During the planning process: They worked around our schedules. We would sometimes have to meet after work hours but in between, we would respond via text or email for any quick decisions. They were very receptive to feedback and guided us through decisions that aligned with our budget and design goals. They also attempted to curate and present choices that reflected our personalities - they made consistent efforts to get to know us each step of the way, which helped make our wedding truly feel like ours. They crafted presentations (even these were beautiful!) with options for each vendor, including the costs and their portfolio so that we would be able to make informed decisions They helped us handle all communication and negotiations of pricing with our vendors In the end, we definitely had an A+ team to have the wedding beyond our dreams. I am in awe and filled with immense appreciation and gratitude for what they do. The week of our wedding, my coworkers were surprised that I was so calm. It was an odd feeling as there were no worries to be had and we were just able to focus on making sure our families were getting into town okay. On the day of the wedding, Jenn made sure our tea ceremony was set up and ready to go while Morgan handled set up at the venue. They made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the day. There were some family issues/hiccups that they took care of for us so gracefully that no one noticed anything was amiss. We were able to mingle and take pictures with our guests without worrying about anything else. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding. Our vendors have even commented on how thorough and thoughtful they were in helping with managing timelines. Our wedding was a week ago and we are still receiving compliments with requests for all our vendors. Overall, if we were to go back in time, we would choose to work with JRE a million times over.

There were many reasons I chose Jenn from the get-go: prior to even booking her, she was already going above and beyond to get in touch with our venue and other vendors I was interested in. Our venue initially told us we could only use a planner, caterer, and DJ from their approved list...but Jenn's experience in the industry and being the "voice" for her brides allowed us to book her as well as other vendors that were not originally on the "approved" list. Being detail-oriented myself, I knew I had picked the right planner when all of my other vendors told me "she is the queen of details" when they found out who our coordinator was! I'm so grateful we had Jenn by our sides throughout the planning process, as she was able to take my ideas and give her recommendations to make things even better (I went from thinking I wanted only white and green florals to having colorful bouquets and arrangements and I'm so glad Jenn helped to change my mind on that one)! When it comes to upgrades, I will note that something I noticed during our initial tour and their spring showcase was that the champagne chairs are pretty damaged. I would definitely recommend that the team replace those if possible. Otherwise, I highly recommend upgrading to the photobooth if possible! The day of, everything was beautiful. Keilah was incredibly organized even while navigating through delays at our separate ceremony venue. Summer was also amazing at everything and made us feel like we didn't even have to worry about the itinerary after taking over later in the night for Keilah - apart from a slight delay in handing out LED party sticks we had brought in to be distributed to the dance floor once the partying kicked up - which after a reminder from the groom to the best man and best man to staff was quickly sorted. Food was delicious with many of our guests complimenting it still - big thanks to Chef Jamil for stopping by our sweetheart table and going above and beyond for our day. We're unsure if it could have been freshly delivered from the bakery or if it was the kitchen, but we would have loved the cake to have been a little more thawed out by the cake cutting as it was still slightly frozen which did lead it to fall apart at that time and took away from the taste for us as the couple - the cake was thawed out in time for the guests slices though! We heard plenty of compliments from guests about the bartenders service so big thanks to Kelly and Becca who were also so kind during clean-up! When it comes to preferred vendors through Wedgewood, we highly recommend API Photography - Daniel was absolutely fantastic and even folded our groomsmens pocket squares beautifully before the ceremony - I will update with pictures once I receive them because I know that definitely helped me in my search! Pretty Sweet Bakery was great to work with as well, offering affordable packages, great flavor options, and providing beautiful guest favors. Working with Tamara and Brittany from Carriage House Farms (florals) was my favorite. They are passionate about what they do and understand navigating affordability. They are incredibly talented and communicate promptly. We would have loved earlier and more consistent communication from the DJ company that Wedgewood recommended as we had no communication from them until a week before the wedding. Thankfully the Wedgewood team was able to send over our playlist and itinerary ASAP and once we connected with our DJ, Michael, he was incredible to work with and extremely energetic and enthusiastic - even letting the brother of the bride on the decks at one point - resulting in a very fun and memorable night!! I'm not going to sit here and draw out a big list so message me if you'd like the 411. The ceremony was pretty good other than the guests being out in the hot sun for 20 minutes , I'll give her that. As for the reception , i didn't know is the videographer didn't have the video montage that all our parents were working with him on and Sandy didn't want my mom to fix it. Sandy was in a bad mood due to this and was pouting and my husband, my mother and I paid the price. She is still upset about things, understandably so. The reception started out good until sunset/golden hour photos. I was given zero instruction for this, there was no communication whatsoever and there should have been. When it was running longer for whatever reason my mom wanted to wrap up the photos yet Sandy said no. Sandy repeatedly didn't listen to my mother even though she paid her and even tipped her at the end. I will admit initially our response was everything was fine but after we sat with it, it just wasn't. Bottom line- time taking photo after photo could have been cut short and I could have gotten to mingle with my guests. Some of them flew from far away to make it to our wedding. I'll never get that back and that saddens me most. I've been told by guests that while they had a decent time, they wish they got to spend time with us. Most did not get any time with us. Edited to add: communication, and delivery should have been better, all of it was severely lacking. Both my husband and I have tried to contact Sandy about our concerns. Not once did she really listen. I wish she would have been professional but she just was not. This is the honest truth of how things turned out. She also trashed my mother and my maid of honor online and would not take down her post until my mom told her that my friend has a disability Why am I writing this now? I'd written something like this a while back ago but decided to take it down, but now I think that some time has passed I can write a version that reads better. So my advice: proceed with caution. We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning
