Avoid Omar Party Rental at All Costs--Unprofessional & Stressful Experience**…read more My experience with Omar Party Rental was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a waterslide for my daughter's birthday **over a month in advance**, their lack of organization, communication, and basic professionalism turned what should have been a joyful day into a stressful and humiliating ordeal. **1. Bait-and-Switch Pricing** When I first booked, they tried to **sneak in an extra $40 charge** due to the 4th of July weekend--without ever mentioning this policy upfront. Only after I questioned it did they adjust the invoice. (This should have been my first red flag.) **2. No-Show, No Communication, No Respect** They **confirmed a 10 AM delivery** for my 11 AM event. By 10:15 AM--with no slide and no call--I started panicking. When I finally reached them, they casually admitted they were "running behind." **No apology, no urgency. ** The replacement driver (the only professional I encountered) had no explanation for the delay. The slide didn't arrive until **1 PM--three hours late**, leaving my guests (including children) waiting in the heat. **3. Rude & Dismissive Customer Service** When I expressed frustration over their **complete lack of communication**, the owner's wife **threatened to cancel and refund me on the spot**--as if that would fix the ruined birthday party. Zero empathy, zero accountability. The "compensation" (waiving the generator fee) was useless--my event was already ruined. This is something that should have been complimentary considering they ruined my daughter's birthday party. *Also on the day of pickup, I received a text from them asking me to ensure that the slide was dry for collection. I felt that this request required me to do extra work that I assumed would be managed by their team upon arrival. **Final Thoughts** A company that **demands strict requirements (contracts, grass inspections, and deposits) ** but can't deliver basic reliability or courtesy is not a legitimate business. **Save yourself the stress--book elsewhere.**

I googled jumper…read morerentals, but everyone that I contacted were either fully booked due to city events on the day I needed it, or higher prices for such short notice. I found Chiquita's jumpers (Steve). They were available to deliver & set up the jumper, 3 tables, 20 chairs, plus a generator with gas, ONE HOUR before my party!!! I was so relieved and happy about the price I paid, which in my opinion & research was well below value$. When it was time to pick up the jumper, the equipment was sanitized and broken down (another plus knowing that everything is cleaned before & after each use). I will use this company again for future parties. *side note* I also heard that the company hosts an annual Christmas party as a thank you to their customers.
