We cannot thank Becca & Co. (special shout out to Kate) enough for everything you guys did to create our dream wedding! We were beyond happy with the way everything turned out. We truly appreciate all your guys hard work and could not have pulled this off without you!! This review is a bit lengthy but Kate and the rest of the Becca & Co. team deserve every word and all the credit in the world. We cannot thank them enough for their hard word and dedication to us as a couple and every detail of our wedding that we wanted. They exceeded our expectations in every step of our wedding day and throughout the wedding planning process. COVID: Initially, we planned to get married in 2020, and had the venue and our wedding vendors booked before we postponed our wedding (two times) due to COVID. Each time we postponed our wedding date, Kate reached out to me to provide calming reassurance that everything would work out and even handled the coordination with our vendors to obtain new wedding dates and new contracts. Wedding Planning: We decided the "Day-Of Coordination" best suited us and let me tell you, this package EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS! Leading up to our wedding, we had multiple meetings (I want to say at least 3 meetings) with Kate, who brought up things in each meeting that we hadn't even thought of until she mentioned it. With her help, we were also able elevate the decor of our wedding tables and even allowed me to text her and get her opinion while we were at the rental store. Kate reviewed all of our vendor's contracts to ensure we were not missing anything and that we did not have duplicates. Wedding Day: We ended up getting married in October 2022 - Kate became my rock on our wedding day. She was the calm presence I needed and was also my one of our biggest supporters! Kate knew exactly what we had envisioned for all of our wedding decor and didn't have to ask us a single question on our wedding day. Kate and her team put together so many different aspects of our wedding day - from the decor, our wedding timeline, and even coordinating with our vendors as to what to do with the rentals at the end of the night. Kate and her team understood what was special and important to us as a couple. Communication: Kate went above and beyond in her communication of what she was doing with our vendors and ensured to always check in with us whenever there was a decision she could not make. She made sure to include us in all emails whenever she corresponded with our vendors. Kate also provided options all the while ensured I was comfortable with the decisions made. Examples: Kate pointed out a discrepancy she noticed in the amount of dishes our caterers planned to rent. Kate then followed up with our caterers herself and resolved the issue. A second example, Kate pointed out smaller items that we did not even think of such as ensuring we had glassware for our signature drinks. A third example, without any pressure, Kate suggested elevating a decorative napkins and upgrading our flatware which made all the difference in the presentation of our tables! There are so many more examples, that I could go on for some time. Guests of a Becca & Co. Wedding: In addition to our wedding, we have personally been wedding guests at two weddings that were coordinated by Becca & Co. At both weddings we attended, Becca was the lead and everything was so beautiful and went off without a hitch. The brides of both weddings could not say more positive things about their experiences with Becca and her team. When it came time for our wedding, it was a no brainer decision for us. Let me tell you do not think twice about hiring Becca & Co. to help you with your wedding. They are worth every penny if you want to be stress free throughout your wedding day and your wedding planning process. I'm honestly a little sad that our wedding is over and we no longer have an excuse to talk to Kate. We are forever grateful to Kate and the Becca and Co. team!! SUMMARY: Full planning with Becca & Co. to plan the wedding of our dreams at a campground in the redwoods was worth every penny (and then some). WHY BECCA & CO:We opted for full planning with Becca because we knew that we would need the help! We had big dreams of a weekend-long wedding event in the redwoods of California with our family and friends, but otherwise we weren't sure where to even start. FIRST CALL: We called Becca & Co. at the advice of a friend about a year and a half before the wedding. From our first call, Becca was professional and clearly knowledgeable. She was upfront about the process and set realistic expectations. She gave us an overview of what to expect over the next year or so of planning, clearly explained her role, and made sure to communicate what we would need to be responsible for along the way. This was really helpful because we had no idea what to expect. VENUE: Becca helped us search for venues. We ultimately decided on a campground in Mendocino County that we fell in love with. The campground had hosted a few weddings, but not many at the scale we were planning. That meant there would be A LOT of planning and coordination to bring our vision to life! PLANNING: Over the course of the next few months, we had regular planning meetings with Becca to discuss the overall design of the ceremony and reception. She helped guide us through the conversation, prompting us with questions about what was really important to us and challenging us to think about the reasons why we made certain decisions. That helped us narrow down choices and really focus in on getting every element exactly the way we wanted it to be. VENDORS: With a general idea of our vision in mind, Becca helped us find, interview, and hire vendors. She was honest about her opinions, letting us know if rates were reasonable or if she noticed any red flags. She was able to recommend vendors when needed, and also had preferred vendors she worked with frequently that she knew we could trust. She was never pushy about going with a certain vendor, and always let us make the final decision. DECISIONS: Anytime we needed to make a decision, Becca was great to walk us through our options, neatly laying out the pros and cons of each choice so that we really felt like we were making the best decision for us. She made recommendations when needed, and even gently pushed back on a few of our ideas when she didn't think they would work (something we really appreciated). LOW STRESS: During the 2 weeks before the wedding, we were asked multiple times how we could look so calm and stress-free. We truly felt calm and stress-free because we had Becca & Co. By the time the wedding arrived, all we had to do was show up, get married, and have a good time. WEDDING: During the weekend of the wedding, there was nothing we needed to worry about or do because Becca had it handled. Becca arrived to the venue on the Thursday night before. The rental company came in with everything on Friday to set up, and Becca met them to walk through everything so that we could relax with our family and friends who had already arrived. We had a quick rehearsal Friday evening with Becca, and the wedding on Saturday evening. Becca stayed on-site Thursday night through Sunday morning to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. HIRE A PLANNER: The weekend was absolutely perfect and beyond anything we could have ever imagined on our own. If you're getting married, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring a wedding planner. I would hire Becca & Co. over and over and over again (we're already joking that we'll be back for a 5-year vow renewal because it was so much fun).

Becca was such a PRIVILEGE and BLESSING to work with. She never failed to show up and support us through all the ups and downs of planning. Without her, I would have had a groom, a dress, and a photographer. It's truly all the details that make it feel so special and she really pulled through on everything from the linen ideas, table set up, floral arranging, and time managing she made my day literally perfect. I couldn't recommend her to future brides (and grooms) more

We are so grateful to have worked with Becca and her team for our wedding/vow renewal in April 2022! The day went perfectly. They really helped make our day special and stress free. We contracted with them for their month-of coordination package. If I would change anything, I would have gone for their full planning package! We originally scheduled our wedding in April 2020. We had to postpone due to the pandemic. There were lots of sensitive events that happened over the 2 years Becca was our planner. We can't thank her enough for being so caring, flexible, and helpful all along the way. Becca is super professional and organized. About 2 months before the event, she scheduled multiple coordination calls and meetings with us and vendors to prepare for the big day. I appreciate that we went through the event piece by piece at a pace that was manageable for us. She often brought up aspects of the day we needed to prep for that we didn't think about. Once our big day came, everything went smoothly thanks to Becca and her team! When I wasn't sure about something I asked for their advice, or they knew how I could figure things out. They laid out all the decor, understood the look we were going for, and nailed all the visual details. Some parts of our wedding were non-traditional and didn't play to gender norms. We also incorporated some of our cultural traditions and food. She was very understanding and non-judgemental. She coordinated all those elements seamlessly. I was a little stressed before we got to the wedding venue. As soon as we got there, Becca was already busy and in charge. I was relieved. When I arrived she briefed me on the set up. My Type A friend/bridesmaid who happened to be there literally applauded. This is pretty good affirmation from a person who is a good event planner themselves. The stress went away. I could relax and enjoy the whole day. I really felt like Becca was looking out for me. I'm lactose intolerant and she made sure that my dessert didn't have dairy. When some of the layout in the reception area didn't look as nice as we thought, she checked in with me to make changes so things looked nice. She has such great attention to detail! One of the exciting moments we planned was a firework show. She "stage managed" the announcement, the music, the fireworks, and light to get the moment just right. Multiple people gave me compliments telling me Becca was a great coordinator. A couple of our wedding vendors are actually friends of ours. They also told us that she was really good and very thoughtful compared to other planners they've worked with. We're happy we made the right choice. Thank you again Becca! We had a perfect day. We are so happy to recommend Becca & co to other couples looking for a wedding planner.

We had the best experience working with Kate at Becca & Co! Before starting the wedding planning process, I didn't see the necessity in having a wedding planner for more than the "Day of Coordinator." My experience with Kate proved my previous theory completely wrong in the best way. We opted for the package that offered design help and monthly calls, in addition to the traditional Day of Coordination with Kate taking over complete communication in the months before the big day. We interviewed with a couple of wedding planning companies in the area, and what sold us was the value in the package, the quality of work represented, and especially the friendly and personable conversation we had. We left the initial conversation feeling warm and confident in our choice to go with Becca & Co. Moving on from there, getting to work with and put my full trust in Kate is what really allowed me to fully enjoy and have fun with wedding planning and never worrying once on wedding day. I looked forward to our monthly check-ins, they were very informative in the way that Kate had trusted vendors she had worked with for years and generally knew the lay of the land. It saved me a lot of time and headache in doing my own research. I was also able to take the stress off my other personal relationships as I asked Kate every tiny worrying thought or question I had. She never made me feel like a burden, and I always left with answers or ways to move forward. I also looked forward to our monthly conversations because I felt Kate's passion for the work, and because she is genuine, down to earth, and generally fun to chat with. :) Kate and Becca & Co were an absolute integral part of our happiest day, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Although we are partial to Kate, I'm positive the whole team is full of stars.

If I could give 100 stars I would! My husband and I got to work with Becca for the partial planning of our wedding. I did some research of vendors on our vendor list and when I saw her I just knew she was it and boy was I right! Our wedding was a 2 year planning (COVID) from September of 2020- to October of 2022. Super stressful time to have it be prolonged so long but, Becca was with us every step of the way. And when I say every...I mean EVERY. She made everything so much less stressful. People really don't lie when they say weddings are stressful. I leaned on her through so many ups and downs and she was always there to cheer me on, work through the troubles,and make sure everything was perfect. She was my sounding board and my saving grace more times than I can count! There were so many things that my husband and I didn't think of that Becca was brining to our attention and helping us through. We couldn't have made our day as beautiful and seamless as it was without her and her team. I can't imagine not having her by my side! Truly the monarch important person to have involved in your wedding besides your partner of course! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

She is truly one of the best in the business, and literally exudes professionalism and class. I am still in awe of what she was able to create for my wedding. I hired Aimee as a full-service planner for our Carmel, CA wedding, and she somehow managed to go above and beyond the meaning of full service. She's remarkably organized (as someone who plans events myself, this is so appreciated), attentive, budget conscious, transparent, responsive/communicative and genuinely cares about her brides. Aside from her personality (she's so dang funny and sweet), I also loved how collaborative she was and how she wants to ensure YOUR vision is brought to life. However, she isn't afraid to take over when you need her to. Example: there were a few times when I needed to pass the reins to Aimee last minute to make something happen when I didn't have the time or brain space - and without hesitation, she nailed it every time. Seriously, every time. She asks the questions you'd never think of and she notices the details most people wouldn't. I always felt like she was my teammate and she's 100% worthy of your trust to get the job done. I had a very specific vision in mind for my wedding, and it's beyond me how well Aimee executed. She managed every big and small detail for me, communicated clearly to everyone involved so I didn't have to - and she even wiped my tears over something that stressed me out on rehearsal day that had nothing to do with her! I vividly remember being a month out from my wedding and saying to her "I feel like I'm supposed to be stressed, but I'm feeling good" and in hindsight, it's because Aimee was doing an incredible job. My entire wedding went off without a hitch, and if there was a hitch, I never knew about it because that's how Aimee rolls: a stress-free bride = happy bride. In my opinion, having a wedding planner was a necessity and one I would advise other brides to have, even if it means scaling back on other costs for your wedding reception. For me personally, having a wedding planner was the difference between me just being able to "pull off" my reception and me being able to enjoy it. To save some money, I hired KWE for month of/day of coordination rather than full event planning (though they were available from the get-go for contract help, referrals and all-around advice). The month before my event, Kate swooped in and took care of all the details: designing the layout of the venue, coordinating with the vendors, etc. The week before, day before and the day of she took care of everything! She picked up supplies, was on hand to greet and coordinate with other vendors, did setup and cleanup, delivered items to my house after the reception, helped keep the party on track and so much more! I am not sure if there were any snafus (though I am sure there were, how couldn't there have been?) because if there were, she took care of them on the spot. She even jumped into action when I spilled red wine on my gown early in the evening. I really, really, really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Kate and her team on board. I strongly advise you to consider hiring her for your event.

Tan at the recommendation of our wedding coordinator, With Grace and Love, and I'm so grateful for the connection! Rev.Tan service's were pretty straightforward and given our wedding plans changing significantly due to COVID we still needed someone to officiate for our party of 11. The idea of crafting a wedding ceremony seems a bit daunting but they share a great program that helps the couple craft the perfect ceremony unique to them. I found the program to be easy to use and so helpful in mapping out the narrative. I felt super confident going into our ceremony having reviewed the script beforehand. There were no surprises. Rev. Tan was readily available in the lead up to the day with some tips on the order of the readings and even gave us some pointers on crafting our personal vows. I especially appreciate him respecting our request to wear a face mask during our event. It's little details that really resonated with me given the times. He took care of our marriage license, sent us an image of the signed doc, and mailed it off to the county. Overall, I was so pleased with the ease of his service. I do hope to take him up on his offer for coffee one day when the world settles down a bit. Forever grateful he officiated our micro wedding!

Christina was our day of coordinator and she did a phenomenal job. She is so sweet and on top of it. I didn't have to worry about anything day of because she took care of it all. The vendors that work with this venue also were amazing. Our DJ Drew did an awesome job with all of the music, announcements, preparing my family for toasts, etc. He did such a great job. Our florist Wild Flowers and our baker Castle Cake Bakery did amazing. The florals were exactly what I wanted and the cake tasted so good. The dinner was so good! I've had several people tell me how good the dinner was. We did the chicken and the stuffed bell pepper and everyone absolutely loved the food. We also chose to do the late night pretzel bar which was a hit. All of the staff was so kind. Everyone was extremely helpful and helped make the day perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to brides who want a smooth and easy wedding. They provide almost all your vendors that you need. The officiant Thao from Tan Weddings and Events did such a good job and made it so easy for us by providing script samples and allowed us to make any edits we wanted. She was so sweet. 5/5 stars. Such a perfect day! Also they let you bring your dog! I stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. Highly recommend so you can start getting ready early for your big day.

She gave me the most detailed timeline for the day of and all the vendors complimented how it was the best run wedding and timeline they've ever had. Sara and her team set up all the decorations, coordinated with the vendors for drop off and pick up, cleaned up all decorations at the end of the night, and kept us moving along our timeline. Leading up to the wedding she helped answer logistical questions, provide her expert knowledge and insight, and make recommendations on where to allocate budget and where to cut corners. She helped me pick out rentals that would best serve our space and esthetic. She helped run our rehearsal and answer any bridal party's questions. The day of Sara and her team were there to help guide us through the day with ease. We have received so many compliments since our wedding, many saying it's the best they've ever been to and we attribute a large part of that to With Grace & Love.

Unfortunately, on the actual wedding day, my family had to step in and handle several things that were supposed to be managed by the coordinator and her team. There were quite a few promises made during the planning process that simply weren't kept, and it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable day. While some parts of her work were okay, the lack of follow-through and professionalism on the day itself was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend based on our experience

But from the moment we began working with her, everything fell into place. She took the time to get to know us, helped craft a beautiful vision for our wedding, and guided us through the entire process with so much patience and expertise. Even though Ramona was technically our "day of" coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. Her responsiveness was incredible - every time we had a question (and there were plenty!), she was quick to reply with the perfect solution. She was calm, confident, and took care of everything, making even the most complicated parts of planning seem easy. On the wedding day, nothing went wrong - seriously, not one thing. Ramona had everything under control, handling every detail flawlessly. We didn't have to stress about a single thing, which allowed us to have the most perfect day. We are forever grateful for how she made our wedding so seamless and enjoyable. Honestly, Ramona is a total bada**!
