I booked Linda's Day-Of-Coordinator services for my wedding on 5/17/2025. To say it is worth it would be a criminally massive understatement. Linda was by FAR my most valuable wedding vendor. To any Type-B brides reading this who do not have a wedding planner--a day of coordinator is absolutely necessary even for a small wedding (I had 100 guests). Looking back, my wedding day would have been a complete disaster if I didn't have her. She was in consistent contact with me 2 months before the wedding, adding invaluable structure to my wedding planning process, she asked every question under the sun, considered every single detail that would have never even crossed my mind without her expertise and then built a seamless wedding timeline to send out to all the vendors; among dozens of other things. She was in communication with the vendors FOR ME making sure they were all doing what we agreed. She was constantly working behind the scenes, making everything possible. She also put out multiple fires (figuratively speaking) on the wedding day which would have totally ruined my day if I had to deal with them instead of letting loose. I ended up not having anyone set up my tableware, Linda handled it. I ended up telling the food vendor the wrong start time--she made it happen. I ended up forgetting to book a bussing service for the dishes--she thought on her feet and averted the crisis. It's basically like getting to put aside all your wedding plans into one, extremely intelligent and highly organized separate person who WILL execute your needs. And will defend the vision against potential disasters, which,unfortunately, will happen considering you can't account for every possible risk, you just need someone trust worthy to be there to handle it all.. We met Cindee through a referral and after a couple discussions, we decided to go with CL Décor. They helped with decorations and florals for our wedding in early March 2021. We originally wanted our reception at a venue for 300, but because Sacramento was still in the widespread tier, we knew having it at an indoor venue would not be safe let alone possible. We worked with Lan and she provided excellent service on all aspects: design, planning and execution. We had our wedding in July 2020 (Covid-19's wedding). I contacted Cindee 1 month before our wedding to ask for help. I told her i want a rustic vintage wedding in our backyard with about 40 people (family and super close friends only, we originally have a huge wedding with about 300 guests).
