Kate was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding. On our wedding day, unexpected high winds threw a wrench into our outdoor plans, but Kate handled everything with calm expertise. She quickly found solutions so our caterers could still cook on site and made on-the-spot adjustments to the reception layout so things could run smoothly. What we appreciated most was that she always checked in with us about any big changes and incorporated our feedback throughout. As the bride and groom, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We felt so lucky to have her managing the day. She truly let us enjoy every moment. She also adapted the reception timeline in real-time, based on how the evening was unfolding, which kept everything seamless for our guests. We can't imagine our wedding without her! read more

Hiring Jordyn was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She thought of every little detail, handled logistics seamlessly, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy our day stress-free. Jordyn was always one step ahead, offering guidance when we needed it and being a calming, supportive presence throughout. Her professionalism, creativity, and kindness made the entire process not only easier, but actually enjoyable. Our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jordyn. If you're thinking of hiring a planner, look no further - she's simply amazing. read more

5 Stars doesn't do Becca justice! After our initial call with Jordyn and then our next meeting with Becca, we knew our only option was to work with Becca & Co. for our wedding. We couldn't imagine going through this process without doing Full Planning with Becca. Looking back through our timeline, it was almost a year long process of planning with her. Becca was dialed in 100% of the time for our Zoom meetings, calls, and in person meetings. We felt bad because it was never us chasing down Becca for anything, it was sometimes us falling behind or her needing something from us. It was always reassuring knowing Becca had our back and was on top of anything that could've slipped through the cracks. Becca's professionalism and temperament through the whole process was a breath of fresh air. You never know what you're getting into when planning a big wedding until you start going to work on it. The encouragement on some of those more trying days was always appreciated. Working with someone who is very genuine, but also has passion about what they do is essential when picking a wedding planner. Becca is off the charts when it comes to this, nothing ever felt artificial or manufactured and it always made us excited for our meetings and planning with her. As time went on, we knew we were in store for the wedding of our dreams. Becca made sure that we were always making progress with each meeting and doing our best to put all of our focus on enjoying the process. Becca did an incredible job with her preferred vendors, all of the mockups and meetings we had with the vendors were great and this let us have even more anticipation leading into wedding week. The week of the wedding, we were getting daily check-ins and encouraging texts from Becca. All of these little gestures throughout the process lead to a ton of happiness for us. Our rehearsal day at Grand Island Mansion was an amazing day and Becca as usual had everything under control. It was nice to be able to soak in the moment the day prior and truly know that everything was going to be perfect on our wedding day (and if it wasn't, we wouldn't know :) The day of the wedding was amazing!  Both of our days started by Becca checking in with us at our hotel and making sure we were all set for the day. We didn't do a first look so while Becca was working with our vendors, she was also making sure the coast was clear when we were navigating around our venue. Fast forward to the ceremony, we couldn't of been happier with how everything turned out. All of the vendors that Becca suggested, exceeded expectations and knocked it out of the park. Becca was running around like crazy the whole night but was always there whenever we needed anything and constantly reminding us to take some time between the 2 of us and soak everything in. We couldn't of asked for a more spectacular wedding and we're forever grateful for Becca. We cannot thank Becca & Co. (special shout out to Kate) enough for everything you guys did to create our dream wedding! We were beyond happy with the way everything turned out. We truly appreciate all your guys hard work and could not have pulled this off without you!! This review is a bit lengthy but Kate and the rest of the Becca & Co. team deserve every word and all the credit in the world. We cannot thank them enough for their hard word and dedication to us as a couple and every detail of our wedding that we wanted. They exceeded our expectations in every step of our wedding day and throughout the wedding planning process. COVID: Initially, we planned to get married in 2020, and had the venue and our wedding vendors booked before we postponed our wedding (two times) due to COVID. Each time we postponed our wedding date, Kate reached out to me to provide calming reassurance that everything would work out and even handled the coordination with our vendors to obtain new wedding dates and new contracts. Wedding Planning: We decided the "Day-Of Coordination" best suited us and let me tell you, this package EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS! Leading up to our wedding, we had multiple meetings (I want to say at least 3 meetings) with Kate, who brought up things in each meeting that we hadn't even thought of until she mentioned it. With her help, we were also able elevate the decor of our wedding tables and even allowed me to text her and get her opinion while we were at the rental store. Kate reviewed all of our vendor's contracts to ensure we were not missing anything and that we did not have duplicates. Wedding Day: We ended up getting married in October 2022 - Kate became my rock on our wedding day. She was the calm presence I needed and was also my one of our biggest supporters! Kate knew exactly what we had envisioned for all of our wedding decor and didn't have to ask us a single question on our wedding day. Kate and her team put together so many different aspects of our wedding day - from the decor, our wedding timeline, and even coordinating with our vendors as to what to do with the rentals at the end of the night. Kate and her team understood what was special and important to us as a couple. Communication: Kate went above and beyond in her communication of what she was doing with our vendors and ensured to always check in with us whenever there was a decision she could not make. She made sure to include us in all emails whenever she corresponded with our vendors. Kate also provided options all the while ensured I was comfortable with the decisions made. Examples: Kate pointed out a discrepancy she noticed in the amount of dishes our caterers planned to rent. Kate then followed up with our caterers herself and resolved the issue. A second example, Kate pointed out smaller items that we did not even think of such as ensuring we had glassware for our signature drinks. A third example, without any pressure, Kate suggested elevating a decorative napkins and upgrading our flatware which made all the difference in the presentation of our tables! There are so many more examples, that I could go on for some time. Guests of a Becca & Co. Wedding: In addition to our wedding, we have personally been wedding guests at two weddings that were coordinated by Becca & Co. At both weddings we attended, Becca was the lead and everything was so beautiful and went off without a hitch. The brides of both weddings could not say more positive things about their experiences with Becca and her team. When it came time for our wedding, it was a no brainer decision for us. Let me tell you do not think twice about hiring Becca & Co. to help you with your wedding. They are worth every penny if you want to be stress free throughout your wedding day and your wedding planning process. I'm honestly a little sad that our wedding is over and we no longer have an excuse to talk to Kate. We are forever grateful to Kate and the Becca and Co. team!! SUMMARY: Full planning with Becca & Co. to plan the wedding of our dreams at a campground in the redwoods was worth every penny (and then some). WHY BECCA & CO:We opted for full planning with Becca because we knew that we would need the help! We had big dreams of a weekend-long wedding event in the redwoods of California with our family and friends, but otherwise we weren't sure where to even start. FIRST CALL: We called Becca & Co. at the advice of a friend about a year and a half before the wedding. From our first call, Becca was professional and clearly knowledgeable. She was upfront about the process and set realistic expectations. She gave us an overview of what to expect over the next year or so of planning, clearly explained her role, and made sure to communicate what we would need to be responsible for along the way. This was really helpful because we had no idea what to expect. VENUE: Becca helped us search for venues. We ultimately decided on a campground in Mendocino County that we fell in love with. The campground had hosted a few weddings, but not many at the scale we were planning. That meant there would be A LOT of planning and coordination to bring our vision to life! PLANNING: Over the course of the next few months, we had regular planning meetings with Becca to discuss the overall design of the ceremony and reception. She helped guide us through the conversation, prompting us with questions about what was really important to us and challenging us to think about the reasons why we made certain decisions. That helped us narrow down choices and really focus in on getting every element exactly the way we wanted it to be. VENDORS: With a general idea of our vision in mind, Becca helped us find, interview, and hire vendors. She was honest about her opinions, letting us know if rates were reasonable or if she noticed any red flags. She was able to recommend vendors when needed, and also had preferred vendors she worked with frequently that she knew we could trust. She was never pushy about going with a certain vendor, and always let us make the final decision. DECISIONS: Anytime we needed to make a decision, Becca was great to walk us through our options, neatly laying out the pros and cons of each choice so that we really felt like we were making the best decision for us. She made recommendations when needed, and even gently pushed back on a few of our ideas when she didn't think they would work (something we really appreciated). LOW STRESS: During the 2 weeks before the wedding, we were asked multiple times how we could look so calm and stress-free. We truly felt calm and stress-free because we had Becca & Co. By the time the wedding arrived, all we had to do was show up, get married, and have a good time. WEDDING: During the weekend of the wedding, there was nothing we needed to worry about or do because Becca had it handled. Becca arrived to the venue on the Thursday night before. The rental company came in with everything on Friday to set up, and Becca met them to walk through everything so that we could relax with our family and friends who had already arrived. We had a quick rehearsal Friday evening with Becca, and the wedding on Saturday evening. Becca stayed on-site Thursday night through Sunday morning to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. HIRE A PLANNER: The weekend was absolutely perfect and beyond anything we could have ever imagined on our own. If you're getting married, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring a wedding planner. I would hire Becca & Co. over and over and over again (we're already joking that we'll be back for a 5-year vow renewal because it was so much fun). read more

We are so grateful to have worked with Becca and her team for our wedding/vow renewal in April 2022! The day went perfectly. They really helped make our day special and stress free. We contracted with them for their month-of coordination package. If I would change anything, I would have gone for their full planning package! We originally scheduled our wedding in April 2020. We had to postpone due to the pandemic. There were lots of sensitive events that happened over the 2 years Becca was our planner. We can't thank her enough for being so caring, flexible, and helpful all along the way. Becca is super professional and organized. About 2 months before the event, she scheduled multiple coordination calls and meetings with us and vendors to prepare for the big day. I appreciate that we went through the event piece by piece at a pace that was manageable for us. She often brought up aspects of the day we needed to prep for that we didn't think about. Once our big day came, everything went smoothly thanks to Becca and her team! When I wasn't sure about something I asked for their advice, or they knew how I could figure things out. They laid out all the decor, understood the look we were going for, and nailed all the visual details. Some parts of our wedding were non-traditional and didn't play to gender norms. We also incorporated some of our cultural traditions and food. She was very understanding and non-judgemental. She coordinated all those elements seamlessly. I was a little stressed before we got to the wedding venue. As soon as we got there, Becca was already busy and in charge. I was relieved. When I arrived she briefed me on the set up. My Type A friend/bridesmaid who happened to be there literally applauded. This is pretty good affirmation from a person who is a good event planner themselves. The stress went away. I could relax and enjoy the whole day. I really felt like Becca was looking out for me. I'm lactose intolerant and she made sure that my dessert didn't have dairy. When some of the layout in the reception area didn't look as nice as we thought, she checked in with me to make changes so things looked nice. She has such great attention to detail! One of the exciting moments we planned was a firework show. She "stage managed" the announcement, the music, the fireworks, and light to get the moment just right. Multiple people gave me compliments telling me Becca was a great coordinator. A couple of our wedding vendors are actually friends of ours. They also told us that she was really good and very thoughtful compared to other planners they've worked with. We're happy we made the right choice. Thank you again Becca! We had a perfect day. We are so happy to recommend Becca & co to other couples looking for a wedding planner. read more

Becca & Co was the first vendor that my husband and I hired when beginning our wedding planning process and it was the BEST decision that we made for our wedding day! We booked the 'Month of Coordination' package and added on some design assistance because I wanted some help with the vision for the day (my Pinterest board was all over the place, lol). Jordyn was an absolute DREAM to work with, and the month of coordination package was the perfect choice for us! Even before the 'month of' takeover, Jordyn was available for any questions that we had and helped us resolve an issue we had with a vendor order. She was thoughtful, collaborative, and had amazing ideas that made the day so special! We especially enjoyed our venue walk-through together and creating the timeline for our big day. On our wedding day, my husband and I (and our families) could relax and be fully present because we knew and trusted that Jordyn and Becca & Co were managing the vendors and setting up the event. They nailed the design - it came out even better than I imagined! During the day, Jordyn was there for us and made sure everything was running on time and smoothly. It was the absolute BEST day, and we have received so many compliments about our wedding day from our guests over the last few weeks. Please do yourself a favor and hire Becca & Co for your wedding planning & coordination needs - you will be so happy you did! Thank you, Jordyn!! read more

Becca was such a PRIVILEGE and BLESSING to work with. She never failed to show up and support us through all the ups and downs of planning. Without her, I would have had a groom, a dress, and a photographer. It's truly all the details that make it feel so special and she really pulled through on everything from the linen ideas, table set up, floral arranging, and time managing she made my day literally perfect. I couldn't recommend her to future brides (and grooms) more read more

Becca & Co. - Wedding Planning Near Me

I cannot say enough amazing things about Becca & Co. I worked with Kate as my day of coordinator and Jordyn was there the day of. They both hands down made my wedding day PERFECT! They completely executed my vision exactly how I dreamed it and took all the stress out of the day for me. Leading up to the wedding Kate created my timeline, coordinated with all my vendors and shared advice and tips that I hadn't even thought of. Give yourself the wedding gift of hiring a wedding planner and let it be Becca & Co.!! They are all amazing woman to work with and will help make your wedding day as perfect as mine was :) Thank you Becca & Co. xoxoxoo Claire read more

I would work with Becca & Co over and over again. You will be so happy with your choice. Let me start by saying I originally did not think I "needed" a wedding coordinator. I'm admittedly Type A and thought I can handle this. Please do NOT be that person. Working with Becca (design) and Kate (coordinator) was the best money I spent on my wedding. They are calm, cool, collected professionals, industry experts, and respect your budget. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day without a worry about logistics, timing, etc. Design: I had no vision for my wedding, but in a few short design sessions Becca created one with us. She helped vet vendors and recommended items that were "make or break" vs "nice to have." Coordinator: Kate is incredible. She always came to us with multiple options and a recommendation. The recommendation was critical, the amount of decisions you have to make planning your wedding is immeasurable. Knowing I could weigh in on the decisions I wanted to and let Kate take care of the rest was important. She is always in your corner even when friends, family members, and dare I say fiancé's have different opinions. My wedding day went perfectly. Truly, I would not have changed anything. The only way that was possible was due to all the hard work and love this team put into our event. Take the intro call with Becca & Co. You will know right from the start that you will be in the best hands. read more

We had the best experience working with Kate at Becca & Co! Before starting the wedding planning process, I didn't see the necessity in having a wedding planner for more than the "Day of Coordinator." My experience with Kate proved my previous theory completely wrong in the best way. We opted for the package that offered design help and monthly calls, in addition to the traditional Day of Coordination with Kate taking over complete communication in the months before the big day. We interviewed with a couple of wedding planning companies in the area, and what sold us was the value in the package, the quality of work represented, and especially the friendly and personable conversation we had. We left the initial conversation feeling warm and confident in our choice to go with Becca & Co. Moving on from there, getting to work with and put my full trust in Kate is what really allowed me to fully enjoy and have fun with wedding planning and never worrying once on wedding day. I looked forward to our monthly check-ins, they were very informative in the way that Kate had trusted vendors she had worked with for years and generally knew the lay of the land. It saved me a lot of time and headache in doing my own research. I was also able to take the stress off my other personal relationships as I asked Kate every tiny worrying thought or question I had. She never made me feel like a burden, and I always left with answers or ways to move forward. I also looked forward to our monthly conversations because I felt Kate's passion for the work, and because she is genuine, down to earth, and generally fun to chat with. :) Kate and Becca & Co were an absolute integral part of our happiest day, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Although we are partial to Kate, I'm positive the whole team is full of stars. read more

working with Becca & Co literally made Our dream Wedding come true. We used the full package that they offer which was incredibly necessary for us as we are both very busy people and wedding planning was very intimidating. We got to work with Jordyn (however my sisters had other team members which were AMAZING), And she has walked us through every step of the way. She kept us on track for everything and was incredibly useful for finding vendors and helping with all communication aspects of the wedding planning process. My husband and I both agree we 100% could not have done this without using Becca & Co. The day of the wedding is really when the full magic happened because Jordyn's Crisis management and adaptability was on point. There were a few things that happened during the wedding that would have stressed me out however, she and her assistant handled it so well and kept me and my husband completely stress-free! I cannot recommend using them enough, it genuinely made this process so fun and so much more exciting than it would've been if we tried to do it on our own. We had a lot of moving parts and alternative ideas for our wedding and she made it completely seamless and flawless. I will always look back on that day and remember how perfect it was and it would not have happened without her! read more

If I could give 100 stars I would! My husband and I got to work with Becca for the partial planning of our wedding. I did some research of vendors on our vendor list and when I saw her I just knew she was it and boy was I right! Our wedding was a 2 year planning (COVID) from September of 2020- to October of 2022. Super stressful time to have it be prolonged so long but, Becca was with us every step of the way. And when I say every...I mean EVERY. She made everything so much less stressful. People really don't lie when they say weddings are stressful. I leaned on her through so many ups and downs and she was always there to cheer me on, work through the troubles, and make sure everything was perfect. She was my sounding board and my saving grace more times than I can count! There were so many things that my husband and I didn't think of that Becca was brining to our attention and helping us through. We couldn't have made our day as beautiful and seamless as it was without her and her team. I can't imagine not having her by my side! Truly the monarch important person to have involved in your wedding besides your partner of course! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! read more

Jordyn and Kate from Becca & Co. made our wedding turn out better than we had ever imagined. Our journey with Becca & Co. started early nearly a year before our wedding when we chose them to serve as our "90 Day Takeover" wedding planners and coordinators. However, we felt their support far beyond the 90 days! From the day we signed up with Becca & Co. they provided us a very detailed and helpful online planning tool/portal which helped us organize our guest lists, vendors, and budget all in one place. They also provided lists of vendors that they trusted and we found many vendors straight from their contacts. Well before our 90 day takeover, we met Jordyn and Kate who helped us stay confident and comfortable as the months went by. Within the 90 day takeover we had several meetings with them including venue walkthrough, vendor walkthrough, timeline construction, and decor. Jordyn and Kate were extremely detailed and organized and handled all of the 10+ vendor communications leading up to the wedding lifting a huge burden off our shoulders. They always came with detailed lists of questions and things for us to think about/plan moving forward. It truly felt like we were all planning and in it together where the final decisions and our special touches/preferences were always there, but with Jordyn and Kate always helping us with little details that we might have missed otherwise! They even came up with many very fun and creative ideas that we may never have thought of. They clearly are very experienced wedding professionals and it was a blast to have so much support, help, commitment, and creativity in the weeks leading up to our wedding. As the day approached, Jordyn and Kate's support was critical. We had some last minute changes but they were always quickly responsive and helped calm our nerves. The rehearsal and day of was handled entirely by Jordyn, Kate, and the vendors where neither us nor our guests had to worry at all. Arriving to the event was like a dream where all of our hard work planning all the details was carried out perfectly by Jordyn and Kate on arrival. Throughout the night they worked tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring everything went off perfectly. They even organized our rentals throughout the night and by the end everything had been packed up and ready to go! Truly from beginning to end we didn't have to worry about a single thing except to have fun and enjoy our night! It's hard to imagine what our wedding would be like if we never hired Becca & Co. It certainly would have been a lot more stressful and looking back we feel that hiring Becca & Co. was the absolute best decision we made. We are very grateful for Jordyn, Kate, and the rest of Becca & Co. read more

The entire team at Events by Rebecca is positive, professional and oh so talented! As a bridal beauty vendor myself, you meet a lot of event planners and designers, and Rebecca stands out as one of the most thoughtful, creative, driven, and attentive that I've worked with. The brides we share are relaxed when we arrive on their big day because every last detail has been thought out, thoroughly planned, caring-ly communicated by Rebecca + her team. Not only is her aesthetic always spot on, but she has a fantastic way drawing your vision out of you as a bride (because we all know, sometimes its incredibly hard to put into words what we see in our minds and hearts!) and bringing it to life - not just for you + your love, but for your loved ones that attend your event as well. As a vendor, her communication is always so thorough, timely and we are always in the loop in regards what we can do to best serve you on your big day because we are set up for success! Events By Rebecca is incredible! I started out wedding planning without a planner - thinking maybe I could do it myself along with the really great coordinator at my venue. I realized about 6 months in (with about 5 months to go) that I did want to hire a planner for additional event design & styling help and for additional coordination. Thank goodness I found Rebecca and her team! I lucked out and was able to have the help of not only Rebecca, but her associates Kate and Olivia as well. They were all SO helpful and extremely organized, and were super proactive reaching out to all my vendors to confirm all the day-of details. This was such a great weight off my back in the weeks leading up to the wedding, knowing that I had a whole team of amazing women being attentive to all the important details. Not only did they do a wonderful job styling and coordinating my wedding but from our very first contact Rebecca was open to working with me to create a somewhat custom planning package based on my needs and budget. Her flexibility in this regard was so appreciated. I highly recommend Events By Rebecca! read more

I can't say enough about Becca and Becca & Co. She's deeply knowledgeable with impeccable work ethics and has a smile in her voice always. After 9 months into planning our own wedding, I began to realize I couldn't do this all myself. Since I was halfway through planning our vision, we hired Becca & Co. for the Day of Coordination. The team we worked with before and during the pandemic, September 2019 to April 2021 were attentive and invaluable to the decisions I had made and needed to make. There are no words to describe how Becca's moral support helped us through the postponement of our wedding date. Becca's calm demeanor was so reassuring as she kept us on her timeline, communicated with our vendors and made suggestions as our dream wedding came to life after 19 months. Come time for our "first look" at each other we were given the opportunity to get a first look at the venue. Becca and Kate were magical on the "day of" as their eye for design assembled our vintage décor. The beautiful display in purple and ivory was the perfect Spring wedding! They worked all afternoon setting up, then taking time constantly to check on the bride, the groom, making sure everyone had eaten. She controlled the use of our wedding flutes, so we didn't misplace them or put them in harm's way! We are very thankful she did No words could describe how relaxed and comfortable we felt on our special day! We recommend team Becca & Co. to be a part of your memories. Jeff & Tami read more

This lady knows her stuff!! We hired Rebecca for full coordination for our wedding in March 2020 at Beatnik Studios. We live across the country, but wanted to have our wedding in Sacramento where we both grew up. I think if I lived closer, I would have made the mistake of thinking I could do some/most/or all of it myself. I would have been absolutely wrong!!! There is so much that goes into planning an event that goes off without a hitch. There were so many decisions I didn't even know I had to make. Rebecca listened to what we wanted in our wedding and made it happen! Her vendor recommendations were spot on. They all worked together as a seamless team throughout the planning process and the day of. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not have asked for a better outcome! read more

Rebecca and her team were the most professional, attentive, calm, and helpful group we could ask for -- we could not imagine our day (or really our year) without her. I used Rebecca's services 2 month planning + styling. Although 2 month planning generally means she pops in 2 months before the date to start helping out, Rebecca started working with us FAR in advance...coming with me to my vendor meetings, venue walk throughs, floral design reviews, linen selection meetings, etc throughout the entire year. She would be there to take notes, provide suggestions, and really be a sounding board for me as I made decisions. Rebecca has all of the knowledge and the eye for design, so it was invaluable to have her there to tell me what is customary, what I should spend time / money on and what I could do without. As I was making progress throughout the year, we would meet and she would keep me on track to make sure I felt totally comfortable, and that the planning experience was going smoothly. There were a million moving pieces, but having her there really helped to ease any of my concerns and keep things organized. Now for the day of...this is where Rebecca and her team truly shine and worked her magic. It was over 100 degrees that day and Rebecca and her team were working the entire day assembling all of our decor, directing our vendors, and making sure everything looked absolutely stunning and perfect. She would check in with me every 30 min-1 hr to tell me how everything was going as I was getting ready. She would ask my preferences on specific design items I was passionate about and made sure that I was given time to read my letters, receive gifts, and enjoy the getting ready time. The moment that I walked out after getting ready and saw their work, I was absolutely floored - everything looked BEYOND what I could ever imagine and it brought me to tears. A few times that day, we were behind schedule and things just weren't going exactly as planned (I was taking longer to get ready, ceremony went a tad long, family photos took longer than expected, speeches went long etc). Rebecca would come by and ask how we would like to proceed, do we want to skip a step or do we want to continue chatting with our friends and simply move the dinner slightly later so that we could enjoy ourselves. She ALWAYs made sure that the most important moments we would keep while the less important things, we would skip. Overall, she kept us to our timeline while attending to our every need - bringing me anything I needed like more concealer, a glass of wine, an advil, and especially calming voice. I have heard from every family member that they felt so relaxed and that they were able to truly soak up every moment of the day because Rebecca was there, and everything was handled. She also helped to make sure our vendors stayed to contract, and provided the service that they were supposed to. There were a few vendors that were challenging and we never ever knew what the issues were the day of. We even had a paramedic come during our event for one of our guests, and we had no idea until the following day - Rebecca made sure we were having a stress-free perfect day, and if something went wrong, she handled it with grace. She let us know the day after which vendors were outstanding, and which weren't - making sure we tipped appropriately which was much appreciated. I could not recommend Rebecca and the EBR experience highly enough and feel that I truly made a friendship with Rebecca that I hope to keep. She is fabulous and has a special talent for her work. So grateful to Rebecca for making our wedding day perfect. There are a million little details we would have completely forgotten or overlooked without her. She is a great balance of sweet and friendly but also not afraid to get sh** done and be firm with people when it's called for. Our day went off without a hitch (at least none that I knew about, which is exactly what we wanted) and it was so nice not having to delegate everything to our family and bridal party so that they could enjoy their weekend too, plus most of our bridal party was from out of town so we couldn't rely on them too heavily anyway. Honestly I don't know how people do weddings without great coordinators. She was awesome at making sure I got my vision fulfilled and had the details that I wanted, but giving me her opinion and the best solution when I needed it. Definitely use EBR for your wedding!! read more

My fiance and I are both busy working professionals and relatively new to Sacramento. We knew we wanted to get married this year, but found the prospect of wedding planning too daunting to tackle ourselves. And as new homeowners, we also didn't want our special day to break the bank. An acquaintance suggested we talk to Rebecca, and I'm forever grateful for that recommendation! After contacting Rebecca to explain that we wanted help finding a venue within our budget, she replied right away and shared a few options of planning packages. Lo and behold, one was specifically for the "Venue Hunt," which was exactly what we needed (and very reasonably priced). Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! Even in the midst of planning her own wedding, she sat down with us to get a sense of our style and what was most important, then she quickly provided a list of prospective venues she thought would fit the bill. She nailed it! During our second site visit, we had a great feeling, and as fate would have it, an opening became available during the month we had hoped for! Rebecca even reviewed and talked us through the venue quotes and contract, pointing out things to clarify before signing and areas of potential cost savings. She also helped us get a sense of what price range to expect for each type of vendor. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Rebecca and gave us such tremendous peace of mind knowing that we had her expert eyes looking out for us. Highly, highly recommend her Venue Hunt planning services! read more

Events by Rebecca is a must hire for your wedding! We worked with Rebecca during our booking process and Kate was the lead planner for our wedding. We signed up for the month of wedding package. Kate and her team delivered wonderful customer service and made our wedding flow so smoothly. Everyone from their team was so easy to work with, responsive, on top of everything, which made us feel so relaxed. We were able to enjoy the month leading up to my wedding and didn't worry about a thing on the day of the wedding! They executed everything SO effectively and all of our vendors loved working with them as well! We would highly recommend Events by Rebecca for your wedding - it is a team you can trust. read more

My husband and I had the good fortune of working with Olivia DeYoung for our Wedding celebration at Scriber Bend Vineyards this October. Incidentally, this was Olivia's final event before retiring from wedding planning and I must say, Becca & Co. as well as the world of event planning will not be the same without her! From the very beginning, Olivia was ON IT. She was organized, professional, and easy to work with. She made the month leading up to our special day, so manageable and stress-free by seamlessly coordinating with vendors and checking in at regular intervals. She gave great advice and honored our wishes at every step of the way. She helped us SO MUCH on the day by setting up and packing up our decoration items (I did all of the decor items and centerpieces myself), and adjusting to meet our needs as the day progressed. Hiring Olivia was hands-down, the best money we spent because it gave us complete and total peace of mind, knowing we were in GREAT hands from the beginning through the end. Thanks for everything Olivia! read more

I've followed Becca's work for a while now and have always admired her natural way of sharing knowledge to other planners and clients. I finally had my first one-on-one coaching call with Becca this morning and it was sooo worth the investment. She easily recognizes which direction to guide you and how much to guide you. It was also very cool of her share a really useful tip only to follow up by saying she learned that through her own experience the hard way. If you're on the fence as a bride or an event professional, I would say talk to Becca. Open up to her about your needs and what's holding you back. I promise she will help you find a way! read more

Rebecca rocked the heck out of full coordination of our wedding on 11/11/17 at Beatnik. Actually, that's not accurate. She rocked the heck out of the past TWO YEARS of our engagement, from the first time we met with Becca (and the geniuses of LUMI photography) to start our vision, past the last song of the night when my wife and I left Beatnik for the after-party. (Truth be told, we're still peppering her with text messages the next day.) Becca took our vision of a beautiful, but chill and relaxed ceremony and reception and made it better than anything I could have dreamed. She connected us with excellent vendors and handled all communications and details with them, which left us with only the fun things to do--like donut tasting for the dessert bar, or picking out bottles of cava. If we wanted to meet in person, she'd show up early to the local coffee shop or restaurant. If we wanted a conference call, she'd share her Google docs and talk next steps. If we preferred email, she responded promptly and made sure all of our questions were answered. Coming from someone who works too much to handle these things on my own, I really appreciated how organized and on top of everything Becca was every step of the way. And of course, she's like the coolest person ever. Coordinating our wedding with her felt less like a business transaction and more like a group of friends getting together to collaborate on a big party. Her approach is professional, yet friendly, and she never gave us the impression that anything was an inconvenience or beyond the scope of what she could do. In short, Becca is amazing, and I would (will) recommend her to everyone!! read more

We worked with Rebecca at a wedding over the weekend. Her and her staff are top notch. Not only did she communicate weeks leading up to the event, but on the day if she was calm and reassuring. She worked with an evolving timeline flawlessly and ensured everything was taken care of. HIRE HER!! She is a skilled coordinator but also a superior decorator. You will not regret your choice. read more

Rebecca was the event coordinator for my daughter's wedding in May at Beatnik Studios. She and her staff were wonderful on the day of the wedding. They kept the day and evening running very smoothly so all of us could just enjoy the day. They listened to everything we wanted for the set up and we didn't have to ask twice. She was always two steps ahead if something needing tweaking that day. Her staff was just amazing from making sure everything was going well during the evening to setting up and taking down afterwards. Taking apart for something like a wedding can be overwhelming after a long day but they were all incredible and very much appreciated. Thank you Rebecca for your help before the wedding and especially the day of! read more

My husband and I were married less than a month ago, but had the pleasure of working with Rebecca for almost the entirety of our year-long engagement. I waited to post a review because I wasn't sure how to adequately articulate how WONDERFUL she was. We had to plan our wedding long-distance, and before hiring Rebecca thought we could do it ourselves. After a few months of struggling, we reached out to our venue and were referred to Rebecca. From the minute she came on board, she was open, communicative, and vivacious. She is direct without being confrontational, bubbly without being disingenuous, and a true team-player. What I appreciated most about Rebecca was the effort she made to listen and understand what we, her clients, were staying. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, a few Pinterest boards and zero idea as to how to make it happen. She took the time to ask questions to best understand what we wanted, then offered multiple options for almost every detail of our wedding. She was constantly available to answer any questions or concerns via email or telephone call, and demonstrated immense flexibility to work with our schedule to meet us when we came into town. On the wedding day, she was on an entire other level! She was our biggest advocate. She was sure to ask us if we needed a breather after the ceremony, handled little bumps without creating any undo stress, and stayed extremely professional throughout the course of the night. When my hair piece was forgotten at the florist's, she personally drove to pick it up and hand-delivered it to me at the hotel. When the caterer ran behind on dinner service, she calmly informed me and offered me options for quick and easy resolution. She was so great that she actually charmed multiple members of our family - aunts and uncles, family friends and close relatives are still remarking on Rebecca's cool, calm and collected leadership over our wedding. While I could easily go on about Rebecca as a person, the point of this review is to highly recommend her for your event-planning services. Our wedding was so special for so many reasons, but without Rebecca, it would not have been nearly as successful. We feel so very fortunate to have crossed paths with Events by Rebecca and urge you to employ her as well. read more

Rebecca was the event coordinator for our wedding this past October. When we were looking to find an event coordinator, we were looking for someone who could help us get organized, guide us, and take care of all of the hard stuff.  From the very beginning she by far exceeded any expectations we had. We opted to go the the Full Coordination Service which is so well worth it.  She is extremely personable and is very direct when it comes to what you can expect from her. Throughout the process, Rebecca was very reassuring and often reminded to have fun with the process and let her do the hard work. After only two meetings with Rebecca she had already facilitated meetings with vendors which meant we were able to book vendors quickly. She gave us small "homework" assignments aimed at figuring out decor and personal touches to put our stamp on the event. Rebecca does not force her own aesthetic on you but rather suggests ideas, places, and vendors based on what you desire. What was also great about the Full Coordination Service, was that she she was in contact with all vendors, I even mean all the way down to hair and makeup. On the day of our wedding she was amazing. She made sure  to let us know when to be ready for our introductions, first dance, speeches and so on. Throughout the night she, along with her assistants, would check in on us to to make sure we were comfortable and if there was anything that we needed. She was able to masterfully make her presence known while simultaneously not being intrusive. We would wholeheartedly recommend Events by Rebecca without reservation. She was awesome! read more

I would recommend Becca and her team to every single couple planning a wedding. I was not someone who thought a wedding coordinator was necessary- my original venue required one so I begrudgingly searched for coordinators and came across Becca. From the very first conversation, I realized that a coordinator might be pretty handy. Now that the wedding is over, I am a full believer that every wedding needs a coordinator!! Becca and her team were so amazing and helped me throughout the whole planning process, even though I hired her as a month-of coordinator. My wedding was a covid-delayed, and Becca helped me through the crazy process of rescheduling, changing venues, changing vendors, and all of the difficult emotions that came with each of these decisions! She seriously knows what she's doing and I could not have had the wedding I did without her. If I could hire her to coordinate my whole life, I would!! Seriously the best, I am so thankful to Becca and her team. You will not be disappointed when you hire her! read more

Amazing wedding planner! She coordinated so many moving parts and everything went off to perfection. Possibly the best part was that she overrode all of our bad decisions and didn't hesitate to yell at anyone screwing up. She is very experienced and can provide many options, and she visualises weddings very well. Highly recommend! read more

We hired Rebecca for my daughters wedding and I am so thankful. She was very good at communicating with us to make sure we were prepared for the big day. On our daughters wedding day Rebecca took charge. I soon realized as the mother of the bride, that I would be able to sit and enjoy my daughters day and everything would be handled. Rebecca seemed to be everywhere. She helped with every little thing we needed and the wedding and reception was amazing. I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. Her energy, personality and sense of humor made a day that can sometimes be stressful into a day full of fun, laughter and joy. Thank you Rebecca from the bottom of our hearts for making Brittney and Brandon's wedding so special. You are the best. read more

Rebecca coordinated our wedding last October and she was absolutely amazing! Throughout the whole process I was so relieved to know I had someone I could trust to put together all of the details of our special day! She was on top everything and was extremely organized! The communication I received from her leading up to the wedding was really helpful, especially as a bride because it can get overwhelming! Our wedding was a total reflection of my husband and I and that was all because of her hard work! She's so so fun to work with and i wouldn't have wanted anyone else coordinating our big day!!! read more

My husband and I got married at Beatnik Studios in Sacramento on 10/29/16. Let me start out by saying that, since college, I haven't *dreamed* about my wedding day. We wanted our day to be great (yes! of course!), but nothing fancy or over the top. I TOTALLY thought I could handle and organize an event for 100 people, so we didn't bring Rebecca in as our coordinator at first. We met her through her role at Beatnik - helping us secure the venue, photographers (that come with studio) etc. A wedding coordinator, in my mind, was just something I didn't need. As we got further in, I realized I was wrong. So wrong. The devil really is in the details -and there are so many moving parts! We realized we were in over our heads! We decided to go with Rebecca's "Day Of" package -which actually means she starts working about two weeks out to get timelines together and coordinates with vendors. People. If I could do ONE thing over, it would be to bring Rebecca in sooner -she is worth her weight in gold! And while we were on a budget, I would find a way to put more money towards her more complete packages. The time and STRESS that this woman takes off your plate is priceless. As it was, she went completely over the top! Professional, warm, a perfectionist without stressing you out about it, on top of everything. I can't recommend her enough -she will make every aspect of your event easier and smoother -allowing you to ENJOY it more. At the rehearsal the night before, she skillfully moved a big wedding party through the motions -kept the groomsmen in line, but always in a completely likeable way. On the day of our wedding, she was completely all about us. Everything (EVERYTHING) went smoothly and according to plan -she does this with grace, humility, and a sense of humor -the opposite of a task master! She brought us snacks (before we were announced) and then made us plates of food for dinner... and made sure we ate! She took care of us, felt like family, couldn't recommend her more! read more
