The roses were beautiful, but after adequate water and 4 days, the roses were completely flopped over and wilted. So, we're not at all feeling good about the cost of the roses; Because $325 is outrageous! We anonymously called them again more than once asking how much it is to order 2 dozen long stem roses and Mario the owner quoted us $179. I'm sorry. Mario, you are ripping off your community. We called your competitor and asked them the price of roses for Valentines Day and you are full of SH**. You know darn well that you price gouged your customer and now I'm going to let everyone know to go somewhere else for flowers.

Had I not called the floral shop directly to double check on the delivery, I would not have known. Terrible disappointment and terrible service. Fresh Ideas should not use BloomFlower as a third party, now I consider them to be just as incompetent!
