The large mylar balloons are fixed on the wall, and for the latex balloons, you can choose how many you want (the price for the # of balloons you want is on the counter). The price of the balloons is on the pricier side, but it is to be expected for a specialty store. The balloon quality is great. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, and when it came down to my indecision about what color balloons to get, they stepped in and helped me out. My first balloon bouquet consisted of 2 numbers, 3 latex, and 1 small mylar for $54.28. They lasted for 3 weeks. This second balloon bouquet consisted of 6 mylar balloons and 1 large mylar balloon $40.22. They are still holding strong a week later. I like this place and I will be coming back when in need of more balloons.

The sign makes it seem like there's a lot of party supplies, but when you go inside, it's actually very limited and feels outdated. Inside isn't much better. The floors are pretty bad- tiles are coming up and it just doesn't feel clean. The walls being repainted is nice and definitely an improvement, but it doesn't fix everything else. my biggest issue is the inventory. the balloons themselves are still good quality, but a lot of whats in the store feels outdated, Qualatex isnt even in business anymore, and that's still a big part of what they carry. There are so many other good brands out now, but they're barely stocked here.I've asked multiple times about certain sempertex colors, and they don't even carry full color lines or all the sizes. Like how do you have one size but not the others in the same color?? That doesn't even make sense when you're trying to put something together. Also, it really feels like the store hasn't been updated in years. There are items that have been sitting there forever and not selling. It honestly feels like old stock that never gets refreshed. I 've brought this up to staff before and they're also so so nice, but I know they're not the ones in charge of ordering or marking changes. I still love this place and Im gonna keep coming back, but it really needs an upgrade. It has so much potential, it just feels like it hasn't been kept up at all.

She also decorated the baptism reception of my goddaughter back in 2012. We met with her 2-3 times throughout the whole process leading up to the big day. She also invited us to her house to see the decor for ourselves. She has a large variety of colors, shades, and materials. For instance, my event called for lavender chair sashes, and she had the sashes in organza or tulle material. She was responsible for 90% of the venue decor that took place that day. She provided the ceiling drapes (with lights), head table decor (with lights), white chair covers with lavender tulle chair sashes, lavender satin tablecloth for the cake table, and 200 floating ceiling balloons (in blue, purple, and silver). Her family was involved during set up and take down. She worked well with the event coordinator, setting up the event two days before the event and taking down the decor the day after. She acknowledged our special requests and adapted to the changes that were made leading up to the event. Thanks, Lynda!

I gave her back drops that weren't used and there was no "taking care of the details" when it came to the bathrooms or other little areas. She said she put all our handmade favors on the table and at the end of the night they were in their tray! The "coordinator" (Lynda) did not direct even the entrance for the wedding party to come in. It was over the top not what we discussed. She promised she would "take care of it" and "I've done this a ton of times girl I got this." No she didn't. My review would be don't pay for what you don't get. For more than $4 thousand for her to just decorate (no plates, nothing but coordination and color) I forever will be completely disappointed with the quality and performance of her word. *note pictures: we discussed tule and tall vases on tables (simple not extravagant) with note to guests on plates/table. Some tables had white, blue, red ... *she did recommend an amazing florist very happy with her work (which she said was included but night before wedding florist admitted that bouquets for bridesmaids are missing). The DJ (who she said she would help direct) was great as well and Photo Booth is always a hit. At end both paid separately from that business.
