My husband purchased 2 dozen long stem roses from this florist for Valentines Day to be delivered to me at a location not even 2 miles away. He was charged $325. The roses were beautiful, but after adequate water and 4 days, the roses were completely flopped over and wilted. So, we're not at all feeling good about the cost of the roses; Because $325 is outrageous! We anonymously called them again more than once asking how much it is to order 2 dozen long stem roses and Mario the owner quoted us $179. I'm sorry. Mario, you are ripping off your community. We called your competitor and asked them the price of roses for Valentines Day and you are full of SH**. You know darn well that you price gouged your customer and now I'm going to let everyone know to go somewhere else for flowers. read more

i paid $380 for funerary flowers for my beloved aunt, but Charter Way florists sent an insipid floral display that looked anemic with barely any flowers in it. The florist told me that if I paid this amount the floral display would be lush and full. instead the display looked cheap and was an embarrassing lack of affection for my aunt. Shame on you Charter Way Florists for your cheap, grasping ways to rip of bereaved family members. I called to order flowers for a funeral. Ordering was soo easy.The person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. I told them my budget and they asked me about any requests. They made suggestions for how to sign the card (group card). They repeated everything back to me and clarified the information repeatedly to ensure everything was right. At the funeral the flowers were perfect and exactly what I hoped for. The flowers were fresh and healthy. We asked for specific flowers and bright filler and they did a phenomenal job meeting all of our requests. We have ordered there before and were happy. Please check and make sure they charge you only once my card was charged multiple times and they refuse to help saying I needed to wait a couple of days before they can refund me. Mind you I order from them all the time we are a business you would thing they would have been a little more helpful or nice. They lady said if I give you a refund that means you will be getting your flowers for free, but it was ok for you to charge my card more than once and I pay more than once. So we won't be using them again. They are expensive anyway and I will be taking my business else. I honestly could not believe how I was actually treated today. I had to handle it through my bank which I think was wrong and they lady that helped me today was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. read more

I have been spoiled in my area with an incredible florist, so I was sort of nervous to do this. Thank you yelp family, you steered me right! These folks were amazing. I reached out their website and received prompt and courteous service from them. I asked if they could please send a photo of the arrangement once complete, which they indulged me and did. I mentioned that I wanted purple flowers and picked from an online option they provided. When they called, they offered to change it up a little bit while sticking to the purple theme. The outcome was perfection. And of course they sent me that picture, which made me feel so much better knowing what was going out in my name. Great job from this company. I live in LA, but my friend is in the hospital in Stockton. I wanted to send her flowers, so I called Charter Way Florist. The person who helped me (Darien?) was genuinely friendly. They took down my information and special requests in less than 5 minutes. I decided on two dozen roses, priced at a very reasonable $200 (including delivery). About 2 hours later, my friend got her flowers. She sent me a photo; the arrangement was beautiful! I love that they included greenery and baby's breath in the bouquet. I'm not from the Stockton area and wanted to send a get well bouquet. I called the flower shop and asked if i could text a picture of what i wanted. The picture was shown to the designer who in return gave me a price. When my friend received the bouquet and sent me a picture i was so disappointed. Looks like they were being cheap with the flowers and used alot of greenery to fill in. It was supposed to be a circular 180 degree bouquet but if you look at the back you'll see it is not. I spoke to the owner George who said it looked very close to what I requested. Not sure how? He started being petty and counting the flowers when you can clearly see its not the same. Super disappointed. I could have just sent someonto the grocery store and picked up a $50-$60 arrangement. read more

Sally informed me they were closed, but could help me! She offered to send me pictures via text of arrangements they had made already. I was looking for something extravagant & I explained to her what I wanted. I also let her know that I needed them delivered early in the morning due to my friends busy work schedule. Super impressive! I'm out of town but needed a Mother's Day bouquet in a pinch; hence, I ordered online. There was a promise of same-day delivery so I took advantage of that on the Saturday morning before Mother's Day. The beautiful bouquet was delivered as promised, exactly like the picture on the website. They have a great website -- easy to navigate. The next day, I received a picture from the bouquet recipient of the floral bouquet that I ordered. EXACTLY as ordered. Charter Way tried to deliver within only 2 to 3 hours of my order. Unfortunately, no one was home at the delivery time. I understand that they delivered the next day after the bouquet recipient contacted Charter Way. All in all, the experience was excellent. Nope. Called to order flowers. Lady on the phone couldn't hear a thing I said. Had to repeat my name and phone number literally 12 times. I tell her the address (repeatedly) and she wants a phone number for the recipient. I didn't have it handy - I said "call me if there's a problem". It was a business that doesn't close during the day. She started laughing. Sorry - what exactly is funny? Business must be good to have such poor customer service skills. So impressed with this florist! They really went out of their way to correct a delivery. Ordered an arrangement from a picture on Yelp but wanted a larger (by $40) than what was pictured and in a taller vase. It was beautiful but not larger or in tall vase as ordered. I would have been happy with a $40 credit, and didn't want them to take a loss on the order, but they offered to send another arrangement the next day. It was absolutely gorgeous. Before finalizing my order online I decided to give them a call to see if it was possible to have the flowers delivered. I spoke to a nice young gentleman who then directed me to a florist. She told me that it might be too late since they were busy all day. I totally understand but it was worth a try. However she had mentioned if it was okay to change out different flowers if they didn't have the current ones listed on the website and of course I didn't mind and I wouldn't want to be anymore difficult. Later in the day my family had verified that they received the flowers. Thank you soooooo much for accommodating my order!
