Placing an order from them was simple and quick. I placed my order online and mentioned when the funeral date was in hopes that it would be delivered on time. I had even forgot to sign our names in the card, so I called to make the edits and she was super sweet and repeated things to make sure she spelled it the way we wanted. Very beautiful!! Great website & nice selection. Unlike some florists, these were even prettier in person than in the pics online! It was cheaper to order online than to call in the order, which was odd. The lady who answered the phone was not very helpful & did not work with me regarding pricing. However, the delivery lady kindly called me when there was no answer at the door & patiently waited for instructions. Esmeralda went out of her way to help me knowing it was close to closing time and no delivery driver. I've been in customer service Management most my life and never seen this kind of service!
