I was nervous the entire time that he could possibly cancel last minute or no show due to his previous reviews not being very good) He told me delivery is 9-11... weather was gonna be 90's so we planned to do an early party at 11 start time... I asked him nicely if they could come closer to 9-10... no response... My husband called around 10 just to check in - dude on the phone was super rude and changed the delivery time to between 10-12!!! So of course, they showed up at 12.. an hour after the party started...Super frustrating! They sure as hell made sure to arrive at like 7:30-8am the following morning though. My only two pros (and the reason it's 2 stars instead of 1) are that the price was cheap. We rented the water slide for $130 for my daughters 1st bday. And though it eventually showed up... We clearly paid for the crappy customer service. Though I feel the owner is terrible. The delivery guys were very kind & apologetic.
