I loved this shop, however, as I was leaving today this happened. I was unable to exit the parking lot onto Main Street due to a traffic block so I exited the back of their tiny lot. As I was pulling out, the shop employee (driving a car with the shop logo/name on it) was about to pull in and she hard rolled her eyes at me, shaking her head so much and saying a lot of words. I smiled and waved to apologize for exiting the lot and was met with more of her initial behavior. I realize the lot is small and the parking is not amazing but there is not an entrance/exit direction posted. An employee who is that rude really places a negative image of the shop. I now question if they are professional when making deliveries. This lady should not be allowed to represent the business. I am sad and disappointed in them. read more

This place has really bad customer experience... I thought I would buy flowers here for my wife on Valentine's Day based on the reviews, but I had the worst customer service experience. I called at 2:30pm to ask if they had Bouquets in the cooler that didn't have to be ordered, and she said yes, but there would be more selection at 3:30, so it'd be better to come then. OMG. I was running a little late on ordering get-well flowers for a friend today, so I was on the internet looking for a florist. I called Manteca Floral and described my predicament. I told the very friendly and very helpful Esmeralda that I had been disappointed (more like EMBARRASSED) by the arrangements from ANOTHER florist to the same friend and I was hoping this time to get something with a major WOW factor. I told Esmeralda my budget and the color motif (pale hues or bright colors). I also told her that I wanted something high style (not just anything one can get from florist.com) and tall. Mother's Day flowers were nice but there were literally 2 spelling/grammar errors on the note to my Mom for Mother's Day within 2 sentences. The fact that they spelled "You" wrong and that the note actually got PRINTED OUT, laminated, AND put onto the flowers with no correction or change literally beats me. Also another error in "Up Coming" that should be "upcoming" is the second error they should have corrected. I understand Mother's Day is a busy time, but the fact that there was no care to change spelling/cards is what will more than likely separate you and your competitors in the future. I'll definitely be thinking hard before bringing my money to this small business again. read more
