I rented tables and chairs couple of years back. They are a little bit expensive compared to others. But when the party is over, they never showed up to pickup the chairs and tables for 5 days. I had to keep them at my home for them. But I did not care about this incident. Recently, we planned for an event at my house in Manteca. I needed a tent and a jumper. I told Blanca that I do not know what size will fit in my backyard. She said she will visit and let me know. She came and suggested the tent. I thought it was fine. She charged $300 for 1 day and asked 50% as advance. I paid it. It was in the evening. Unfortunately, the event got pushed couple of weeks and I came to know on that night. So I texted her in the morning that I am cancelling it and need a refund. But per their policy, they do not offer any refund. This is serious kind of robbing people. I had to keep following up for more than a week and finally she sent $100. and she kept $50 for visiting my house on that day to tell me which size will fit in my backyard. Is this justifiable? You wont believe, how many text messages and followups I did before I get the $100 refund. In fact I cancelled in less than 12 hours and absolutely no loss to them. But I strongly feel that I was cheated by them and thats why I am writting here so others do not get into this trap. If you still want to rent from here, make sure you read the contract and check with others who can offer better price and terms. I unnecessarily got into a loss. They didn't stake down the jumpy house. Seconds after my 3 year old got out (thank god) the jumpy house blew over my neighbors fence and knocked the fence down. They came right over when I called and promised to fix the fence. They where so responsive and offered a refund that I let them keep the full price and $30 tip. We had gotten a few hours out of it and nobody was hurt. Fast forward a month later. They have said at least 10 times to me and the neighbor that they where gonna show up to fix and never showed. They now are not sending me the insurance information and have an excuse every time I call. I would never use this company again. This might be my first negative review on anyone on Yelp I just don't do negative reviews but this company has been a nightmare. I should have kept the refund now I'm gonna have to take them to court to even fix the fence. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND I don't know what's going on with this company but they do NOT have your best interests in mind nor do they care for your business therefore I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! I booked with these guys over a month ago a waterslide, 6 tables, 40 chairs and a canopy and at the time, there was only 1 bad review and I figured okay maybe they made a mistake so I went through with it. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago(a week before my kids party), I look on yelp again to see their pictures of their equipment and then I see 3 more bad reviews! I panic and I contacted Blanca to see if we were still good for our date and confirmed the set up would be the day before. Still feeling uneasy, I looked up other places but they were over our budget and didn't have everything we needed so I stuck with these guys. Come the day for set up, we waited and then no show so I called several times-No answer. Then I ask my husband to call on his phone to see if they'll pick up and sure enough, she picks up instantly He asks are they coming and she says yes but she's busy at the moment. So we continue to wait. We call again and she says she's doing a set up in Stockton. My husband gets fed up and calls again and she says she needs to call her driver and he says can we have the number and she gives it. Driver doesn't pick up but sends a text. Said their daughter tested positive for covid day before and can't come because they don't want to get in trouble. We can understand if that was the case but bottom line, Blanca lied to us. She said she was doing a setup in Stockton that morning AND she said YES that she was coming. They also said daughter tested positive the day before. Common courtesy would be to contact customers asap. Not lie and give them the run around. So bottom line, they are unprofessional. We were so lucky we were able to still get everything we needed elsewhere. We needed a canopy and we were able to get one from Best Party and Central Valley Party squeezed us in for a waterslide, tables and chairs all with 5 star customer service therefore I will always use them even if it's a little more expensive. Do not risk your special event on these guys. It is not worth the stress or hassle. Bianca is not good with customer service. She states that she will call back or text back for updates and does not. you as the customer has to keep reaching out. Arrival was very prolonged, so i call back again around 10pm just to find out they will not be coming until the next day. Bianca did not clearly communicate that arrival will be the following day. Hello I have been renting tables, chairs and jumpers from this business since 2021 and this will be my last time renting from them. The customer service has gotten so bad. I rented a popcorn machine for my daughter birthday and as you can see from the pictures we were unable to use it at all as it did not work. When I informed them we weren't able to use the popcorn machine. I was simply told the price is the price and I had to pay regardless! They expect me to call during the party as if I had time to stop entertaining guests and tell them THERE MACHINE didn't work. I would have expected them to know that prior to renting it out. I was also ask upon delivery did they themselves start the machine and they in fact did not! Not to mention they don't put specific pricing on the invoice so I would know how much I was charged for the useless popcorn machine anyway. FLAKEY NO SHOW SCUM BAG COMPANY!!! If I could give negative 25 stars I would! I contacted this "company" and reserved a bounce house, with tables and chairs in advance for my 7 year old grandsons birthday. They confirmed, sent me an invoice and said they'd be here "after noon." I tried to confirm 2 days before and they completely ignored me. The day before they ignored me until the afternoon and then finally said they'd be here between 7-9. They weren't here by 9 and kept texting that would be here in 30 minutes. At one point they even asked me if we wanted the water slide instead of the jump house for $50 more. I said yes!! They upsold me after all this flakey bull crap!!!
