Kris was so patient and helpful when it came to selecting items to rent for our engagement party for over 140 people. We didn't know the first thing about organizing for our big day, so we were grateful for Kris' help. Going in person was helpful to see the vision of what we were trying to accomplish by visiting her showroom on display. This company will screw you. I originally booked with Bella festa, only to find out later that the company was sold to alter event co. At drop off, I was assured my items would be separated and they would know what was theirs versus ours. They took a lot of my stuff! Including tables, linens, candle sticks etc. they did respond at first and returned our tables only to find out, they gave us inferior rusted tables. The company is no longer responding to me. I paid a lot of money for them to keep my stuff. Don't trust them. read more

My husband and I used Bella Festa's day of coordination services for our wedding reception and they are FABULOUS! I do not have enough good things to say about them. We worked with Pati who was phenomenal. She met with us twice before the wedding and helped give recommendations on the bar and the floor plan and everything else I had questions about. Bella Festa set up the whole reception for us in the morning (which looked better than I had ever pictured) and Pati kept the day flowing incredibly smoothly. I went back and forth on using a day of coordinator, figuring a family member could probably take care of everything but I am SO GLAD I hired Bella Festa. They made our day completely stress free and were very professional. There are so many things that go on at a wedding you can't think of ahead of time or plan for, which is why using day of coordination is so great. We worked with Pati for our rentals for our wedding. Such a sweet person and very helpful. She made sure we really needed what we asked for, so we wouldn't be paying extra money for things for the reception.
