose and were ordering for a family member in Manteca.

I hired Alis to do the decor of the hall and she transformed it into my vision, my dream wedding. She did such an amazing job, each one of my guests were shocked when they walked into the reception hall. (The original reception hall was, well, ugly! But after Alis' transformation, it looked like a 5 star hotel banquet hall!!! It felt like a miracle just happened!) I love Ali's flowers, I have tried other places which say they are the best in modesto and they are not! Once other places charged me $90 for a bouquet of roses, Alis does a way better job and is much less. I have ordered from them consistently ever since. I highly recommend this place. read more
