I do not recommend this place at all, I placed an order for a Saturday and to b ready for pick up Friday and my order was not ready for pick up or delivery it wasn't even in the store but in the delivery van and on top of that she wanted a picture of my receipt acting like she didn't know what I ordered even with my name and phone number and when I picked up my order the following day which we had to rush and get it it wasn't even what I ordered, I ordered round table covers and they gave me square and said it was diamond shape smh but expected them back right the next day even though my order was a day late, very disappointing and unprofessional! read more

Stay away from this so called "business". Owner is rude, unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. And a cocky crook!! I'm disappointed about having to give them the 1 star in order to post this review. Stay away, I wish I had known before stepping foot in this establishment. A few years ago I rented a jumper with tables and chairs. I decided to just do the jumper, so I went in a few weeks before to make the change. She said no, sorry can't do that!! I don't know about now but she had no cancellation policy at the time posted or printed anywhere on my receipt. There was nothing posted at the time about cancelations. After she refused to change my order I was so upset and disappointed with her "business" so I told her, cancel the whole thing I don't want the jumper either. She had my credit card info so she charged my card without my authorization!! When I said you need to refund me she said I'm not going to, now what? With those words and in a loud arrogant tone!! Refused to refund my card I had to go thru my bank to get a refund on the charge. read more

First visit was great, young man said they would call when tuxedo arrived so that my son could try it on. After not receiving a phone call by Wednesday evening I called them. The lady who answered the phone did not ask for a name or receipt # , just said that it was in store. Called again later treat evening and young man check under our name and verified that it's was in. Arrived Friday afternoon to owners daughter eating behind counter and then owner said that if tux didn't fit that there was nothing they could do because we waited . When I throws to explain that I was told to wait for their phone call, she resumed to scold me in front of other costumers. Since they already told us it wasn't going to get altered we just took it home so wish us luck! read more

Chair covers were given in correctly, and when I reached out to the owner regarding this matter the owner was careless by not attending to the issue. The owner stated she was off hours and didn't care if I had what I needed. The owner eventually gave me the items the next day by 3:30pm, which backed me up, and many of the items rented went without being used due to her negligence. I wish they had a negative 1star rating for this place. I called with some questions and lady didn't really have answers, she rudely rushed me off of the phone. I had my husband call thinking maybe our language barrier had something to do with it, since I don't speak Spanish well. But my husband speaks fluent Spanish and so he called just to have the same lady be safe use to him. Told him "I don't have time to answer your questions" and hung up on him! I would give this place negative stars if this was an option. Went to get fitted for a Tuxedo for my wedding fast forward 1 week before the wedding. I go to try on the suit every single item they have ordered for me is wrong! Pants are supper baggy when the fit was supposed to be a slim fit. The coat is 2 sizes too big. The vest is huge. The shoes are super old and thrashed. Not the stress you want to have less than a week before your wedding. The the arrogant owner claims it was the place they ordered from fault. Horrible experience not only for me but for the other members of my wedding party. Stay away from this place!!!! read more

The worst experience ever! The owner is too busy and doesn't explain what comes in a packet. Then makes her daughter translate which she doesn't translate everything nor correctly. I wasn't able to use one table due to it being broke from one of the bottom handles. At least the delivery man, her son in law was polite and on time. He did returned the deposit but not the complete amount of the damaged table. Good to know, NEVER paying for their services again! I DO NOT recommend it! read more

My parents got married and my aunts hired them to set up tables and the tarp. The day of the wedding two women showed up and my dad said that they asked him for help, like come on, he's the groom and you're getting paid to set up. The table cloths looked like the just took scissors to them to cut them. The day after the wedding they came late to pick everything up and the guy told my mom why didn't she take down the tarps!? Ordered tablecloths for an event and all of them were the wrong size and extremely dirty to the point that we couldn't even use them for our event. 5 days later we get a call asking to return the tablecloths so I come in that day. I was told I couldn't get my deposit back because apparently it was too late and "not their responsibility to call when they want their tablecloths back." When I walked in the 2 girls were rude from the start up until I left. Definitely won't return. read more

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have. Disclaimer:I have not visited this establishment but am writing on an encounter with the "owner". We were taking the kids to get a haircut next door (MLK side). When we arrived the one way alley to the parking lot was blocked by a vehicle. My sister asked the "sales attendant" of Decoraciones Amor if the vehicle belonged to them and the lady said it did. The sister then asked if she could move it because it had not been the first time the same vehicle had blocked it. She (the attendant) said "park somewhere else". She had blocked the private parking lot so my sister said that she would have to call the police to get it towed. The lady said "go ahead I'm the owner of all this!" If she is the owner you would think she would have more tact and consideration for the businesses on her lot. Needless to say we will not be using their services ever and will encourage others to stay away from someone so arrogant and inconsiderate. read more

Hirable, after expressing to the owner over the phone I was in a hurry to get my son fitted. She informed me it was a good time to come and that the fitting would only take 15 minutes no more. When I got to the store she ate her food and did other stuff like paperwork. She made us wait 30 min. before starting fitting. Once the suits came in we waited 45 minutes for suits to be given to the boys to try on. Out 5 boys only 1 suit was fitted correctly. Three suits were too short from sleeves by 5-6 inches and pants 3 inches short. One suit was lose all around with long sleeves (1 inch). Once the corrections made we picked suits they fixed 3 of the suits but did not not make corrections on the suit that was loose with inch long sleeves. It was too late to send that suit back for corrections. I was very disappointed. So were the boys took off their suit rights after the waltz (vals) My son likes to be well dressed and likes waring suits but he couldn't wait to take this one off. If I could they would not get any star but I can't Yelp with giving at least one star. No star on my book. read more

It's not very often that I write a review but had to this time due to a bad experience and owner Blanca being extremely unprofessional. Rented white tables cloth's, round tables and chairs. To make the story short, they gave us the wrong table cloths, had to drive back to pick up correct ones that they could not find (took them a while to find), this was on a Friday. Saturday afternoon I go to lay table clothes on tables and 2 of them were ripped, on top of that all 6 of them were all different sizes, some shorter/longer than others. Looks like they just cut round pieces of cloth without measuring. I ended up having to use 2 plastic table covers to replace the 2 that were ripped. A week later I receive a call asking if anyone had picked up the tables and chairs. I can continue with everything else that went on....... Very unorganized and unprofessional, save yourself the stress and pay a little more elsewhere. Will never use their services again. read more

BEWARE!!! I had a terrible experience here... Rented a bouncer chairs tables paid the total amount due... The Party was cancelled 3 weeks before the scheduled date, so I went back to the store after realizing my ticket did not have a cancellation policy printed on it. I check the store once again no cancelation policy. I go to the counter and explained my situation to the lady at the counter who just happened to be the owner. Who was very arrogant and in a very dismissed way and tone said I cannot give you your money back. I said why, well we don't return in case of a cancellation. So I go on to explain but you don't have that printed on my receipt, no where at the store and I was not told that when I made the order. Her response was well too bad there's nothing you can do to me!! I have a lot of customers and the money is here already. I was so upset I think more than loosing my money it was over the arrogance of the woman behind the counter!!! So i called my bank explained the situation and they were able to credit me back the total amount of the charge!! I was so glad I used my debit card or else that nasty woman and her arrogance would have walked away with a big smile instead I taught her a lesson in customer service!!!
