The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Around 2:30 pm, just as I was about to head to their warehouse, they text me that they would be out for a couple hours. I asked when I could pick the tables up and received no response. I even called, but the call went to voicemail. I never received a response from them. I would normally not write a review for this one-time incident, especially because I appreciated their willingness to rent me tables on such short notice. But when they text me initially, I realized that I had similar situation with this company several years ago, when I tried to rent a bouncer and other equipment (came up in the text history) but was also stood up. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am surprised that they have such high ratings from others because, on two different occasions, I have had a negative experience with them.
