I had the most amazing experience with Melissa's Flower Shop today. I wanted to send flowers to my friend who recently had back surgery. I hate to use the 800 Flowers websites because often you don't know what you're going to get, so I looked online and found a florist near my friend's house that delivered and had great ratings. When I called them this morning, I spoke to Molly, who was so helpful and so professional. I picked out an arrangement I saw online, and I explained to her how I wanted to customize it. She made thoughtful suggestions for the arrangement. The best part about it was she really took her time to explain to me what the final product would look like. The owner Janet called me later to check in and to give me information about some final changes. She also sent me photographs of the arrangement. I have to say the photos of the flowers she sent to my friend were unbelievable. My friend called me and she was so happy with what she received. What an awesome experience! I bought funeral flower and it is so ugly that it upset everyone.  I understand flowers may not look exactly like the picture due to coloring and sizes differences but this is unacceptable. Compare to other flowers from reviews here, my quality were bad. For almost $200, I expect much better quality; and it need more flowers, not bushes. read more

I'm very disappointed as you would think that what they are promoting is accurate, or at least have the decency to call customer and explain that it won't be the same vase or arrangement.
