I placed an order for a funeral. It was casket flowers and a spray of flowers over $400. It showed I received confirmation my order was received. Thank goodness I checked my email the next day because my order was cancelled and a refund was processed . I DID NOT receive a phone call letting me know. This is very bad business especially for this kind of occasion. Can you imagine showing up to your loved ones viewing just finding out flowers weren't delivered? I had to attend a funeral for a friend's brother who died. Saddest funeral I've been to. I ordered a huge standing floral arrangement and it was so beautiful. Not many flowers were there so I was so happy I splurged. It was prominently displayed and it was delivered on time and to the viewing on the first day. I am getting married in October, so I am looking for a florist in Stockton, they were recommended by my florist who I work with on funerals here in Vegas. I looked online at their website and photos and loved the look. I called and left a message never heard back. Finally called again and was speaking to a man who I was asking about different ideas of what I wanted for the boutonnieres and my bouquet, and he kept telling me that "that's weird that's not normal, why would you put those two flowers together" of what I wanted, instead of oh hey maybe try this flower with this. Then the phone "Disconnected" and I never got a call back nor when I called back did, he answer. They could have made a lot of money off of me and my wedding but instead now lost a good customer and a good review. read more

I was hoping for great service from this local florist but am greatly disappointed, so far. I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Friday, only to receive an email that the order was cancelled on Friday morning, which I didn't see until Saturday. I have left two voicemails and have sent two emails since then and have yet to hear back. My coworkers all pitched in to get these flowers sent to another coworker who had a heart attack. So far the money has not been refunded to my account, even though it says that it has on the order. I will update this review, when and if the situation is rectified. I had looked at some images on his website but wanted to customize them. He was more than happy to make an appointment with us on the same day. When we met, he took his time to answer all our questions and show us all our options. His prices were so reasonable compared to some of the other florists in town, so that made me nervous. Would the arrangements be small? Would the flowers not be fresh? It was the complete opposite! All the arrangements looked amazing! Found this florist by their great yelp review. I ordered a delivery for later in the week at 4:40 in the afternoon and received a call at 8am the next morning that they are unable to provide the service. No purple flowers at all because of an event they have this weekend. If you can't service people remove those aspects from your website!! Such a waste of time and now I have to wait days for my refund all because they cannot perform. Your nice looking website is useless. read more

Wouldn't even give it ONE STAR, but I had to to write this review. On a Sunday, I made an order with these people BECAUSE they said they will deliver by the next day. They took my money and gave me an assuring email that it would be delivered by the next day. After contacting the birthday recipient, no delivery this was at 4:30 pm when I blew up their email and phone. Soon afterwards, I get this sheepish message that they have refunded my money (with NO Freakin' explanation) soooo no delivery. I was MORTIFIED and then EXTREMELY ANGRY that I had to call and track down this order. These people SUCK don't deal with them. I'm not from the USA and contacted several florists in Stockton as I wasn't familiar with any florist there even though I'm in the city every year to visit family. Manuel was very honest and passionate about flowers and our family was completely astounded at how beautiful he made the heart wreath and spray for my Grandmother's funeral. I put my trust on that one phone call with him and he definitely went above and beyond! We went to his shop the day before the funeral and he even invited us to view the spray that he finished. It's was WOW, gorgeous and huge! He definitely knows his flowers and he used very high grade flowers!
