Placing an order from them was simple and quick. I placed my order online and mentioned when the funeral date was in hopes that it would be delivered on time. I had even forgot to sign our names in the card, so I called to make the edits and she was super sweet and repeated things to make sure she spelled it the way we wanted. She even verified that it was set to leave during the first delivery of the day so it would get there in time for the funeral service. Thank you! It was very simple and it looked great. I wasn't able to attend, but I saw it in the live virtual feed. It looked beautiful.

All I can say is they provided me amazing service. I ordered the flowers in the morning with the hopes the flowers would arrive earlier in the day. They told me they would arrive before 3. However, the flowers were delivered before 11:00 am! I dont know how they did it so quickly, but they definitely exceeded my expectations because the flowers were beautiful and early.

I was concerned because of this covid crap other places I usually order my flowers from online said they would not deliver the flowers to a person and would leave it at the door. Really?!! To get stolen by some porch pirate! That really pissed me off!! Manteca Floral told me they would find my wife at her business and hand them to her. Thats how it is done right! Manteca Floral got a new customer now for all my floral needs. Thank you for a job well done, and my wife said the roses were of good quality as well. So we're both happy

Meant to leave this review a while ago...My step daughter's mother passed away a few months ago leaving our daughter devastated. I was trying to google florists and the internet just takes you to the overseas companies that swear they are local (Ruth's Roses is NOT local). I ended up literally driving to several florist shops and drove to Manteca Floral. The lady who helped me was amazing and listened to what my daughter had told me she wanted. The flowers arrived as expected and were absolutely beautiful. Thank you! read more

I received a floral arrangement as a gift last week and it was stunning. Perfectly arranged and delivered. What's even more amazing is now, a full week later, the arrangement is still looking great. I've pulled maybe 4 past-their-prime blooms out but everything else is still gorgeous. It was a gift so I can't speak to price or customer service, but the product is amazing. read more

Very beautiful!! Great website & nice selection. Unlike some florists, these were even prettier in person than in the pics online! It was cheaper to order online than to call in the order, which was odd. The lady who answered the phone was not very helpful & did not work with me regarding pricing. However, the delivery lady kindly called me when there was no answer at the door & patiently waited for instructions. Overall the price was decent online but I would not pay what they were asking when I called. read more

Esmeralda went out of her way to help me knowing it was close to closing time and no delivery driver. I've been in customer service Management most my life and never seen this kind of service! Not only were the flowers she put together for my brother and his wife whom had just lost their son that day absolutely spectacular. She new there was no driver to take them so she drove them herself. Unbelievably great. I am so impressed I will forever be grateful and a client of Manteca Floral for this reason they go above and beyond. Thank you Esmeralda I appreciate you and your shop too everyone! The flower arrangement was pretty, but it didn't look like what I had ordered online. Well, that didn't happen. I feel that the money we spent on the arrangement didn't fit the upgrade. After calling to ask if there had been a mistake, we were offered to bring the arrangement back in so they could add more flowers and baby's breath. We were also told that they don't deliver to Manteca and that cost them $40 to have it delivered. We weren't denied delivery when ordering online. We paid the extra fees for delivery when we placed the order so had no clue that they don't usually deliver to Manteca. The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. We live in San Jose and were ordering for a family member in Manteca.

I wanted a very special arrangement for a good friend's birthday. When I called and placed my order I told the florist which flowers to include in the arrangement and that I wanted it to reflect the "look" of "Country Living" magazine. I call the day of the delivery and asked if they could deliver it by a certain time because I was concerned that my friend would not be at home for the delivery. The lady I spoke to said that she would deliver it within the half hour. My friend just texted me a photo of the arrangement (which she loves). It is brilliant! The "designer" really created something very special and beautiful. She used a terra cotta pot instead of a vase and filled it with blue and white hydrangeas, pink carnations, roses, stock, ivy, baby's breath and finished it off by tying a raffia bow around the base of the pot resting in the saucer. It is a lovely arrangement that is as creative, professional and charming as anything I've seen in any magazine! The ladies I spoke with at Manteca floral always were polite, patient, and helpful, and obviously the shop's designers/floral artist is amazingly talented. I'm from the "big" city of Stockton (hah!) but have friends and relatives in Manteca and am happy to have discovered this "treasure chest" which will be a source of gifts for future special occasions. read more

i got the most beautiful valentine arrangment. i had to call and ask who designed it because it was absolutely gorgeous. joann was great when i called in fact i called on valentines and they answered very quickly. i have to say my experience with manteca floral was the best to date. once again 5 stars for the great staff at manteca floral. i have and will continue to praise the work of this shop. ***** read more
