She was very professional and had great communication at first; I was referred to her by a friend. We set up an appointment to pay deposit and she said she had to reschedule. I understood and reached out the following week to follow up and she never bothered to answer my text. A simple answer or if she no longer wanted to do business with me would've saved me the hassle of not booking someone else and wasting my time. read more

10/10!! Mirsha was AMAZING! Super professional and hardworking. I was unsure of my theme and hadn't thought through a lot of the details when I first met with Mirsha but she was patient with me and eventually worked with my cousin and I to flesh out the whole design. We had some hiccups with my venue and Mirsha didn't hesitate to come up with a plan b immediately. I felt taken care of and so glad to have her on my team. We used Mirsha for our intimate wedding at our home. 12 people for dinner. I talked to Mirsha on the phone and explained what I wanted and she gave me a reasonable price. Mirsha and Lorena came when they said they would and followed my directions to a tee. I had most all food prepared and labeled. They plated and did some chopping and served. Unprofessional and poor communication. Initially, I put a one star on her facebook review because she had never answered my phone calls, texts, or fB messages. So, I was unsure if it was a real company. I never purchased anything on FB market. So, I made a review on their FB. Shortly she messaged me back and asked me to take down the review as they are a family owned business and they are not alway by the phone. I took down the review, because she seemed to be nice and I thought maybe I was wrong. I proceeded to make an appointment to see the peacock chairs and ended up meeting with her two young daughter who showed me the peacock chairs I wanted to rent for our wedding that was in a month. One chair had some thread that was loose. No biggie she said she could fix that. So we proceeded. 3 weeks before the wedding our venue wanted us to confirm exact date and time. I messaged her because we did not have an official time. As you know on fb messenger you can tell when someone reads your messages. she continued to read 2 of my messages with no responses. I then proceeded to tell her she was being unprofessional. In which, she read and still did not respond. I then started to call her, but her voicemail was full so you could not leave a message. I left a number text, but she still did not return or call. Professionalism and customer service comes with being a business owner. A simple text of yes would have been sufficient. Only takes 10 seconds. I started following her IG account and saw there were recent post during that time of lack of communication between her and I. I don't know who manages these accounts but again communication amongst whoever is managing what is important. After calling multiple times she finally answered. Not taking ownership of her lack of communication, but the fact that my initial review stating that I did not know if her company was real or not in which i took down after she asked. She also mentioned that she told me she is not by her phone all the time. You can see when someone reads you fb messages. If you are an owner of a company customer service is very important. Especially if you put down a 100 dollar deposit and your wedding is 3 weeks away. I had already paid for flowers to decorate the chairs as well. I will not blame this all on her. My fault I should have known. Lack of communication to begin with. I believed that she would have after my concerns of the company initially as was expressed that she would communicate better. I hope this is a learning experience for her company about professionalism and communication. It is not right to not communicate when a person who is having a wedding in 3 weeks to treat a person that way. After all that SHE was offended and told me she would rather cancel my order or rental contract and refund my money. She also said that she is not the type if person to keep others money. I told her that it was fine to cancel. I have respect for myself and where I put my money. I told her all I needed was her to have better communication, so I could tell my venue the time. My venue is only open during certain time of the day and with the lack of communication and what seems to be a busy company too busy to message their customers back that it was important to confirm. If you have someone reading your messages and does not respond that only displays what is important to them and in this case it was not their customer who put down their deposit. #customerservice #allcustomersareapriority I looked back on her fb reviews and no longer could put a review. I think I was blocked from making any further reviews. My rental was no big event like what she puts on. Big or small every customer matters. I will never treat anyone like that family, friends, customers, anyone. I do not recommend. On the upside, I did find another company whose peacock chairs were beautiful. I spoke with her on my concerns and she agreed. Communication and customer service comes with having a business. This company said sorry to me about my experience Mirsha did not. So, I am not sorry for writing this review and will not take it down. My one and only wedding and she did not make my event planning easy. read more
