They told me they had some available for me to rent, but that they had a $75 minimum charge to go out. I asked if I could pick up the tables, and they said yes. The employee texted me the location of their warehouse. I told them I would be there in the afternoon. Around 2:30 pm, just as I was about to head to their warehouse, they text me that they would be out for a couple hours. I asked when I could pick the tables up and received no response. I even called, but the call went to voicemail. I never received a response from them. I would normally not write a review for this one-time incident, especially because I appreciated their willingness to rent me tables on such short notice. But when they text me initially, I realized that I had similar situation with this company several years ago, when I tried to rent a bouncer and other equipment (came up in the text history) but was also stood up. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am surprised that they have such high ratings from others because, on two different occasions, I have had a negative experience with them. Perhaps they are selective with who they patronize. I need to remember not to contact them again and take my business elsewhere!

Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. The kitchen is tucked away in the corner providing an industrial sink, microwave, ice maker, and fridge/freezer, making it easy to store and prepare food for your event. The bar also includes a beverage cooler, bar sink for washing glasses, and plenty of shelves for storing alcohol. The venue is always cleaned, bathrooms always fully stocked, and tables and chairs provided by Cynthia making the planning process such a breeze. Cynthia is a dream to work with. She is super communicative with times available for picking up and dropping off keys. She provided us with a detailed walk through of the venue before our event, letting us know how to turn on lights and ac/heater unit. She let us know where to find everything we would need. She was so generous with time to set up and break down for our event both times that we've rented with her and we couldn't be more appreciative and happy with our experience each time. But I saw they had some nice flower arrangements so decided to try it out. It's small inside, but they still had a good size of inventory to choose from. Reasonably priced, I believe I paid around $60 for my arrangement which is normal. The people working inside were super nice, arranged everything for me really clean, my wife loved the flowers.
