We had my daughter's 6th Birthday this past weekend (princess theme) and had Belle (Tabby J.) come to entertain the girls! From the time we booked with Princess Party People and Characters everything was made so simple for us. Everything listed on the website was so helpful , the prices were right and where you could find them, and they list EVERYTHING included ...that was the first thing that sold us! Booking was simple we were able to get Belle without a problem booking a month in advance. Easy final payment week before, and they call to go over all the last minute details with you. NOW FOR THE PARTY ... Belle (Tabby J.) was absolutley amazing ! I cannot say enough good things about her ! If you are hiring Belle ask for her , she delivers ! (I think she may do other characters too). From the time she showed up the guests were in awe(everyone, not just the kids)! She looked EXACTLY like Belle! It was very apparent that she took extra time to make sure she was in true princess attire and character! She definitely knows what she is doing ! The girls were entertained from the time she got there until she was waving bye on her way out. They played with a parachute , colored pictures, did nails and glitter tattoos, danced around like princesses at a ball ...and Belle even held a corination ceremony for my daughter and made her a Princess of Disneyland! The Princess Party people absolutely did an amazing job! My daughter's reaction when she saw them was priceless and seriously made it all worth it! The actress' costumes and wigs looked SO good and they did a great job of acting like the princesses they were dressed as. They also ran the games which was nice because it meant we could sit back and enjoy our time. They also did a great of engaging with the kids. Admittedly, most of the kids were a little young and off doing their own thing, but the birthday girl stayed by their side the whole time and that's what matters most anyway. I would highly recommend using The Princess Party People for your event! I didn't get the names of the actresses but if I had, I would definitely request them in the future. We got Elsa and Anna and they both were great!! They looked the part, and they were fabulous with the kids!!! Overall excellent, I was just a little disappointed because their boss didn't pack a gift for my daughter that I pre-ordered, and nail polish so I had to provide my own. I still have 5 stars because the ladies did a great job and the kids had a blast, but it did have some hiccups! But I would still recommend! Update-I did speak to someone about not including the nail polish but the Princess told me she forgot it, and so I thought i was still being charged for it. That was my misunderstanding! I hired princess Cinderella for my daughters birthday party yesterday and I must she did an excellent job entertaining the kids, I strongly recommend this company. She was sweet and professional, very princess like. Only thing I didn't like is they forgot my daughters present. And there was a billing misunderstanding at the event which was a bit embarrassing. My only suggestion is have people pay before the event to avoid any issues at the party, and use a microphone. I paid everything beforehand and they were charging mOther wise, amazing job! This company does not honor the prices their reps quote. My niece and I went to the Manteca Street Fair. We went to their booth and my niece fell in love with Mickey and Minnie. I asked how much to hire them for her birthday. They quoted me $180.00. I went in their website to book Mickey and Minnie. They saud it would be $295.00 plus a travel fee. I told her what they said the cost would be and they did not want to honor the quote. Also, I sent a $50.00 deposit and they said the deposit was $100.00. It seems to me, they need to better train their employees on prices. If their employees quote a wrong price, they should honor it. I do not trust businesses that do not honor the quotes their employees give and change their prices ( the deposit) on a whim. I would not use their company if their price was $1.00. I do not recommend using this company at all! read more

I was a little disappointed as on the website , it states specifically to contact before putting a deposit so I contacted them and asked if Minnie and Mickey were available . The girl told me they were available for the dates I requested and sent me the link to put a deposit. I followed the link, sent in the deposit and thought we were good to go. Shortly after I received a text saying that someone had requested online before me but didn't put the deposit and she had just spoke to the other person and they were sending the deposit??! Really? It says first come first serve basis and specifically says to contact before booking. That was very unprofessional and disappointing to hear. She refunded my deposit but that wasn't the point.
