they ruined my son's birthday party by not showing up. They called 30 minutes before with a fake excuse. They most likely overbooked. my son and all the guests were very disappointed. Best service ever! Did a full day rental. They setup and wiped it all down all nice and clean, even left us with a flood light on a tall tripod so we could play into the night with it. From the minute it was ready to go we had people riding it, 3pm-11pm.
