Upon first walking into this rental place, my fiancé and I were not greeted. When we were walking out, one of the women at the front desk stood up and asked if we needed any help (as we were leaving). Decided I'd give it another chance so, I sent in my order ($760 worth of rentals) to receive a quote for delivery. They replied that i did not meet the minimum requirement for delivery which was $800 worth of items, NOT including the $500 dance floor that was already on my order. I called to get some additional details about my order & asked if the rental minimum was on their website because I was not aware & they said it's not on their website but that they verbally tell people when they inquire about renting? I also asked if it was possible for me to pick up the items instead if they can't be delivered and they said yes but they don't allow for the dance floor to be picked up & that it has to be delivered. I politely declined and said " Thanks, I think I might go with someone else." And the lady on the phone replied very rudely "okay well that's great." So I had called and spoke to someone Pryor to me picking up chairs for a baby shower and I asked if I could pick them out when I got there and I was told yes! So the day before I went with my husband, went in and paid and mentioned it to the ladies and they told me to go around the back in which I did! As I was going through a few chairs and the guys were loading them the owner spouts out, will have to examine these when they are returned to make sure they are in the same condition! I'm like what did you say and he repeats himself! So he starts to get loud and be confrontational and that's when my husband jumps out of our truck and told him to cancel our order and to get the chairs out of our truck! He then says I'm sorry if I offended your wife! my husband says just get these out of our truck! I was shocked how he would treat a customer like this and right in front of several of his employees. so much for wanting to shop local. They won't be getting any of our business ever! wow! read more

We used them for my wedding at Harmony Wynelands in Lodi on May 6th 2017 and the linens we rented were great. The colors were spot on and made our winery wedding even more beautiful. We will probably use them again. I hand folded 150 wine colored napkins for my wedding. The only complaint I have is that the material was too slippery, and some napkins were uneven making it hard for me to get a straight edged fold. They should try to starch their fabrics a little bit I think that would help. Other than that, great! read more

Easy to set up online and over the phone! I rented table clothes, chairs and a couple extra tables. My only regret was not getting to them earlier for the dance floor! They go fast during wedding season. So if that is something you know you need, get it early! read more

I placed my order over the phone. I needed table and chairs delivered for my sons graduation party. I thought to myself "Wow this was the easiest transaction ever!" Delivery day is here. I get a phone call letting me know my card wasn't working. I check my bank account and there's more than enough money to cover the amount owed. I tell the lady I'm not sure why it isn't working can you try again? Phone changes hands to a man whom was very rude. He said since you called at last minute you have 20 minutes to get here and pay for the tables or we will not deliver. First of all I didn't call! I ask if the driver can take cash or card cause I'm not sure why the card isn't working. He said NO. You now have 18 minutes or will not be receiving any tables or chairs! So I'm at work in panic mode. My daughter is at home just getting off of work and we live about 20 minutes away. I call her to give them her card over the phone cause mine isn't working. Her card is also declined. She has no choice but to rush over there. She tells them to try her card again and of course it works and is paid for. She tells them they have the very worst customer service and didn't appreciate the guy making her feel like we were trying to get over or didn't have the money. Chase bank said because the card was being typed in it would not be accepted for security reasons and they should've called the bank to get approvals. SO, next party I WILL NOT be using this company! Oh one more thing, when the guys were delivering the tables he broke one of my umbrellas and said he'd fix it and he never did! Horrible horrible customer service! read more

Called the other day to ask questions and get Prices. The guy on the phone who later said He was the owner helped Me. Apparently I was really bothering him because He was very rude with Me. I told Him He was rude and asked to speak to a manager. He told Me He was the owner and cussed Me out and hung up on Me!!!! I will never give this company my business... For the record I rented from American rentals in Stockton because of this and my total for my party was over $950... I guess these guys didn't need or want my business!!!! read more

I really enjoyed working with Giuffra's. We held my dad's 90th Birthday Party at our house on Jan 2. Unfortunately, Giuffra's closed for the holidays from Dec 24-Jan 4th. No problem, because they let me pick up all the tables and chairs before Christmas (no extra charge) and I was able to use many of the chairs during our Christmas holidays and then kept them for the party. What a wonderful company with great service. I rented a margarita machine for a golf tournament I had. I could not get the machine to operate correctly. They came out immediately to troubleshoot the machine. After the golf tournament was finished it was determined that the golf course had insufficient power to run the machine. Upon returning the rental they credited me back some money even though it was not their fault. When I return the machine I also forgot to include a couple pieces that were part of the machine. They called me the next day and asked for the pieces and I forgot to return them for a whole week. When I did return them a week later, they were still very pleasant with me.. What a wonderful company and I will definitely rent from them in the future for any party rental equipment I need. When we went in to inquire about renting tablecloths, napkins, plates, silverware, grill and a few other items for my daughters wedding, we were walked through the various options that they had. this is a good place to rent party supplies very affordable and good customer service, they were quick in responding, not once did I have to call them about anything they are very good with emailing you back. they delivered my things Thursday instead of Friday which worked out perfect for the wedding set up. love that you can rent dished from them and don't have to worry about washing and cleaning them before they get picked up they take care of it for you. highly recommend this place and will defiantly be using them for future events. read more
