This was my first time to Party Guys. The store is quite organized with new ideas just waiting for you around every corner. Honestly, I was overwhelmed but only because I couldn't decide what direction I wanted to go. Stephanie was a huge help with different ideas, color themes and overall themes. In the end I stuck with my original thought: a dozen latex balloons and one 40th mylar ballon. Anaid did a great job putting the bouquet together, even though they tangled in the car. This place is my go to place if I need balloons! They are so fast too! I remember ordering balloons for my fiance a couple of times. One time I ordered soke for my brother's birthday (New Year's Day) and I was supposed to wait an hour. The employes saw that I only ordered a few balloons and she got them one within minutes! Recently I came back to get my sister in law's balloons and Dory and Serena helped me! Serena was so nice. I ordered this balloon that kept going flat. Serena had to change her helium tank and do it again. They were so nice and said if the balloon went flat when we got home that to call them and they would offered a refund. I haven't been to this shop in years, but I stopped here recently to grab some items for a party I was throwing. I couldn't find the range of balloon colors I wanted at my usual stores. I was able to find exactly what I needed here and they had a lot of interesting items that inspired me as well. The AC was either not on or it was on low so I didn't stay long because it was uncomfortably warm inside. I would have loved to be able to browse longer and to have given 5 stars. I highly recommend stopping in... They have things you might not even know you want or need and I found the prices to be reasonable. Also, for anyone who is wondering if the balloon arch kits are worth it, I made one that I created myself with custom colors and one in another room that was a kit and the kit came out much better and less expensive. Came here right before my friend's baby shower to blow up a bunch of star wars balloons and a 3.5 ft tall inflatable R2 D2 (it was a coed star wars themed shower lol). The girls blowing up the balloons were super nice in answering all our questions (we had these letter blow-up balloons and they gave us free straws to blow them up with....I'm a decorating noob so I didn't even know you could just blow into these inflatable letters). Our latex star wars print balloons cost $1.49 each to blow up with helium and the giant R2 D2 balloon was blown up with regular air for $10 (and they helped us set it up). I'm not a genius about how much these balloon blowing up situations should cost but I felt like the $10 for the inflatable R2 was pretty pricey for a one-time use item (IS THIS NORMAL? I recently ordered balloon arch, 2 columns and a balloon Garland over the phone for a corporate event we were having this past Saturday. After coming in on Friday to pay for product apparently the services to put balloons together are through a worker that works there, and I had to pay for balloons separate which I wasn't originally told. At that point I paid. The worker picked all the balloons out and The Star balloons, was also supposed to have confetti. Upon arrival to our event the worker told me that she needed to still create the garland and needed a plug which was very frustrating because all of the balloon items that I ordered should have been ready and brought at the time that was requested which was 9am. I had a lot going on in it very frustrated and let her know that of course I did not have a plug or anything for her to be able to blow up the balloons but that I needed her to make the garland and bring it back to the event at that point she had an attitude and didn't want to hear the feedback. She did not come back with the backdrop garland for our stage and main picture area. The whole situation was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you allow customers to order arches and garland and columns to be made over the phone you should probably make sure you tell them it's just one of the workers making it. Also did not receive the stars that I paid for in the arch nor the garland total disappointment. read more

From an online vendor, I had purchased a 36" PVC balloon with vinyl writing over (the print pictured on the giant latex via photo) the manager, Dori, along with one of her associates educated me on how poorly that PVC balloon would hold helium but were able to provide me with a comparable solution: clear latex balloon. Despite it not being as large as the PVC balloon I brought in, the bouquet turned out lovely. Dori even went above and beyond to transfer the vinyl print onto the balloon, a first for her. Once inside the older lady said that we had to make an appointment.......to have one balloon filled up with helium......one balloon . I was surprised about how many NICE CARS I saw parked in the parking lot, though. Guess my sweet family truckster is safe. Who the hell steals mini vans full of crumbs and finger prints? I walked out there a satisfied customer. If you are having a party with any kind of theme, check this place out. Be sure to scour the whole store. I found a great Over the Hill huge party hat in the Halloween section. As for the milestone birthdays.. they got em covered. I got everything I wanted. Plus some dumb little knick-knack crap, just to rub it in my husband's face that now he is 40!! I've been coming here every year since 2008 for all my balloon and party needs. From my bridal shower, to my baby showers and multiple birthday parties... they always have what I need! The prices are a little steep for some specialty characters (like the mylar ballons), but it's worth it. They will gladly blow up any balloons you bring in (if you buy them cheaper online) for a minimal charge. We usually order our ballon bouquets to be done by the time they open and they have always been ready to go when we get there. There is a good selection of mylar characters and themed balloons... as well as plenty of colors to match from the latex balloons. I tend to start planning ahead and end up procrastinating, and the Party Guys usually save me by having the current and popular themes (even if they are hard to find) like Yo Gabba Gabba and Super Mario Bros. The prices for their plastic table cloths and skirts are still cheaper than most places... and if you do find something for cheaper it's probably not as good of quality as the ones at the Party Guys. And one of the worker I forgot to look at his tag I'm thinking he is a manager or supervisor not sure Anyways Im sure he is Caucasian look like he weight around 230-240ish. During the whole process they would periodically call me to check in and the day of the party they delivered over 150 balloons to the party room at the exact time they were supposed to- it was such a smooth process, I didn't have to do a thing! I went in and there were two guys that were so rude. I used to work at a party store before so I do have some knowledge about balloons and the guy would just look at me as if I were dumb when I asked him questions. The balloons are definitely over priced. I need Mylar stars, not inflated but for some reason they charged me the price with helium. When I asked the guy why he was charging me for something I'm not receiving (helium) he responded "that's our price and that's what we charge". Then as I was done and ready to leave, he said "if you want helium come back with the receipt" after I just explain that I didn't need helium! Amazing store, amazing service, definitely my go-to party supply warehouse! I've shopped at this location several times. As expected, it does a booming business during Halloween, but when I went in, 2 days before my favorite holiday of the year, looking for small skeletons to decorate cupcakes, I had not one, but TWO employees approach me and offer to help ... ask if they could help me find anything, did I know what I was looking for, etc. I explained to the younger girl what I needed, and not only did she tell me where they might be, she walked with me, expressed an interest in what I was doing with them, and just over all made me feel like a friend, not a customer. I've gone in for princess party supplies, get well soon balloons, and pirate partyware, and each time I have found exactly what I've been looking for, at wonderful prices, with minimum fuss, no hassle, and GREAT customer service.
