Very unprofessional. When I had booked Anna told me it was $80 for a standard jumper. The day of the party I texted her when will they be dropping it off, she said between 8am-12pm, okay that was fine. Then I wanted to clarify that it was $80 because I was using Zelle to pay & she then said it was $85 and then I asked when will they pick up. I texted her at 10:40am and she never responded until 6:30pm. She said tomorrow which was Sunday. In the morning of Sunday I asked when are they picking up, she said I can't pick it up, and that she will tomorrow which will be MONDAY!! I told her that doesn't work and to come at 7pm on Sunday and she COMPLETELY ignored my message. She is VERY indecisive and does not know how to properly schedule. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be going through them anymore. read more

This place is amazing, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I honestly can't say enough about their business. We called so many places to find the best deal for a water bounce house for my step daughters 6th birthday and all the places were so pricey for like 8 hours and they didn't even have a variety of jumpers and so many rules. MJ's jumpers charged us cheaper and we actually ended up having it sat-tues, she asked us if we wanted it extra and of course we said heck yea. They also have a huge selection. They dropped it off sat early morning on time and Tuesday evening her and her husband picked it up on time, it took 2 mins. We were worried we left it to wet or dirty and they never complained or said anything, they were so polite and cheerful, we definitely will be using them again. read more

I LOVE THEM!! I've been a faithful customer since 2012. I was just blown away with our last rental yesterday. It was short notice (same day) and they had it over in 20min. It was also raining off and on throughout the day. We weren't able to use the jumper for most of the party so M.J's left it over night so my girls can enjoy it in the morning, what company does that?!!! Love them! We decided to have an event last minute and Anna was so accommodating! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We were able to rent a tent, tables, chairs, plates, utensils, glasses for 60+ people for an event that was only a few days away. Anna and her team set up all the supplies and took it down themselves. We wanted specific colors for the decor and they were able to work with us. I had a last minute issue with another company that promised a jumper for my daughters 8th birthday party, so I scrambled and called several jumper rentals . Mj's new I was in a bind but didn't take advantage of that and mark up prices like others I've called! Instead they advised me they have several options and would bring me the one I wanted for cheaper than the one I was supposed to rent! I spent over an hour calling them and texting and never received an answer or phone call back. They devastated my daughter and her guests on her birthday...not a trustworthy company. I contacted this rental company for a jump house just 3 days before my party and the service was great. I wasn't sure if it was going to rain on the day of my party, the rental company said if it rains I could cancel before they come and there wouldn't be a charge. Luckily it didn't rain, they delivered and set up the jump house between the time we agreed, it only took 10 minutes for them to set it up. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I had booked a large tent , tables, chairs, linens and Jumpy house from them for our wedding. I live in the Montezuma Hills of Rio Vista, so after I went and gave her my deposit I was told if its too windy she will not be able to set up my tent or jumper. this is for my wedding so not wanting to be without a something for our wedding I arranged to move my wedding indoors to a barn on our property. When I told her that because there was a possibility that she would not put up the tent I made alternative arrangements and that I still wanted to reserve everything except for the tent, she said it was not worth her time and she needed to cancel it all. So now I'm back to square one- a month before my wedding. and she is refusing to give me my full deposit back claims she charges 50% for cancellations which would be fine but she had only requested a $50 deposit I gave another $50 towards my total bill so that would mean she owes me $75 she is saying that she will only give me $50 and I can't pick it up she will western union... HORRIBLE people to do business with.. wish I hard read the other bad reviews before booking her. read more
