Great communication through the whole process. Helped me tremendously. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone to do their events. They decorated, put tents, jumpy, mechanical bull and provided sitting for 200 people. They also put lights around the tents that helped so much. Affordable price. I will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The bounce house was a huge hit, and my son had the best birthday party! They even texted before coming to pick everything up to make sure we were ready, which I really appreciated. Their prices were great, and we even rented tables and chairs along with the bounce house. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them for all of our future party rentals. Highly recommend!

Avoid Omar Party Rental at All Costs--Unprofessional & Stressful Experience**…read more My experience with Omar Party Rental was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a waterslide for my daughter's birthday **over a month in advance**, their lack of organization, communication, and basic professionalism turned what should have been a joyful day into a stressful and humiliating ordeal. **1. Bait-and-Switch Pricing** When I first booked, they tried to **sneak in an extra $40 charge** due to the 4th of July weekend--without ever mentioning this policy upfront. Only after I questioned it did they adjust the invoice. (This should have been my first red flag.) **2. No-Show, No Communication, No Respect** They **confirmed a 10 AM delivery** for my 11 AM event. By 10:15 AM--with no slide and no call--I started panicking. When I finally reached them, they casually admitted they were "running behind." **No apology, no urgency. ** The replacement driver (the only professional I encountered) had no explanation for the delay. The slide didn't arrive until **1 PM--three hours late**, leaving my guests (including children) waiting in the heat. **3. Rude & Dismissive Customer Service** When I expressed frustration over their **complete lack of communication**, the owner's wife **threatened to cancel and refund me on the spot**--as if that would fix the ruined birthday party. Zero empathy, zero accountability. The "compensation" (waiving the generator fee) was useless--my event was already ruined. This is something that should have been complimentary considering they ruined my daughter's birthday party. *Also on the day of pickup, I received a text from them asking me to ensure that the slide was dry for collection. I felt that this request required me to do extra work that I assumed would be managed by their team upon arrival. **Final Thoughts** A company that **demands strict requirements (contracts, grass inspections, and deposits) ** but can't deliver basic reliability or courtesy is not a legitimate business. **Save yourself the stress--book elsewhere.**
