One time I ordered soke for my brother's birthday (New Year's Day) and I was supposed to wait an hour. The employes saw that I only ordered a few balloons and she got them one within minutes! Recently I came back to get my sister in law's balloons and Dory and Serena helped me! Serena was so nice. I ordered this balloon that kept going flat. Serena had to change her helium tank and do it again. They were so nice and said if the balloon went flat when we got home that to call them and they would offered a refund. It turned out fine!

Honestly, I was overwhelmed but only because I couldn't decide what direction I wanted to go. Stephanie was a huge help with different ideas, color themes and overall themes. All in all, it was perfect for Reńe. I'll totally be back for our party needs. Thanks Stephanie and Anaid!

This is a great balloon place. I have been here twice to buy a bouquet of balloons for someone's…read morebirthday. They have a wide selection of balloons, ranging from birthdays to gender reveal, bereavement, and get well soon. They have everything streamlined for the most part. The large mylar balloons are fixed on the wall, and for the latex balloons, you can choose how many you want (the price for the # of balloons you want is on the counter). The price of the balloons is on the pricier side, but it is to be expected for a specialty store. The balloon quality is great. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, and when it came down to my indecision about what color balloons to get, they stepped in and helped me out. My first balloon bouquet consisted of 2 numbers, 3 latex, and 1 small mylar for $54.28. They lasted for 3 weeks. This second balloon bouquet consisted of 6 mylar balloons and 1 large mylar balloon $40.22. They are still holding strong a week later. I like this place and I will be coming back when in need of more balloons.

I've been coming to the balloonery for over 20yr and I honestly love this place. It's a Stockton…read moregem for sure. The staff here is always nice and their balloon work is really good- thats the main reason I keep coming back here. But im not gonna lie, the condition of the store itself has been really disappointing. The outside of the building looks rough and not very inviting. The sign makes it seem like there's a lot of party supplies, but when you go inside, it's actually very limited and feels outdated. Inside isn't much better. The floors are pretty bad- tiles are coming up and it just doesn't feel clean. The walls being repainted is nice and definitely an improvement, but it doesn't fix everything else. my biggest issue is the inventory. the balloons themselves are still good quality, but a lot of whats in the store feels outdated, Qualatex isnt even in business anymore, and that's still a big part of what they carry. There are so many other good brands out now, but they're barely stocked here.I've asked multiple times about certain sempertex colors, and they don't even carry full color lines or all the sizes. Like how do you have one size but not the others in the same color?? That doesn't even make sense when you're trying to put something together. Also, it really feels like the store hasn't been updated in years. There are items that have been sitting there forever and not selling. It honestly feels like old stock that never gets refreshed. I 've brought this up to staff before and they're also so so nice, but I know they're not the ones in charge of ordering or marking changes. I still love this place and Im gonna keep coming back, but it really needs an upgrade. It has so much potential, it just feels like it hasn't been kept up at all.

They told me they had some available for me to rent, but that they had a $75 minimum charge to go out. I asked if I could pick up the tables, and they said yes. The employee texted me the location of their warehouse. I told them I would be there in the afternoon. Around 2:30 pm, just as I was about to head to their warehouse, they text me that they would be out for a couple hours. I asked when I could pick the tables up and received no response. I even called, but the call went to voicemail. I never received a response from them. I would normally not write a review for this one-time incident, especially because I appreciated their willingness to rent me tables on such short notice. But when they text me initially, I realized that I had similar situation with this company several years ago, when I tried to rent a bouncer and other equipment (came up in the text history) but was also stood up. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am surprised that they have such high ratings from others because, on two different occasions, I have had a negative experience with them. Perhaps they are selective with who they patronize. I need to remember not to contact them again and take my business elsewhere!
