Let me preface this by saying if it's busy parking sucks! Not the venues fault but just be aware. We booked my daughter's third birthday here! We booked a party room on a Saturday and it was busy! The staff greeted us at the door and helped us all get checked in. You only get 10 minutes before the room to set up so luckily we had all the balloons blown up and just had to put it together. No outside food except for cake or cupcakes. They use pizza guys which was good! The kids get 1 hour of play and 1 hour in the party room. Attended the birthday party for my 6 year old grand nephew, a dozen of his friends, the parents and family members. The place is appropriately named. It is tacky. The facility is just beat to hell. Everything is in dilapidated condition. The party room wall posters are ripped everywhere. The furniture is chipped, stained, soiled. The audio visual electronics are incredibly crappy quality. The play structures are cheap. The ball pit has a pitiful small collection of balls that barely cover the floor. Despite all this creepy poverty the kids ran around, screaming their heads off for two hours. The adults could not wait to get out of this place. Told my sister to suggest that the nephew's 7th birthday party be at the Lucky Strike bowling facility in Rocklin. That place would be a big improvement over this incredibly Tacky-Tacky. read more

I had my son's birthday party here. He and his friends had such a blast. Upon checking in, they had a cart out with my son's name for guests to put their shoes and gifts and wheeled it into the party room. We booked a private party that was allotted for 2 hours. We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors. read more

The place was clean, colorful, and full of fun -- there was a great variety of activity structures that kept my kids entertained the entire time. This review is solely from the perspective of a party guest, and not as a customer who paid for their child's birthday party. So I've been to this location twice now and my son has had a wonderful time. Just some things I've observed as a guest. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. We were immediately checked in, which was smooth and quick. The play areas are a really good size so many things for the kids to do and burn all their energy. This place has been around for some time so the plays structures and equipment aren't brand new or in pristine condition. There are some thing's that they probably could and should update but overall everything was pretty clean. The staff was great at moving things along, bring the gifts to the party room, serving the kids pizza and cleaning up the room after the party had ended. I believe the pizza is provided by wacky tacky and it's an option for the parent to select when they book their party. The pizza is from Pizza Guys, and when we ate, the pizza was hot and fresh. Plenty of available parking at this location. Overall great experience. read more

I'm not the type to rate places only one star, but here we go! I was planning on booking my son's birthday here at the end of the month and I was going to purchase their private party package which is Package B, Deluxe 20 kids for $529 (weekend slot). However, after calling to see if they can accommodate or perhaps make an exception by us bringing just one tray of individually deli tray sandwiches from Costco as I mentioned to them I acknowledge the fact that their policy stated NO outside food or drinks in which I respect, but it doesn't hurt to ask to request exceptions/accommodation and the staff I spoke with over the phone said NO. She then informed me we can bring veggie trays or fruit trays and cupcakes only in which it doesn't make sense, because those are still considered outside food. We have been to this place many of times due to friends/family members birthday parties and they were able to bring in sandwich tray. The bottom line is, spending money isn't the problem as I get it, they are running a business and they would like for you to purchase extra food such as pizza! However, the bottom line is. I prefer to feed the parents/adults who are attending with their kiddos variety deli sandwiches rather than feed them pizza. So, I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere. First time visiting this location, it was adequate. It is smaller than the Rancho Cordova location and feels more chaotic despite the smaller size. There are two spaces for kids to play but the second room is much smaller. There's no real food options available other than vending machines which seems like a lost opportunity. There also not enough bathrooms for the number of people in the building. It also felt like there were too many adults wandering around. You only have to pay for the children who are playing, no limit on accompanying adults. This combined with the smaller sitting/waiting area made it feel a bit crowded. The staff was constantly walking around although they didn't seem to be monitoring the kids. Definitely weren't monitoring the "under 2 year old" space for older children entering. My child was older and doesn't need constant supervision so I felt comfortable in the space. I might reconsider with younger children. read more

I hosted my son's 4th birthday party here and, unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had. We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning read more

Such a great place for a kids birthday party! Our little had the time of her life here today and everything went perfectly! The team is great! They made everything so easy made sure her gifts and party favors were all moved to her party room without me having to give it a thought! They served the food, even the cupcakes we brought! And made sure I gave the party bags out when I had almost forgot! They even let the littles leave the room early and play at the end. It was such a great experience! We traveled from over an hour away up in the foothills for our daughter to have her party here this year and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back for some open play time! What a fun spot! Our six-year-old was meeting his best friend midway through vacation to have some playtime. Best friend's mom suggested Wacky Tacky. We went ahead and visited for the better part of the afternoon. There are lots of climbing structures and plenty of room to run around. There's signage posted that states no outside food is allowed, but they don't offer anything beyond some prepackaged snacks and vending machine drinks. Price for admission is a little hefty coming in at $51 for two first graders and a toddler. Staff is not that friendly but they do monitor the facility and keep an eye on the kids. I won't rule out returning, as it did work out pretty well for the kids to meet up. I will, however, be open to checking out other venues and options. read more

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here yesterday on June 27th and it was a great experience for everyone! Parking was easy to find and checking in was quick! Right away they had a cart with my daughter's name so that guests could place the gifts and their shoes. The host also took our cupcakes, goody bags, and party decorations so that they could set up in the party room. Our birthday package included 70 minutes in the Space World and Candy Land Playground which all the kids loved! Afterwards the host called my daughter's name through a megaphone and asked all guests to head over to the party room. Party room was 50 minutes. Our party package included 1 X-Large Cheese and 1 X-Large Pepperoni pizza with 15 juice pouches. We ordered one additional pepperoni pizza and a 2 Liter Dr.Pepper for a reasonable price! They use Pizza Guys as their pizza vendor, which we've tried before and love! Party room was so organized with everything we've brought and the host made sure to hand sanitize everyone's hands. He served the pizza with gloves and the service from him was fantastic! Afterwards he served our cupcakes and goody bags! My daughter opened up all her gifts and towards the end of the party we still had about 10 minutes left so the kids were able to play a bit more. Host also puts all of your left over decorations, food, drinks, gifts into the cart so that you can take it outside to load back into the car. Highly recommend having a birthday party here! Host does everything so that parents have time to speak to everyone, host was very organized and helpful, kids had a blast playing, and host cleans up everything afterwards! I definitely prefer this location over the one in Rancho Cordova. It is much cleaner and less crowded during the weekdays. The restrooms are decent and much cleaner than the Rancho Cordova location. My kids had a blast. We will visit again during the weekday. read more

Our daughter got an invitation by her bestie in her backpack to attend a 7th birthday party here and she was so excited being her first time here! The children attending were given 45 mins each on both jungle gyms and the party room included 1 topping pizzas, liters of soda and lemonade. Some of the children including our own despise pepperoni lol and the gentleman personally removed them so they could have cheese pizza. I thought this was a very sweet gesture and the children were able to enjoy their slices! The birthday child even gets a big thrown to sit on while opening their gifts! It happened to also be my husband's birthday so we unfortunately missed it! I would recommend this location, my husband had just as much fun as the children shooting foam balls at them in one of the play areas lol! The slides look like a lot of fun too, if I weren't pregnant I would have joined in too! Came here last weekend for a Birthday, there were a lot of families here, we came a bit early but it was ok because they had a waiting room so we hung out in there until our time, when they were ready for us they escorted us to the first play area they blocked off the area for our party we got 45 min to play, then after that we were escorted to the next play area for another 45 min. I brought my granddaughter, she has autism she had a great time in the first play area it had ball pits and slides and lots of places to run and climb, but in the second play area it mostly had air compressed guns to shoot balls at target's and a few places to run through but as soon as she heard the noise coming from the guns she covered her ears and went to the floor and hid her face so I will not be taking her to that area next time but she still had a blast all the kids were very excited and happy especially the birthday girl!!!! After the play time they escorted-us to the play room it was already decorated loved that, they also served the kids pizza and cake first made it so awesome. They have a snack bar its small ordered some popcorn it was a bit burnt so didn't enjoy it very much, another thing is you have to get your order in for fries or chicken strips before 5 pm or they won't take your order, decent prices but the girl at the cash register was a little rude. All and all this is a good spot for a party i would ask for more details but fun for the kids!!! read more

We went for our first time today and I'm telling you someone is going to steal a kid in this place. There is nobody watching the door and it's super easy to loose your kid in there. Especially if you have more then one on a super busy day. If you ignore this fact this place is perfect. So much fun and the kids are having a blast. Your kid will interact with other kids on super busy days. There are no rules being enforced but for most part everyone was respectful and polite. I haven't visited this place in a while since my now 14 year old son was 8 years old so I was happy to see that the place was still in business. It was fun watching my 14 year old show his toddler sister around the place. There are many positives to go here with your kids. The variety of healthy and not so healthy snacks for sale were great options to choose from. As well as the various drinks including energy drinks for those parents who need an extra pick me up like I did. Lots of areas to climb and play that were clean. Many places to sit for parents to see where there kids are in the play structures and tables to eat. I was impressed on how quick the staff was to clean up when they were told there was a wet mess in a play area. The only negatives were that the washrooms need a deep cleaning and not all the fans were on to cool off the place on a 100+ day. I will certainly bring my kids back to play soon read more

My three year old son and two year old nephew thoroughly enjoyed playing here. Wacky Tacky was clean, the young lady at the reception desk was helpful and friendly and the check in process went smoothly. There is quite a selection of snacks to choose from and there are vending machines of those snacks are not to your liking. I did not use the bathrooms, so I cannot attest to their cleanliness or lack of it. I only have a few observations to make the experience better, I understand this is an everyone watch their own kids kind of place, but the door needs to be watched. Anyone can walk off with a child or even walk in and grab a kid and leave for that matter. If there were someone watching the door, or if there were a stamp with numbers that both the child and the parent get stamped with upon entry and they get checked for when they leave that would make parents feel more at ease. I know times are tough, and everyone is trying to cut costs, but there were only two employees in the whole place, I felt bad for them, they seemed overwhelmed when the place got busy. Maybe hire a third person to man the door? I really liked the place, those are my only observations and recommendations, they are the reason I knocked off a star, otherwise I would have given them five stars. read more

It was exactly what I expected, fun for my toddler and pretty safe. There is two different playfields and they have vending machines on the side which is fun , one of them was cotton candy and could choose shape and color of it and other machines were snacks drinks and small toys. As long as you keep an eye on your kid this place is pretty safe and clean. Friendly staff. Will be coming here more for sure to use my child's energy even I was sweating and having fun in all those nets and tunnels while watching my baby boy. read more

Very Disappointed with Wacky Tacky. I took my granddaughter to her little cousin's birthday party at Wacky Tacky, and it was a terrible experience. The staff were rude, rushed everyone, and had no patience with the kids. My granddaughter said she left her jacket, and instead of helping, they acted like she was lying and got sarcastic. Turns out it was there--stuck in the play area. No apology, just attitude. We won't be coming back. Families and kids deserve better. read more

Do NOT go to Wacky Tacky in Roseville‼ We tried going today for a play date and ended up leaving early because of how unsafe the facility is and how rude the staff was. We watched staff turn off door alarms to take garbage out, LEAVE the alarm off with that door unlocked, and then we just happened to catch a random 2yo sneak out that same door minutes later. Luckily my mom chased him outside and caught him before he got hit by a car, but after we brought it to the attention of the staff they not only made excuses for the lack of security, they refused to accept any responsibility for the alarms being left off. While it is of course every parent's responsibility to keep an eye on their own kids, just know the staff here are negligent with their alarms (they can and will be turned off at any time and not turned back on) and the staff doesn't care if your kid slips out unnoticed. read more

Been here a couple of times now. It's as you expect for a kid entertainment place, definitely targeted towards toddlers and younger kiddos. My ten year old went for a cousin's birthday and was sort of over the jungle gym thing, but found the shooting yard with the ball canons pretty fun. On weekends, they are only open for parties and closed to general public. The staff are super nice, but they need more helpers. It took us a while to get checked in as no one was working the front desk. The jungle gyms are well kept, but the facilities like restrooms and party rooms need some updating. read more

My son was invited to 3 different birthday parties here so we've taken him here 3 different times. The process for the birthday parties moves quick and that's great cause little ones can get antsy but I didn't feel like the play time was long enough before they shuffled us into the room for pizza presents and cake. Felt like we were on the small play area for a very long time before getting moved to the bigger play area and then rushed for pizza and cake and barely enough time to open presents. It seems this pace could use a deep cleaning. It really smells in there especially mid summer I understand the hurry since I think they have birthday parties back to back just wish they offered longer play times. This is my second time at this location for a birthday party we were attending. When we entered we were greeted by staff and a huge playground. We came in a bit late so our party was wrapping up their time in a game room. The slides were big and fast but unfortunately the games were out of order. After finishing one room you have your reserved time in the playroom. It was great for my 5 & 6 year old who played the entire time. Lastly, you wrap up in the main room and go into the party rooms for pizza, cake and presents. Staff is very nice and efficient with passing out pizza, drinks and cake.
