He took the measurements and gave us the time to come back for pick up. The only reason I didn't give Men's Wearhouse a 5* rating. I started calling the morning it was promised. The phone system put us through to the store, a young gentleman answered and put me on hold to check the items. I was on hold for 20 minutes (I had a long commute to my next location, otherwise I'm sure I would have thought it was an eternity) No one ever came back on. So I hung up and called back. I let the guy that answered (someone different) know that I was on hold for 20 minutes and I needed to make sure the items were ready as promised before we made the trip to the store. It wasn't ready, but they promised it would be ready the next day. Went in that Thursday, hubby tried everything on. They fit perfectly. We were thrilled with everything that was purchased. The gentleman that helped us also helped us pick out a belt and handkerchief. The in-store experience was perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping there again.

I was devastated to say the least. We were so frantic trying to find someone to pipe and drape for us, but the ones we reached out to were either booked or so expensive. Our DJ pointed us in the direction of Events by "E" and I am so glad he did. She went out of her way to make it work for us and at such an amazing price. She was able to completely pipe and drape the entire music hall and transformed it into the most beautiful room I've ever seen. She even hung lights for us in the bar. It was MAGICAL to say the very least. I wanted to bawl my eyes out when I saw it. It was so pretty. I cannot recommend her enough! She had great communication and flexibility. I am so thankful for her!
