We had Ariel the Princess come to our house in the San Mateo area for our 3 yr old daughter's birthday. She parked farther and walked in on purpose so the kids wouldn't think she drove here which was a nice detail. She did story time and sang , magic tricks, a bunch of fun kid group games/activities with music on portable music device which she had technical difficulty which is understandable and perfectly fine so we helped with spotify on our cell phones. Please be on standby host parents to help carry character's belongings. For host parent, consider charging up your own Bluetooth music speaker to have ready as backup. We had food and games and she was so helpful too with gathering kids and singing happy birthday. She provided a tiara and special bracelet for the birthday girl which was perfect. All the kids and parents were so amazed and enchanted with the whole experience that parents sat and enjoyed and also filmed the experience. We had face painting and she had time for guests to take some pictures too. we loved how we could have a Disney princess come to our home. There's a small travel fee of course since we are outside of the normal area. Would highly recommend while your kids are young and still into characters. Ariel stayed in character and price point was good too. Thank you Cinderella company for helping our daughter's dreams come true. read more

Incredible experience! Everything was perfect and worth every penny. I had Princess Bell and added face painting. My only advice is to keep time -- we went over unintentionally, and wasn't told, and had to pay. But seriously it's months after this party and people still talk about Belle. Never broke character: sang, danced, story time, bubbles and was such a core memory for my 6 year old daughter! read more

What an amazing experience with the Cinderella Company for my daughter's 3rd birthday party this past August at the park in Milpitas. My daughter's 3rd birthday was Disney Princess Theme and I was looking throughout the Bay Area to hire a Snow White Princess to hire and surprise her and the guest. I was able to book our character and through Cinderella Company. Initially the person in charge was out of town while I was inquiring but communicated the whole time with me. They ensured that the Snow White that was coming fit the needs of my party. I chose the 2.5 hour package so that it will entertain the many kids coming. Snow White called me two days before the event to finalize the location and what will happen at the day of the party. I was so impressed from the time she arrived to the very end. She stayed in character the whole time and my daughter was in awe that Snow White was at her party celebrating her 3rd birthday. The adults also loved Snow White she looked liked she can from Disneyland. Snow White read a story with the kids first, did some singing and dancing, played with bubbles, did face painting and sang happy birthday, took pictures with everyone. She did such a good job entertaining the kids at the party. She even played with them while they wondered in and out of the jumper we had. We also gave Snow White a microphone during the party so that everyone can hear her. If you are looking to hire a character you should go through Cinderella Company.!Pricing wasn't bad, communicated well through the whole process! We were so impressed with our Snow White and loved every second of having her and making our youngest daughter's birthday that more magical and fun that day! We will definitely use and refer them to my friends! read more

The Cinderella Company was amazing to work with. Scheduling was so easy. And the cost was beyond worth it. My two year old was thrilled to have Ariel come to get party. Archie's 3rd Birthday - A Super Success Thanks to Spider-Man! We had Spider-Man (aka Steven) from The Cinderella Company at Archie's 3rd birthday--and it was a web-slinging hit! From the moment he arrived, Steven brought high energy, nonstop fun, and total engagement with every kid (even the shy ones!). He led games, struck superhero poses, and even guided the kids through a Heroic Oath--it was magical! Steven truly became Spidey, and the kids were obsessed. Highly recommend for unforgettable, high-energy party fun! read more

I was really hesitant to book a princess because as we with kids know, their obsessions change overnight. I inquired months in advance and everyone I interacted with at Cinderella Company had so much patience with me during the booking process. They even assured me that I could change characters because the princess I booked could play both of my daughter's choices. Kayla played Rapunzel and she did such an amazing job. Our party-goers and my daughter were in awe of her. She was so kind. She kept them engaged throughout her whole time at the party. All of the adults were super appreciative of her magic powers keeping the kids occupied. Booking online was so easy and again, emailing back and forth with my question in the early stages was super easy too. Thank you so much to Kayla for making my daughter's 5th birthday one she will (hopefully) not forget. She's still talking about it a month later. read more

WOW!!! I can't rate Jordyn as ELSA high enough! She was in character and amazing from just my phone call with her to go over details from my daughters 3rd birthday party. I kept telling everyone how excited I was after talking to her because as an adult I felt like I was talking to the real Elsa. Her communication was fantastic, and she sent me different dress options that she could wear, all of which were stunning. She parked far away, so the kids literally saw Elsa appear and the disappear basically into the unknown. She was in character from the time she walked toward the house, to the time she vanished. She has the perfect "princess voice" and princess mannerisms. She read a very magical Frozen story that was super interactive with the kids and included songs. She belted out those songs like she was on a broadway stage! All the kids got lots of attention, but I love that she made things extra special for my daughter. There were a few things that happened while she was here, where she had to be quick on her toes, and nothing seemed to phase her. Twice my dog ran though her performance, and she casually just pretended he was a reindeer which the kids loved. Another time, the song she was singing changed to a different song (the instrumentals on her speaker). Instead of getting flustered, she totally stayed in character, and just said something along the lines of silly Olaf changed our song, everyone say "silly Olaf!" Then she started back up the other song without missing a beat! She did lots of dancing and games, sang my daughter happy birthday, and took lots of pictures with the kids. We only booked for an hour, and I can't believe how much fun she did into an hour. She is seriously the best, and anyone would be lucky to have her show up to their party! Tonight while tucking my daughter into bed she said, "Mommy, I forgot to tell Elsa something. I forgot to tell Elsa that I love her. I didn't say I love you to Elsa." We're planning to write Elsa a letter tomorrow so she can tell her she loves her! Thank you, Elsa, for making this day so magical! read more

We have had an absolutely amazing experience with the Cinderella Company! I cannot recommend them enough and especially Kit who has come to play two different princesses at both my daughter's 4th and 5th birthday parties. Last year, we had her play Princess Aurora and this year she played Princess Belle. Kit was truly phenomenal both times. She showed up on time, very professional and she 100% looked and played the part. After we had her last year, my daughter was so overjoyed with meeting Princess Aurora, she immediately asked to have another princess party for her next birthday. I figured she'd lose interest throughout the year, but that wasn't the case. She asked if Princess Belle could come to her 5th birthday party so I was thrilled when I found out that Kit was available again this year! My daughter was on cloud 9 the entire party as the dream she had the entire year of meeting Princess Belle came true. We had her for 1.5 hours and she did story time, singing (she has a beautiful voice), dancing, ribbon dancing, face painting, the happy birthday song, pictures, and she even brought her jewelry which she loved (the first year it was a tiara)! It was a magical experience and I cannot thank Kit and Cinderella Company enough for making my little girls' dreams come true, not once but twice! read more

I can't recommend working with the Cinderella Company more! They were incredibly easy to work with for requesting the booking to finalizing plans. Jennifer was very responsive and flexible, even making a last minute change with us for timing with no issues. Kayla was our performer as Snow White and she was in character from the moment I met her to our goodbye. My 3yo daughter was absolutely thrilled to meet her and completely enchanted throughout Kayla's time with us. It was a loud party with many little kids running around and Kayla was so patient, kind, and capable of keeping everyone engaged with stories, songs, magic tricks, a dance party, and balloon animals. She also has the loveliest singing voice. My daughter has already asked if Snow White can come back for her next birthday party. read more

Trust me and look no further than Cinderella company. You may be hesitant to spend some money on a kids party but it turns it into a magical event. Everyone here was super nice, communication was easy, pricing fair etc. We had Kit, dressed as Belle, and she's an absolute star. She was so sweet with my daughter who started off really shy then opened up and all the other kids. Face painting, story time, happy birthday everything was awesome. I'll 1000% be back. read more

Our experience with the Cinderella Company from booking to the day of our party was very smooth. We had Kayla come as Elsa for my daughter's 3-year-old birthday party. I appreciated that Kayla gave me a call to go over details a few days before our event. On the day of the party, Kayla was on time and came fully prepared to entertain my daughter and our guests. The kids had a blast with Elsa's storytelling, fun games, and balloon twisting. Elsa helped lead our guests in singing Happy Birthday for the cake cutting and was more than happy to take plenty of photos. We've used Cinderella Company twice now, and we are so lucky that we got Kit each time. She goes above and beyond and fully gets into character. She was recently tasked with a variation of a theme, and she worked so hard to get the costume just right (and nailed it!) and learned the storyline to make my daughter so happy. Definitely recommend Kit! read more

This was one of the highlights at our daughter's 5th birthday! We had Cinderella, Prince Charming, Elsa, Anna, Mulan, and Ariel join us for a few hours and it was simply magical. I knew the impact that these characters would have with the children, but I was so taken aback upon their entrance that I started to get a little emotional. I had other guests tell me how special it felt to have them be at the party and a few even relived their childhood since their favorite princesses were there. With over 50 kids, I was definitely glad that I booked 6 characters and extended their time. It made this experience so memorable. They never broke character!!! My event manager was really impressed as well! We'll definitely keep The Cinderella Company in mind for future events that are relevant to our theme! read more

We were absolutely thrilled to have Princess Moana join us for our twin girls' first birthday, and she truly made the day magical. Princess Moana led the children in interactive storytelling and even sang some of our favorite songs from the movie, which was such a hit with both kids and adults. Her warm personality and enthusiasm created a fun, engaging environment that made the little guests feel like they were part of her ocean adventures. If you're looking to add something truly special to your child's celebration, I can't recommend The Cinderella Company enough! Jennifer, the owner made our dream come true! read more

Working with Jennifer, the owner, is an absolute dream. She really understands what her business means to the children and does absolutely everything within her magical power to ensure the experience is perfect. After an initially disappointing experience with a Batman character, Jennifer more than made up for it by providing a make up session with Spiderman. Luc, our Spiderman, was absolutely incredible with the kids and my son. He went out of his way to make my son, who is a bit shy, feel extra special. He had all of the kids rolling on the floor in laughter. His communication leading up to today was so great. I cannot recommend this company enough and will use them over and over until my kids beg me to stop. read more

I'm going to be honest, when I first approached this company for my daughters birthday it felt a little precarious because their location and phone were not available through Yelp and I needed to pay a deposit ahead of time. But I must say I am extremely pleased! Everything went really smoothly and was very professional. They make it very easy to get everything set up and I received both a confirmation email and a personal phone call prior to my event, which made me feel confident. The day of the event, Mackenzie (aka Elsa) was prompt and communicative. She arrived ready to go and was sweet and immediately in character. She's a wonderful Elsa and drew stares and excitement everywhere she went (in a good way lol). She was incredibly kind to all. She made the birthday girl feel special but also took time to connect with all the kids. I would hire her again in an instant! Thank you for making my daughters 6th such a special event and for taking some of the work off of our shoulders. You are deeply appreciated. I wish I could post pics of all the excited kids around her but their parents probably won't be thrilled about that. Everyone loved her. read more
