I rented a jumper and popcorn machine. Everything was clean and sanitized. I was able to have the rentals from 10am-8pm for $130.

3 days have gone by, and I have yet to hear a response by phone or through Yelp. I called and left a message on Tuesday with my name and return number as well as Yelp messaged them, again with my name and return phone number, and have yet to hear a response. Not sure how they have a100% response rate with 50 minute average turn around time to respond when I have yet to hear from them. I ended up going with a competitor who did respond. ***I received a response back from Candy after this review was posted of my original one star rating. I did appreciate her responding back, as she did state she thought she clicked the send button, but I informed her I still would have appreciated a callback since I did call and leave a voicemail message. I will keep this company in mind for future reference and will give them another shot to see if they truly are an exceptional company to do business with. read more

You would think that JNB Jumps, after their first (and only) Yelp review was on their bad customer service, would make an effort to provide better service. Nope! I called to get a quote and whoever answered barely let me finish before cutting me off. I asked another question and was met again with the same rudeness. This place is a few bucks cheaper than other rental companies in the area, but I'd rather spend the extra $5 to deal with more courteous and professional people. read more

May 2016 - JNB is really great! Excellent customer service and great prices. March 2015 - I called around what I figured was lunch time on a Friday and left a message. By 4 I still hadn't received a call back so I called again. Eric answered and was very helpful and polite. Squeezed me in for a jumper on Saturday. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. A little late on pick up, but who really complains about that when you have a jumper? This company is first class. They went way above to help me out. I really wanted a jumping house and had to put it in a small space. They came out a few days before to check out my space. They did not have to do that, but this shows how much they care about their customers. Yes they made it fit!!! Without the jumping house the kids would have been bored out of their minds, since this was a 60th Anniversary party. I also got 2 sets of tables and chairs they all were good. I must admit, I was a little wary of calling because of the reviews here on Yelp. However, it was the NIGHT BEFORE my daughter's birthday party and I had an emergency need for a Jump House! I called and the owner answered, and was able to get my a pink and purple castle jump house; she said her sons do the delivery and set them up and would be at our house around 11:30/12:00. They arrived on time at 11:30 and got it all set up and ready to go for her party that started at 12:30! My husband asked what time they would pick it up, we had to leave the house at 4:00 for our son's baseball game. Not a problem, we didn't have to be home for them to pick up :-) I was also very happy with the price too, very competitive! My guests will be contacting JNB for future rentals, and I will for sure use them again! P.S. regarding the other reviews and mention of rudeness, I didn't get that at all from her.
